I have mixed opinions about this place. There are plenty of arcade games here. Some are very engaging to kids and some are some what engaging. Pizza is mediocre. The host who was assisting us had to host at another tabke and we had to wait for water, refills, cups etc. etc. There problem is with the staff. They are understaffed over there weekend. There were atleast 25 people at the counter and only 1 staff member assisting them. I was there to redeem the tickets and waited for 15 mins for someone to come and help me with no luck. I wish management considered redeeming tickets respectful.

It is one of the only places in town that has somewhat of an arcade for my 7-year-old son to play. A lot of the games are old and outdated, but for the most part, kids can still enjoy them. Fun atmosphere and good food. We waited over an hour for one pizza and cheese sticks, but it was a Friday night and from what I was getting from the younger gentleman who rang us up, the kitchen was backed up and short staffed. I'm not sure if this is typical, but all in all, after waiting, the pizza was good! We're fans and will return again! Just wish the price was more reasonable, and the staff a bit more accommodating. They weren't much help with anything I inquired about! Most were fairly young kids, though, to be fair!

Pretty awesome for my littles they have lots of choices in arcade games and they are not expensive either. On the other hand the pizza is good pizza but horribly high priced . But we have a jolly good time for sure

Our family visited this location for the first time today and had a wonderful experience! We loved seeing the animatronics!! The pizza and wings were delicious! Rides and games were wiped down frequently with cleaner. Staff was very friendly and helpful with ticket redemption. Some of the games and rides were not operating properly and they were out of a couple of treats such as cotton candy, but there were still a lot of fun things to enjoy! We look forward to going back soon!

My son and i went there at 5pm December 1st 2023. Ordered a double order of boneless wings. After 1hr 45 min. Still hadn't received food. Asked the manager where they were at. She asked if i had a receipt. I gave my son the$ to pay for them he is 9. Of course he doesn't keep it. Who would. Hands down, worst food and customer service i have ever experienced

We are celebrating my daughter's birthday. We loved it. The children had a lot of fun and we adults also had a great time. It's an excellent place for children. All the employees are very friendly.

We booked a party for my daughter’s 5th birthday. We were on a 2 hour time limit. Everything they did was late. We spent $700 and the party host Christal was literally the worst I’ve experienced. The only thing she helped do was pass out spoons. That was after we complained to the manager. We had to ask for our dippin dots (that was included in the package) several times. After we complained to the manager again, she finally brought them out 30 minutes before the party was over. The kids had already eaten their cupcakes. If you book a party expect to be your own host! Definitely would not recommend this place for a birthday party.

It's been quite a while since I've been inside Chuck E. Cheese. It's changed. It appears cleaner, better lit with a lot more games. The ball pit that was back in the corner is gone. We can probably thank Covid for that one. The pizza still needs a LOT of improvement. The service was sufficient. It was a Sunday and busy. It took a kids birthday party to get me inside again and it will likely take another to go back. But it is a good place for a kid's birthday party, they love it.

During the week is better to go. Too many parents letting their kids grab the ski balls and throw them everywhere. A Lil kid was taking the pictures that print out. This happens often. Do better parents. It's a place to have fun. Not a babysitting place for your kids to destroy for other kids.

It's alright, food was mediocre. Service was minimal, you order up front and fill your own drinks. 1/4 of the games didn't work and one section was blocked off completely.

The front desk girl was kind of rude and didn’t explain anything very well for us being first time guests. Definitely could use some better training of employees. Customer service goes a long way. Over all though, my kids had a lot of fun! Its very spacious inside and my son now wants to have his next birthday celebration there!

It was a nice time for the price. Was able to buy a gaming card for a specific amount of time instead of credits. Some of the games were broken, but my kids still had fun. Cheaper than it's competitors but the game selection and quality isn't as good.

This is a great place for kids, though a bit pricy in my opinion especially since some of the games could use repairs. My kids always have fun and the food is okay. The employees working the counter always seem like they are in a rush/hurry to get things done and distracted even when there are no other customers waiting (for things like ordering and also getting prizes).

Pizza was pretty good but it took over an hour to cook and we ordered well ahead of normal meal times. Games are mostly 1-2 credits but feel like they don't last as long as other arcades.

