Food was ☆☆☆☆☆! Lobster was sweet, not fishy and melted in your mouth. Steak was juicy and not over done. Service and atmosphere was ☆☆☆★★. Waitress was abrupt, and music was so loud that we had to shout in order to be heard. I would recommend getting food to-go and having a movie night at home 😉

I always get take out from here and it's always almost correct (They usually forget the sides of ranch and I have to remind them) But other than that I usually have a great experience here. The food is always good (when it's correct) and the staff is usually fairly friendly. I realized tipping does not make a difference in service unfortunately. I usually tip fairly high but my order is never verified by the takeout people which is unfortunate, it makes me not want to tip as much since they won't do the bare minimum of checking the order. All in all I'll keep returning, just check your order to make sure it's right if you get take out.

My friend and I went for dinner last night to catch up and we had a great time. We didn't try any of the drinks (next time) but we did try the bloomin chicken which she loved. The house salad with ranch was yummy and the mashed potatoes were perfect. I had steak medium rare and it was a little cool but really flavorful. The dessert was fantastic Tim Tam Brownie Cake 😋 we couldn't finish it all because we were stuffed and still had leftovers but we'd definitely get it again!

This is one of favorite steakhouses to frequent. The steaks are cooked to perfection. The baked potatoes are superb. The French onion soup is second to none. The cocktails are refreshing.

A group of us met up for lunch after a family member was baptized. We had a party of almost 20 people. We had a great experience! Our waitress, Jennifer J, was amazing! She handled our big party with ease! She treated us like family. I will request her in the future. She comes highly recommended by me! She was very attentive, helpful, kind, and patient! The food was good and came out in a timely manner. I will definitely be back.

Best steak we have had in some time. Shrimp was a little overcooked, but that is what you get when you order coconut shrimp, but even with the crunchies, it was delicious. Baked potato was delicious as well. I was told the burger was cooked to perfection, and the fries were as close to perfect as you could get... not to soggy but not to crunchy and had a wonderful seasoning. Will be back for sure.

The Bloomin' Onion is such a treat. It needs more dipping sauce (which our server Austin promptly brought) but is otherwise fantastic. The filet and lobster were perfectly cooked and my wife loved the salmon.

Our server and the manager Ben were so accommodating when our steak came out a bit different than we were expecting. They quickly took care of it and it ended up being delicious. They even added an extra side with no charge. The service was amazing to say the least and would absolutely return.

It’s the worst experience ever! Me & my husband dine in for Veterans Day dinner. The service started good when they are taking our order but when they start to serve the disaster begins, the bloomi onion is not cook properly as the bottom part is crispy but the upper half of it is uncooked at all so the waitress take it off from our bill, then for my ribeye steak I wanted a medium done but I’ve been serve with a very well done on which I’ve already waited for half an hour so I have to return it back & ask to provide me my order as the way I want it. My husband is done eating his steak & the other couple besides us who came later than is done & paying for there bill while I’m still waiting for steak. So when waitress approached us I just told her that to put it in a take away box as I don’t have the appetite to eat alone anymore & then when I open it, I’ve got a burnt steak. I would never come back nor to recommend this place at all.

My bone in Ribeye was half fat the manager quickly handled the issue and replaced it with a Porterhouse. Due to all the Ribeyes being a bit fatty. The whole batch should have been returned and never served. Both steaks were seasoned well and cooked to the perfect temperature. The onion bloom was very greasy we tilted the plate and ate from one side. Probably won't be back for a while.

Very clean restaurant, excellent wait staff and Zach, the manager, made his rounds making sure everyone was having an excellent dining experience. Great food as always!!

Considering we had at least 40 ppl in our party the service was not bad. I ordered the blooming onion and had to send it back! It was way to salty! I ordered a drink from the bar sent it back due to it tasted like juice. The manager stated the drinks are made all the same. That being said I won’t order another cocktail.

Let me tell you the greatest (luis)is one of the most greatest guys at the restaurant hard working guy went up and beyond for out table of 11. And our server the cheese (chii) he is one the greatest servers there is he had over two 11 top tables and he mastered it like a king they deserve. They deserve a raise

My experience was mediocre, some of the staff were friendly and some seem like they didn't even want to give me the time of day. My Steak was really good and so were the Veggies. I definitely will have to think twice about whether I will dine at that location again or not. The Management definitely needs to sit down with the staff and discuss about how to treat customers, staff could definitely be friendlier to customers, if they expect customers to continue to dine there.

My boyfriend and I had dinner there on a Sunday night and Tori was our waitress and she did a wonderful job and the food was so delicious.

It was FREEZING inside, so we ate with our coats on. 😮‍💨 But besides that, everything was great. It was super busy, but that didn't stop our waitress from taking care of us. The food was great, as normal. The last couple of times, I feel like the drinks were the best. I ordered the Wallaby Peach something every time, but the last couple of times (at different locations), it's been off. I can't blame them, though. We love it here for dates nights. So far, so good.

