Went here after. Church this time we sent with a friend the chicken tenders have changed not for the better, the spaghetti with meat balls was good,

I came here to do a volcanic pizza challenge, but apparently, they no longer do it. Outside of that, everything was really good! The service was great, and the food we did get was on point. We ended up just getting 3 calzones and some pizza roll-up appetizers. The atmosphere is pretty basic, but they make up for it in their food. Was a good experience overall, but I gotta say, I was pretty bummed they didn't still do the challenge.

Everything tasted awful... even the kids Mac n Cheese. The wait for the food was over an hour, but we were told 30 minutes. The pizza was gross and tasted like it was just left on a counter and heated up 24 hours later. The lasagna was so tough and burnt tasting, it's unfortunate I hadn't eaten all day.. but I literally couldn't take another bite it was so bad. The spinach dig tasted like it came from a metal can. The dessert cookie was hard and tastelss... idk how they accomplished failure of every item. Absolutely DISGUSTING. Even the chips were too greasy to eat.. my 8 year old said.. I feel like I should wash my hands after touching these chips. Yes... she is correct. Never again.

Man, I was disappointed. Our pizza $26 for a large….suppose to be fresh. That straight out the freezer. I’ve made better frozen food at home. Then he ordered a “small” order of boneless wings. $9 for some nonsense. Our drinks were flat and our appetizers was unappealing. Overall. I will never go back and would discourage anyone else from going in. You’re better off staying home. The food not only will be cheaper, but I promise, you’ll make it better too.

My wife and I love the pizza. Our go to is jalapeño pretzel bites and beef, green pepper, and onion pizza on ale crust. Tonight is wasn't busy but they do a nice job getting your order out quickly. I eat here often... so obviously I would recommend it!

Ordered the nachos, a salad and a 9 slice pizza. To give some backround, I am not a person to be picky at all, nor to complain, but this was honestly a horrible experience and so decided to leave a review. The pizza would’ve been good if I actually got 9 slices worth, like it said. It was a small probably 8” pizza sliced into 9 pieces but there was only one piece I’d consider big enough to be a slice...so there goes my dinner. Secondly, the nachos as seen in the picture were just gross. They had no flavor, the chips were burnt to a crisp, and the cheese was cold and barely covered them. I’m just disappointed. I remember this place being very good back in the day and now I just feel like I got robbed. The only reason I gave two stars is because I could physically eat the pizza and salad. Smh.

First time stopping in during the lunch hour and it a very nice experience. Our server, Chris, was super friendly. Our food was great and the place was clean. We waited a little longer than usual for the check, but no worries...we were happy to be out of the heat for a while.

Service was awful. Restaurant was not terribly busy but took 10-15 minutes for our server to initiate service. Then at least 20 minutes to get our drinks. Had to ask for them again besides. Appetizers came out but no small plates brought out. Had to once again ask for them. Noticed servers were standing together visiting. Table was sticky. Tried cleaning it with wipes but stayed sticky. Very poor experience and probably won’t ever return…

Went for lunch. Service was good, and the food was good as well. Just what you expect in a decent chain restaurant. I like their cauliflower crust pizza.

A fun place to hangout, watch t.v or get drinks with friends. Join their mini tours! Fun trying some seasonal beers I wouldn't have otherwise. It seems though that they updated their menu and I'm not impressed especially with the price increase. I recently got the Italian melt and it has too much bread. The sourdough they used to use was much better. The pizza and burgers are a better choice! 🍻

The definition of mid. The deep dish Chicago style isn't really, and the dough was a little gummy, could've spent more time in the oven. The server we eventually got was nice but 3 of em stared at us for about 5 min before bothering to seat us. Boneless chicken wings were crispy. Small, but crispy.

We were there at 5:30 on a Wednesday. Pretty empty. Most of the staff was hustling but not all of them. The food was great. Our server was great. Easy to chat because it had a lot of empty tables. I do really like the lasagna there. Cheesy bread is also a big plus for me. My lasagna is all gone.

