    I ordered through door dash and when it arrived, it was not right. I contacted Yum Roll via email and the owner himself answered very quickly via text wanting to make it right.     Every time I hit Westroads I have to have a bowl! My favorite is the beef and bbq. Just the right amount of spice and flavor. I always go for the Brussels Sprouts and cabbage. After leaving this place I need a nap to nurse the food coma!

    So yesterday the Hispanic gentlemen were fantastic. Today I come back and this white guy Jacob is too busy shooting the breeze with his coworker to notice he had 2 guests in line. Then, I have to get his attention, I am asking and point things out and he is real serious about my filthy hands being over the plexi. Hey Jacob, up yours buddy! Pay better attention and don't be a jerk, it's freaking Xmas in the busiest mall in Nebraska

    Ordered a yum bowl for $9. Everything was thrown into the bowl haphazardly, very rushed, portions weren’t consistent, and food was a bit cold.

    This is the 2nd time I’ve ate here. Yesterday was better than the first time however my rolls where interesting. Some hot, some not, some stayed together some didn’t. Taste was good but I think in a hurry doesn’t work for sushi. First experience wasn’t great with service no sticks, no napkin, no soy sauce couldn’t understand him and he didn’t know how to count cash or change. Yesterday service was nice and I received a normal tray with essentials. Will come back when in a hurry but that’s it. ;)

    They did not put everything on the bowls we ordered and paid extra for. Very little meat on the one that they did put meat on. Mostly rice. The flavors were really good though. Grub hub credited it back, bit ot would've been nice to have it made how we ordered.

    I usually love this place but just had a very bad experience. I ordered two bowls and a sushi roll to go online. Went to pick it up 30 minutes later and the staff gave me a bag with only the sushi. I told them I am supposed to have two bowls as well and they sent me to the back of the Saturday afternoon line and told me to wait for the rest of my order. When I got to the front of the line and started re-ordering my order they were out of half of the ingredients for my bowls. I couldn’t cancel the order at this time because I had already paid online. Very negative experience and ended up having to wait a very long time for subpar food with the wrong ingredients and not to mention my sushi roll was missing ingredients as well.

    The sushi is fine, though a bit too expensive for what it is, in my opinion. The real star here is the bowl option. You can get a reasonably priced meal with good flavor and a good mix of veggies, rice, and meat here.

    I've had the Tidal Wave, Hawaiian, Super Asparagus, & South Pacific rolls. I've also had the edamame & crab rangoon. All have been very good! South Pacific & Tidal Wave are my favorite!

    The employees here are top-notch and the food is excellent. I'm not big on sushi but love the rolls here and the tuna Tower is excellent.

    Picked up an order and it was as if they got it half prepared, set it aside and forgot to finish packing it up to completion. I picked up naked rolls with none of the sides or sauces. The employee handing over the bag didn't make any kind of eye contact with me or say two words to me as he just handed me my bag and clumsily tossed chopsticks inside. I am dissatisfied.

    Had a pickup ordered 20 minutes ago and the person preparing the orders looks right at me and said oh I'll help you while I'm helping these people that literally just walked up there. How are you going to put three customers above an order that was ordered over 20 minutes ago when you know it was forgotten

    I paid $8.50 for 5 pieces of salmon roll. The taste was so so and there were rice and salmon only. I felt like being ripped off.

    I actually thought that the rolls here were better than at Blue sushi. I got two big rolls and it was a decent presentation and quality. I wouldn't mind ordering here again. Especially since it's in a mall food court, the quality is spot on.
