This
property
is
living
on
past,
positive
reviews.
Every
time
you
mention
something
that
is
an
issue,
you
will
get
the
"excuse"
that
they
have
good
reviews
and
that
YOU
are
a
"bad
customer."
Don't
ever
make
the
mistake
of
staying
during
a
holiday
like
Thanksgiving
or
Christmas.
You
will
pay
2-3X
what
other
local
hotels
are
charging
and
receive
BARE
MINIMUM
services.
Hotel
is
SEVERELY
short-staffed.
Really,
th
the
hotl
should
be
CLOSED.
This
is
not
a
hotel
that
Marriott
should
be
associated
with.
Someone
at
Corporate
should
go
in,
close
the
place
down,
and
start
OVER
with
a
team
that
understands
Marriott's
commitment
to
service.
There
are
people
at
the
front
desk
that
are
down
right
rude.
Silvere
was
incredibly
rude
to
me
during
the
first
night
of
our
stay,
and
I
just
had
a
conversation
with
Reese,
and
I
am
certain
he
does
not
understand
Marriott
philosophy
on
guest
service
or
satisfaction.
In
many
ways,
this
"hotel"
wants
to
run
like
it
is
still
the
height
of
the
pandemic:
You
need
supplies?
We'll
place
them
in
a
garbage
bag
outside
your
room.
You
want
food?
Our
servers
aren't
here.
So,
eat
in
your
room.
You
want
to
order
off
our
menu?
Well,
we're
out
of
most
things.
And,
don't
dare
get
upset,
because
"we
have
great
reviews"
and
"we
try
to
look
on
the
positive
side
of
things."
Just
don't
bother.
It's
not
worth
your
time
to
hear
all
of
the
excuses.
If
you
are
a
business
trabeler,
the
Club
Lounge
was
closed
for
10
days.
"Why
bother
for
2-3
guests",
I
was
told.
"We're
only
at
27%
occupancy."
My
opinion
is
this:
If
you
don't
want
to
run
a
hotel,
please
close
and
let
someone
else
run
a
REAL
hotel
that
provides
service.