Most of the food was good, the apps were the best, the blooming onion and the Mac n cheese balls were great. We got the porterhouse and ribeye steaks, and they were decent, good flavor but not great quality of meat. The sides were mediocre, French onion soup was bland, mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatoes, the Brussel sprouts were terrible, service was ok too.

Steak came out deathly overcooked the first time, the second time it was blue, the third time it was still undercooked. Put it in a box and took it home at that point because everyone else was done eating, and I was full on sides. Server was personable but was taking orders on a tablet so it seemed very cooperate instead of a meaningful interaction, management took the steak off the bill and I didn't complain as I know it was nobody in the front of houses fault. Hope to see some improvement.

Ordered online to go. Baked potato soup was watery . Good not great. Strawberry salad had few strawberries and a small cup of vinaigrette didn't cover the salad at all. Ok but not the best.

Chii he has great customer service he went above and beyond very kind and very efficient I will be coming back this is my second time coming love the service very excellent .

Went for ladies night and the service and food was amazing.Chii was very attentive to all our needs and was very quick and food was delicious. Definitely will be comming back.

Chii was an amazing server!! Great food and our server was so great. Fast service, checked in on us, made good recomendations, and had a great attitude!!

Really enjoyed the experience here, the server was so nice and very patience with our party of 24 people!!! She took her time yet still kept moving in a timely fashion. Now the food, was made to perfection with the right amount of seasoning and the cooked to our delight. Definitely planning on coming back soon.

I went there to celebrate a birthday and the service was fantastic! The server was attentive and came by the table several times to check on us. They even gave the birthday boy a signed card by their staff and ice cream!

As you can see, this is a T bone.. raw. Ordered a bone in ribeye medium well. And what are these worm like things that came out of the steak? Will not be visiting here again. They had one order and it was taken to space. I did want to give Jason, the manager, credit for trying to make this issue better. But, he made empty promises. He promised gift cards and that never happened. I made several calls to the restaurant to see about making this right, but as you can imagine, it fell on deaf ears. However, when you get burned this badly, you don’t want to take that leap again. Especially after paying 60$ for something you didn’t order nor can you eat! Pretty sad when you’re a manager and you don’t follow through with an unsatisfied customer. Update…. :: thank you Jason for not making empty promises. You were a man of your word and you made everything right. Hats off to you for going above and beyond to right a wrong, and making an unsatisfied customer satisfied. We all need managers like you in food establishments. You are amazing!! And thanks again for all the trouble in correcting my issue.

Joe was an excellent server. He was fun, courteous and played along with our jokes. Got our orders right and checked back regularly. You wouldn’t know that he in was fairly new. Thanks for a great experience!

My Misha H was Ahmazing if you make a trip here she is pleasant and efficient! The salad was So Good and my cousins shrimp looked incredible. The Manager on duty was also very kind

Just ate here today with my family. The staff was very friendly. We did have an issue with my burger not being done like how I asker and sent it back. They fixed the burger no issue and had a new one brought back. The manager, Ben, even came to the table and talked to us, and apologized. Very appreciative and GREAT customer service.

Came in with my family for a late lunch and our service was fantastic. Misha made sure she helped us with everything we needed. Definitely will be back to see her again!

Yesterday was our families first experience at Outback and it was amazing thanks to the staff on 6/6/2023, we have two kids a 2 month old and a 4 year old who is on the spectrum. They didn’t seem irritated, aggravated or annoyed because at some point my son was crying/yelling as we settled in and they still made us feel welcome which allowed us to calm our son without feeling flustered. Our waiter Carly, the cook, and the manager I believe was named Daniel all made our experience wonderful and we will definitely be returning thanks to them.

I just had a great experience here! The host brought us to our table and was really sweet even though some dude was yelling at her which I really appreciate. Then Kelli was our server and she was great! Even though she was super busy we were taken care of! I loved her energy, I will definitely be coming back

My friend from out of state ordered me a gift card for here. I was out of state as well and the management team handled this very professionally. 😊I went in to pick it up when I was back in town and it was greeted by JD the friendliest host ever! He was so sweet and eager to help. He got the manager right away and they knew exactly what I was there for. They were pretty busy, but that did not affect the service that JD gave me. He was very busy, but still attended to everything appropriately with a good attitude! I will definitely come back to this location to use my gift card when I'm back in town probably for the holidays. 😊

Went to dinner last week and our server was Emily and she was the best! Friendly and fun! The food was amazing! Would go back just for the appetizers alone. Emily made the experience better by including the kids and making good suggestions. Would recommend to any one and would definitely be served by her again.

Wow! Food was amazing. Perfectly seasoned and cooked. I can’t believe how big the lobster tail was that I received as a side with my filet. UNBELIEVABLY HUGE and SO good! Our server was Alexis B and the manager was Lauren. We were lucky to be served by the best, with the best food!
