This is the WORST domino's pizza place we have gone in many states. Tried the app with curbside bring to car. After time had lapsed and already clicked button (call the manager). They did not know where the order was. So I went in. Worker by the name of BRENDA was going outside with my order. I stated that would be my order. With an attitude that would get many checked back to reality in a split second. She slung our food at me dropping all condiments in the entry way. Causing the sauce to be stepped on and splattered on a customer and the wall. One of the other workers came out ant laughed about it. Finally The manager Joel came out an apologize about the rudeness and incompetence of Brenda and the other employee. He canceled the order. Really was not a big deal any ways. Pizza was burnt on the bottom and the chicken wings were under cooked. On top of that the wings were just drizzled with the sauce. Not completely covered like other domino's.

I don't know why I bother to try different Dominos in different parts of the country, no matter where I go the pizza is horrible. It is bland, thin, and skimpy on toppings. The pizza was free because of them messing up the last time, but being free didn't make it taste any better. It's sad because there was a time that Domino's actually had good pizza. The stuffed cheese sticks are made three times better than the pizza is.

I recently discovered I have a gluten and dairy allergy... tough. But was excited to order “pizza” on dominoes gluten free crust. I ordered a gluten free pizza with no cheese, and with pineapple, chicken, and spinach on top. What did I get? A gluten free cheese pizza... seriously. I want my money back.

Usually it's good and the delivery person is friendly. Not this time on so many levels. Katelyn(however you spell it) made my pizza with very skimpy toppings and sloppy. The stuffed cheesy bread very sloppy. The delivery driver Samuel is lucky I even gave him a tip because of his mannerisms not to mention he was late. It seems he almost he expected me to know the make and model of his vehicle as opposed to having some kind of dominos decal on it. Whatever tho. Enjoy the 5$ tip on a 16$, late, and sloppily made order.

Ordered my pizza online and it was ready earlier than expected. It was made exactly too order, though you can't do much to mess up a plain cheese pizza. The store doesn't seem to be in a nice part of town compared to other Dominos. Also their front door window is broken.

Friendly staff and very accommodating! I was in the time they couldn’t do take outs, however they still proceeded to take my order when it was delivery only.

The Brooklyn style crust and the bread bowl always hits the spot. I picked this up through carry out and the cashier was detail oriented and remembered my 2 ranch.

The girl that claimed to be a manager (Katalynna) today was very unprofessional and rude! I place order with this location all the time and always call right after placing the order to ask for extra Alfredo sauce on my pasta and even offer to pay for it over the phone or in cash. NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM! HOWEVER the manager working today 11/29/23 was very rude and snooty stating she can't do that and they wouldn't be able to charge my card or I couldn't pay in cash. Never have I ever had this issue in years of ordering here. I asked when the store manager would be there and she said "I can't tell you that information" then hung up on me! This is a shocker for that store and the worst experience ever. Hope someone who needs to see this gives some corrective action as this is very unprofessional. Hands down worst experience and worst human being In the job position.

I placed an order to be sent to my job. The order was wrong. I ordered Brooklyn style & received thin crust. Then, the driver did not call me when he arrived. I actually went downstairs to check if my delivery made it. A coworker told me the pizza was sitting there for a while. I could tell because the pizza was cold. I've ordered from them a number of times & my pie would be piping hot.The driver knew he messed up because I immediately recd an email for a 50% my next order & an email for a free 2 topping pizza. But, when I just tried to use it it keeps telling me it's not available in my area. I want the delivery at my house, not at my job. I gave a substantial tip. I did every thing right. They tried to rectify the mistake but it means nothing if I can't use the coupon at another location nearest my house. You messed up my order at this location. Why would I want to risk ordering from you again?!

Terrible Customer Service, employee was extremely rude and insulting. I would recommend any other Dominos in Omaha. If they talk to customers with such disrespect and insults how well do you think they respect your food?

This is probably the best Dominos store I've dealt with. Every time I've ordered it's always crazy busy but they are always professional, competent and my food is always done when they say it will be. If I have any problems with my order, management is always nice and understanding and quick to resolve it. Keep up the great work you guys.

This was the best pizza I've had to date from dominos. It was amazing even tho they forgot the sauce and cheese. The extravaganza pizza add pineapple fantastic even without those main ingredients. Veggies fresh bright . Thank you guys

I love getting Dominoes. I use the app to get meals at my part time job. Never really had a problem, until this last order. My pizza has always been really tasty, and made properly, and delivered quickly. This last time, however, I found 3 pieces of bone in the Philly meat. I called the store to let them know, but the guy who assured me he was the ‘supervisor’, didn’t seem to believe me, and wasn’t bothered in the least. I wasn’t asking for freebies or anything, I was calling to let them know, and was dismissed…

Pretty good pizza here. Nice staff. Friendly service. Quality is awesome too! If they mess up they are quick to fix it and do extra. Would recommend. I buy pizza from St Mary's ave location all the time! This Domino's is under great management now! Keep up the good work guys!

Got a phone call from Diego letting me know in advance they were out of a certain item so they substituted with the same in a larger size. I thought it was great customer service on his end to call and make me aware before hand, especially knowing how busy a place like this is on an NFL Sunday- thanks Diego!

The streets of Omaha are packed with snow & ice, rendering me unable to drive to grocery store. Domino's driver pulled through with dinner for my family, all bundled up, with a smile on their face. Very appreciated, today more than ever!

The food is ok. I order often for my 4 year old daughter could definitely do better this location ONLY!

Dominos is awesome. They are open late and the food is delicious for any occasion. Philly cheese steak pizza is a must have!

5-stars to the one girl working the store by herself; but if she is all the staff available this evening then should definitely have shut down walk-in & online carry-out orders so she could stay focused on just filling orders. I feel for her, and while I understand people being justifiably upset from waiting over an hour … I appreciate her doing her best, taking it in stride, and not walking out.

Prompt delivery and they don't skimp on toppings. Best domino's experience I've ever had. I order from them at least once a month and will continue to do so.

Kathy the manager is absolutely fantastic she not only fixed my order but literally made my order the best version I have ever had it and now I know exactly how to order it for future orders. She definitely deserves 5 stars

I was really impressed with domino's with once again. I don't know of the quality but the communication And being way on time It's something that is important to me.

Pizza is always good & service is fast. If they're out of something they will let you know or replace it unlike pizza hut.

I placed my order at 8:05pm and recieved at 10:37pm. I live less than 10 min from this location. I was watching my Tracker. I seen it turned finished, I looked outside and I never received a call or notification. I was confused because I never got an order. I called the number provided and they said they went to a different apartment. Redelivery was prompt. I'm disappointed it took 2 1/2 hrs for me to recieve my food which was warm but not ideal. Wing are cold. Food and service was 3 star. Over all I love Dominos! Special thanks to Joel for prompt redelivery.

manager claimed I didn’t have an order but one showed up to my room after placing it. It may be an error with the app but the night manager was insistent that I was wrong when a pizza showed up.

Other than one time ordering a chicken sandwich and having raw uncooked chicken, it's been good. Strange thing is that their chicken is supposed to be precooked, however I got raw chicken.

Long story short, I made an order. Realized the product that was delivered was not accurate with what I ordered. Drove down to the store and addressed the situation. The manager came out for less than 30 seconds. Confirmed my order with me and immediately doubled back to remake my order. No hassle, no fuss. I wish I would have gotten her name or the gentleman who greeted me when I walked in, but whoever you guys are, please keep doing what you do! (01/27/2023 @ approximately 08:30pm)