I wish we would've went to The Amazing Pizza Machine. I blame the commercials. They make it seem like the, "Best place ever" for a Birthday Party. Like many of the reviews, the staff are simply there to hang out. Many at the front, but are not helpful. We had no idea what the better deal was when it came to purchasing the "overly" priced E Cards to play the games. Half of the machines don't work. They steal your minutes or your E Tokens. We waited so long for the pizza, and when it did come I was shocked it looked like recycled pizzas from a left over party. The drinking station, so gross! It looked and felt dirty. The person who brought us our pizza asked us did we want plates!? Uggghhhh duh! That's like buying the drinks and asking us do we want cups!? The staff are pretty much younger teens who have no idea what Customer Service is. The Prize section where you redeem your E Tokens, she was patient, but unenthusiastic. She was literally there to make a paycheck, but not earn it. I wish they would go back to Tokens. I wish they would remodel the place way better than what they have done and the parking lot, potholes everywhere! They didn't take the Animatronics out, they probably quit. They were tired of the nonsense too! Lol...

Obviously the food isn’t the reason you come and it’s decent so it’s fine for a quick bite, but we LOVE this location in omaha. It’s so easy to take our 2yr old and let her just PLAY. Yes, there are games she doesn’t understand, but she talks about it every single day. If you ask her, what did you do today, she says “go to Chuck E. Cheese” every time even if we didn’t go that day. The staff is SO nice and patient. Ty for giving us something fun to do for a tiny kiddo.

Kids always have a great time. Hate when parents just let their kids run without watching them cuz it makes it unenjoyable for everyone else. staff was quite slow and seemed like too many were just standing there to have to wait to play so long.

Thr employees were very interested in our experience being a great one. Haven't been here since moving from Omaha 10 years ago. Pleasantly surprised!!

Our experience was not terrible... just disappointing when you spend a decent amount to bring your kids to enjoy games that are mostly broken, or have deflated balls, no bean bags, or barely any air in the air hockey game, dirty tables and there is literally only 8 patrons in the entire building. The best part about the whole trip was unlimited parking!! Let that be a lesson, I suppose.

We had a blast with our 5 yr old granddaughter. The food was tasty and hot and a wide variety of games for varying ages. She was able to dance with Chuck E Cheese even though it was a Tuesday afternoon. It was very clean and inviting, including the restrooms. The staff was very helpful as this was our first visit to a Chuck E Cheese in a very long time...lol. But it isn't exactly cheap, but next time I think we can save a bit of money by ordering one of their bundles. All in all we totally enjoyed ourselves!

We have come to this location plenty of time over the years. Tonight we had fun as usual. It was a clean, safe place to take our young girls. They had an officer on site so it was super safe. The officer was nice and so was my new favorite Chuckie Cheese employee, Freddy. She delivered great customer service.

It's a million times better since it's been remodeled. So clean and no mold smell by the drinks. The staff is so much more friendly. Only issue was my husband had to wait quit a bit for lettuce for the salad bar.

Obviously a place to take your kids, but the pizza is unnecessarily good. Like I think it's one of my favorite pizza's. The crust is perfect, sure the center is a little thin and wobbly, but you cannot beat that crunch, perfect crust. And the games are cool too! Staff is great and understanding. It is really a great place to take your family.

This year i have already had 2 of my kids burthdays here! They just remodeled and it is so bright and cheery now! Games are great it is clean the pizza is awesome. I was sick of doing bounce house places for birthdays and overpriced trampoline parks. Here we got 2 full hours of unlimited games and even ticket games so they all got prizes at the end, it came with pizza for everyone cute nice chucke cheese cups with bendy staws for each kid, dippin dots for everyone and extra tickets for each kid and the birthday kid got to go in the ticket blaster and collect more tickets. I had a 5 year old birthday and a 9 year old birthday here and both ages had a blast! As a parent you dont even really have to watch them too close like at the pizza machine where they get lost in a minute and I have never seen a kid place put theinvisable ink on the kids hands to match the numbers to the parent so noone gets taken with the wrong person and they have someone at the door so kids dont just run out. The staff os very attentive and check in on your party all the time. They also do birthday kid dance parties with charector chuck e who walks around. All in all have a birthday party here you wont regret it you get alot for what you pay! I did the $26 package.

We were very excited to bring two 2 year old young boys to come play in the tubes and slides, and the balls. We walked in only to see there were no more tubes, the stage was gone, and there were only arcade games for bigger (older) children. We were very surprised and greatly disappointed. What is there to do anymore for the younger children? If we wanted to play games, we would’ve went to Dave & Busters.
