Ok, we came here without reading the reviews first because we were starving and it was a close walk from our hotel. We were greeted quickly and told to sit wherever we liked. There was a variety of seating options, hi- tops, booths, tables, long bar type tables (with cool live edge tops) or the bar so really comfortable. Our server, Mindy, greeted us quickly, got our drink order, and was back quickly to get our order. At this point I started reading reviews and got nervous. I was reading them to my hubby when...... the food came out. No lie, maybe 15 minutes. The food was DELICIOUS! The Parmesan Panko onion rings were the best I’ve ever had. The grilled veggies..... oh my.... so good! Veggies on my burger were so fresh. My husband said his burger was just as good. Prices were pretty good considering the quality of the food. Our waters were refilled several times and each time I new lemon. I talked to Mindy about the reviews on google and she was aware of the low ratings. She said that they have had a lot of staff turnover, including management, but they are on an upswing now. Being part of the Holiday Inn is sometimes a challenge, because even though the restaurant may be empty, they are getting slammed on room service or catered orders. Mindy said they were working on it. Give this place a shot, the food is awesome, and Mindy is great!

The host was rude, especially with this being our 1st time experience. We decided to get our food to go. Got home and one of the burgers was raw. See photo!!!! Must of had different workers in 2022 cause there is no way this is the #1 best burger joint.

Food is really good, especially salad and burgers. Not crowded place and quiet.

Disappointed. Rated the the best burger place in 2022. I was really good looking forward to juicy burger with a lot of flavor. However, that was not the case. The $14 burger was disappointing. I had better tasting burgers at Burger King. The bread wasn’t soft, and no meat flavor. The onion rings were excellent, hot and a good balance of batter and onion. The atmosphere is OK, good beer, and the service was fine but not worth the back for the buck. I won’t be back, and no recommend for burgers.

If there was a negative 5 this is what I would give Burger Theory! It wasn't busy when we arrived waited almost 10mins to be seated. They literally act like we was not standing there to be seated. The waitress bought 2 cups of water no ice and held the cups by the rim. I had to ask for ice then after that waited over 15mins for the waitress to come take our order. She never showed up like we was invisible not there at all! So being I never got the opportunity to try the food and experiencing this just from walking in the door! We got up and walked out! They will never see me again PERIODT!!

if I could give this place no stars I would they gave the smallest amount of fries. they gave us no napiks. we waited 30 minutes for a server to come over. they forgot half of my food and they over prised the food. This is by far the worst place to eat in this town.

1 person working bar and tables ...we were the only customers and we got treated very nice ..the food experience was worse then a busy night at Applebee's bacon under cooked, food we ordered did not have the rite toppings on are build your burger option and the tap beer was not as cold as it should be ..service was great food not so great..especially for a $90.00 bill for 3 burger meals , 2 beers and a appetizer

My partner was trying to avoid this place because of the reviews. But, we decided to give it a shot anyway due to convenience while staying at the hotel. No one was disappointed with their meal or the service. Our server was fast, friendly, and attentive. The food was delicious with crispy , well seasoned fries and juicy burgers. The kid's cheeseburger was big enough for an adult. The chicken salad was great with fresh veggies and tasty chicken.

Worst service ever. We were the only ones in the place. Waitress had a hard time keeping up with drink refills only 5 of us. The one person that advised they wanted their burger well done didn’t get it well done. Plastic drink cups plastic silverware. For $92 dollars i would have expedited more. The food was ok and felt they were rationing the French fries.

For a burger joint you would think hamburgers would be on point, sadly they were not. Just average at very best. My girlfriends burger was almost raw. The server however was very courteous and attentive. Good atmosphere but we had to listen to the manager and bartender talk about business. To me a successful businesses does not talk in front of customers loudly. That should be behind doors. I am there for dinner not to hear about the screwed up orders...

Worst service, sitting here for 40 minutes waiting in a salad, starter and a buger. Waitress makes drive-by to tell us she is checking on our food. Never stopping. Never letting us ask a question. 7:18 pm. She is busy putting up those chairs and frequently standing here and then on her phone. No other person addressing and we are right by the kitchen. Everyone is walking by us. 43 min.... we get everything all at once besides our starters....... fries had good seasoning. Shrimp was ok. And burger could have used a little more seasoning.

