Such a cool spot and love that it's always open to check out! We were in town for a concert and stopped here one night to explore! It was a little rainy and cold but got some great pics of the lights and bridge! Also. Had an awesome guy take some pics for us...he might have had one too many beers but made for a great laugh when we went back through and discovered his photography skills...or. lack. thereof.

Absolutely beautiful pedestrian bridge. Visited twice while here on vacation. It’s very colorful and even more stunning at night.

Always one of me and my daughters favorite places to just get out and get some fresh air and go for a nice walk! Looks so different during winter but still so many cool sights to see! I highly recommend this place for a good sunset or in this case great shots of the moon!

A fun attraction with lots of fantastic views and local data points. Less than a mile across, makes for a short walk. Near downtown Omaha and the lewis & clark visitor center. Crossing the bridge, a pedestrian can see a great many sights. Digital user friendly. There is ride-share public bicycles available as well.

I love this pedestrian Bridge. It is especially pretty at night with the lights on. There is a small parking lot next to the bridge that tends to get filled up pretty fast. There's no overflow parking lot so be aware. There's a marker on bridge for stateline between Iowa and Nebraska slightly beyond the half-mark point. There's some information and fun facts about the river and fishes on the bridge, which is also pretty cool.

We recently shot engagement photos here and there are many great mini spots around the bridge. Parking is tough right now during construction so plan for at least a 100 yard walk from any parking spot. The lighting is always fire even at night as the bridge lights up! Photographers love the leading lines the bridge creates. A new landmark for Omaha.

Very cool pedestrian bridge that straddles Iowa & Nebraska. The “selfie” zone at the border is a nice touch. Sad to see some graffiti, but that’s almost impossible to keep up with anymore.

I love walking across this bridge. There is a cool troll at the bottom the bride and the coolest thing I'd in the middle you can have one foot in Iowa and one foot in Nebraska. On the Iowa side there is a cool silver statue of a guy and a pelican play ground.

Beautiful pedestrian bridge, even more beautiful at night! Easy access for all and great views. You can park at Lewis and Clark visitor center or street parking near bridge entrance on Omaha side. Definitely worth checking Bob The Bridge out.

Great spot for walking and or bike riding. Parking is a bit tricky with the construction and you will find the weekday’s better then the weekend as far as amount of people using the area

It's definitely something to do at night while here. The lights are really cool to watch, it was perfect weather for walking after the sun went down. The bridge was a bit of a walk from the parking lot, but it was worth it!

Beautiful place to take kids or thought special someone. There is a splash pad for the kids during the day and at night the lights are something to see. The river is so beautiful from all of ours views and it cost zero dollars! Plus you can get some exercise and have one foot in Nebraska and one in Iowa. Neat place I highly recommend.

A beautiful outdoor spot and so fun to walk across. We came from out of town and were very glad we stopped to make the trek. There is also a fun splash pad for kiddos and visiting the troll was so fun for my kids.

The Nebraska side of the bridge is very calm and relaxing when we went around 430-5PM on a weekend. The bridge is nice and an easy walk. There is a semi-steep income if you're starting in Nebraska. I did not walk all the way to the end of the bridge in Iowa. There are electric bikes on the Nebraska side that you can rent and are allowed on the bridge. There's signage around the area explaining the importance of the area which I enjoyed to read. Overall a very great area to visit. The place is safe, clean and friendly!

Awesome experience both day and night. If you enjoy modern architecture this is definitely a place to check out. The bridge is a suspension bridge so you can feel movement.

Such a beautiful colorful bridge. At night it’s a very peaceful walk across the Missouri River from Nebraska to Iowa. Such a pretty view of Downtown Omaha when you are on Iowas side. You might want to bring a jacket when the temperature drops at night. I haven’t been here during the day but I will most definitely be back!

We came to the bridge over the weekend and had a blast. It's really quite the structure. The walk was pleasant even though it was chilly. We loved the Omar statue. It was adorable. We "bobbed" and got some really good photos from the bridge. And there is a really cool playground on the Iowa side of it.

Cool bridge to walk from Nebraska into Iowa especially when it's dusk so you can watch the lights come on and change colors and it makes for some really cool photos.

Wonderful pedestrian bridge. It is very convenient to travel on foot to another state😉 A very popular place among tourists. There is a point on the bridge where you can be at the same time in Nebraska and Iowa👍 Great place to visit 💯

Very nice walk across the bridge into Iowa. The area is nice and there is a lot of stuff going on nearby. Highly recommend.

This was really a cool experience. Cost nothing to walk across it. We traveled from Wisconsin for the zoo but had to make a stop here

Super cool pedestrian bridge with great views of the river and downtown Omaha. Some creative signage adds to the charm of this place. Worth making the effort to run or walk to.

I finally took the time to walk across the pedestrian Bridge. I had a great experience, it is truly unique. I think it would be safe to say any person that experiences this place would see or hear something they enjoyed .

Really a cool bridge, great walk over and back. We were there for the marathon, so lots of encouragement for those running. Very pretty area. It is gorgeous at night! Cool park on the Iowa side.

This location offered a beautiful view of the Missouri River and a pleasant morning walk. The bridge had a refreshing breeze when I crossed it that morning and it was amazing. Another fun detail was the dividing line between the states of Iowa and Nebraska. That made for some fun photo shenanigans. At various points on the bridge, there were different placards displaying various bits of Native American culture and history. Unfortunately, I didn’t have any pictures of those. I didn’t stay for long but it was a nice place for a little relaxation.

My absolute favorite place in omaha! I walk, run, or bike here every day! Both day and night time are amazing, such a beautiful place and so surreal to watch the sunset or sunrise!

  • 5/5 Nick M. 11 months ago on Google
Bridge was pleasant to walk across. It was not very busy for a Saturday midday. The views up and down the River are probably some of the best you will find along the Missouri short of being on a boat.

Took a sunset walk in hopes that we’d see fireworks from the baseball game. No luck on the fireworks, but it was a beautiful walk on beautifully designed bridge! Got to see the city from a different view & the parks at both ends had fun sculptures & play grounds for the kids. Very scenic area!

If you have an hour or so to kill in Omaha, this is definitely the place. A breathtaking view of the river and a nice photo spot. You’ll also get the chance to cross into Iowa halfway theough the bridge.

Nice place to take a walk/ride. Connects to other trails and parks with lots of open space. Not much parking on the Omaha side that I saw.

I enjoyed walking the bridge and seeing the art, but the coolest part was standing over the river with one foot in Nebraska and one foot in Iowa!