Pizza here is absolutely amazing! All the staff is awesome, kind, and hard working. I haven't tried much of the other items but I definitely will be going back. I highly recommend this place to anyone of all ages you won't be disappointed. I will post more updates when we visit again. Till then ✌️&❤️

Only 2 people in my table. Store was fairly empty.Took forever to get our drinks. Took forever to get our food, after it was messed up and remade without us being informed until it came out. My calzone was burnt on the top. Server could not listen to our orders. Asked for no ice 3 times and he could not pay attention to that. 2 times he forgot what my fiance ordered to drink and had to come back to ask. Server did take something off our ticket that took till after we were done eating to come out, I'll give him that one. Table was sticky. Everyone working seemed to be kinda spacey like they weren't focused on work

Yesterday evening I had an ok dine-in experience with my family. Our waitress did an ok job at serving us, the food was tasty enough, but the biggest complaint I have was the atmosphere. There was a draft throughout the restaurant that made it hard to enjoy our food. I don't know if the furnace needs to be looked at or what, but it's hard to enjoy your food when you're cold. Overall, our experience was nothing to write home about.

My girlfriend (white) and I (black) went to eat around 830 Saturday night. A waitress that was cleaning told us to pick any table on the bar side. We sat at long table in front of bar. Bartender and other waitresses saw us. We waited and no one came over. Another couple came in (white couple) and sat at the bar and immediately the bartender acknowledged them. We waited a few minutes to see if someone would come to us but they didnt so we got up and left. The same waitress that was cleaning had the nerve to say thanks guys have a good night as we left out.

Probably one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I want to note first our waitress was great. She did everything she could and the manager tried helping as well. Me and my fiance got a couple drinks. She got a bloody Mary which was fine and I got a mango drink that tasted 0% like mango. But it's got booze in it so I wasn't worried. We ordered mozzarella sticks. These were the same mozz sticks you can go get out of the Hy-Vee frozen section. That were super small and skinny (nothing like what I remember them being in the last). They were fine but not for that price. Here is the bad part, I ordered chicken Alfredo. Once I got it I didn't see any chicken. I dug around and found a few slivers. I asked the waitress and she said that its not shredded chicken that's blended into the sauce. In my pictures you can see only 2 or 3 slivers of chicken. I took one bite and the food was stone cold. The plate was piping hot but the food was so cold. And the one bite I took was so gross I just gave it back. She offered to remake it but I declined it was so bad. My fiance had a salad and didn't eat it because the tomatoes were so mushy and off colored she couldn't eat it. Nothing was edible besides the prefrozen sticks. But, perhaps, the worst thing was the bus boy. He walked back and forth past use everything 30 seconds just staring at us. Eventually he came over for a solid 20 seconds stood at our table and just looked at us. When I asked if he needed something he just reached on the table and started clearing it. As he has almost everything stacked and goes can I take these? At that point we left. That was rough.

Really starting to go downhill. I enjoy the Italian nachos, but they are taking too many shortcuts. Barely any cheese anymore & you can tell they use some kind of frozen sausage cuz it's not cut up well, it's square! Also used to be nice pepperoni, now it has tiny dried out pepperoni pieces, definitely a downgrade. Plus the tiny ramekin of red sauce is not enough.

Pan pizza was good. & the bbq wings were delicious.. it was empty when we arrived. Couldn’t understand why the service was not to par.. another table had to look for the server to pay.. !? Why?? It wasn’t that busy. We asked for a coke to go.. and the sever apparently found it to difficult to wipe the cup down. I think there was more soda on the outside of the cup than inside the cup. Seriously. There were only 3 tables to be attended too. Hopefully next time the service will be back.

Just go to Pizza Hut it's literally the same thing as the pan pizza you get there for double the price here, honestly I feel ripped off

Ambience was good, service was great, food was excellent

We placed our order online which said it would be ready by 8:34. My husband got there and waited for almost an hour all the while having the hostess come up to him twice asking what the name was on the order as well as one other person. I had to call and speak to the manager on duty (super upset at this point!) Madison was the on duty manager I spoke to, she was amazing! She got our order out right away and compensated us for the inconvenience! She took care of my issue right away, while still dealing with all the chaos that I could only imagine was going on due to them being short staffed! Great job Madison! You definitely deserve to hold the position you have if not more! Thanks again for the great customer service!!!!

Horrible experience last night. Waitress had to be asked to come and take our drink and food order After 20 minutes of waiting. This was at 445pm on a Sunday night. Messed up multiple orders and had to send it back. Did not get appetizers prior to the rest of the food coming. Drinks were not refilled and it was horribly cold in the restaurant. Waitress did not apologize or care that the orders were incorrect. Had to go up to the front counter twice to ask for our bill. Will not be coming back to this location.

(Feb.11th @ 4:30pm) Our server Jaysa was such a doll! Always filled our drinks before they got empty, food came out promptly and looked great (thanks, cooks!), and we had a quick, nice lunch. She was the only server on the clock at the time, and she did fantastic! Friendly and polite. 😊