Oh my this place serves delicious food. Great burgers. I recommend the pretzels as a starter if you order appetizers.

Before I begin I have been to other Burger Theory locations so I thought I would try Omaha since it was close by. Here goes, I waited a while for the food, alright so they took my order and I usually like to pay upfront but was told to wait which I didn't like, it got on my nerves irritated me but ok "it is what it is". So, here is the rest of it. So I guess this business group (if that is what they were) came in to order food and they were all pretty impolite so they were sitting all the way near the windows but got moved right in booths near me. Now, I did get my food and was perfectly fine eating my burger and testing out how well the taste was and how it was cooked, until one of the people from the business group made some comment about "oh I saw someone's underwear on the street" and the rest of the group chimed in and chuckled right? And I thought "wow that is pretty rude, I am trying to eat, pretty hungry and your saying weird stuff like that and that is funny to you and your group? No big deal huh? Really?" I almost got up and said something but I let it slide (let it slide you know what I mean? I tried to ignore the rude group for the sake of hunger). Too hungry to debate I guess. I ended up paying near 20 dollars for the meal but at that point I was done eating and 1/2 full. Anyway, so here is my original photo before I added my usual ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper on the burger, I even added the onion rings on there. I did ask for a drink and was told that was "extra" so your saying no drink with my near 20 dollar meal? What is that about? 🍔 🥓

We had Brad helping us out, and he was left to take care of the entire restaurant by himself on Super bowl Sunday today. Bartender, waiter, everything. And he did it with a smile! Kudos to him. Management, take care of this guy and give him a raise. You are going to want someone like him on your team.

Went to have dinner after being highly recommended from a colleague and was very disappointed. We are being rush with our orders the minute we sat down. Our bill ticket was printed and given to us before our appetizer even arrived. Then we were ask if we would pay cash or credit once our food comes in. No silverware/napkins was given to us either. On top of that, the food wasn’t even great.

Overall solid. Last time we went like many places they were suffering from a severe lack of staff. Burgers were fine, like their pizza better though. Did the skillet cookie desert there, liked that the best

Okay, so the actual facility is clean and a nice atmosphere. We were happy because it was not crowded…BUT….there was a reason it was not crowded. The service was absolutely horrible, no attention to drink refills or anything. The food took forever to come out and it was very small portions. The food honestly was not horrible, just very small portions and overpriced. Definitely will not be coming back.

Went twice in two days. The first experience was great and the female staff at the bar was very inviting and provided great service. This is what made us come back a second time. However during the second visit the male bar staff member was very short and curt with his replies. There were only two people in the entire place but we had to wait to be seated. Our order was taken rapid fire and the check was brought before we were even halfway through our meal. The male staff member seemed to be rushing us out even though there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. He had sent the female staff member to go make copies and then a table of 11 came in. When she returned he made a comment in front of all the patrons that "of course you're not here when we get busy." The female staff just smiled and asked if she could help. Even in light of that the food was amazing and we would order again but probably for take out.

The vibe is cool but the food and service were subpar. I ordered a salad on a pretty chill night - not a lot of people - and it took 30 minutes. The salad tastes like it was dumped from the bag. Chicken wasn't great. Won't be coming back.

Restaurant was nice and clean. They were very short staffed - only 3 people working. We had to wait at least 15 minutes just for the menu, then at least another 20 minutes to get the waitress to take our order (short staffed). They were trying their best but were very slow. When the food came out, our burgers were pink inside. We didn't waste time trying to get it corrected. We were there over an hour and half and had an event to get to.

I found their service to be exemplary and the environment welcoming. Ease of ordering was immediately noted. Their veggie burger was the answer to my craving. What a great sauce, also. Bravo. Omaha, NE.

Were short staffed, but all were very pleasant! Prompt service and great food! Classic Burger, onion rings and cold beer! Will definitely be back!

Brad Beutler did an awesome job greeting and was running expo, bar and serving and didn’t skip a beat. This is one of the best experiences with a restaurant staff I’ve experienced while traveling for work. Very high integrity and timely server. I will be back for sure

This was the second time we've eaten here. The food quality was the same both times and consistency is important! Had the Lone Star burger and it was delicious. The restaurant itself was felt a bit stale and hot. It also smells like chlorine
