Great place in downtown Omaha. Pillows are super soft. Extended stay and no one ever freshens up the room. Breakfast buffet is not worth the $18 charge, maybe $5. They do offer a shuttle service to/from airport. My door sticks too. Had to lower my rating. My room is so dusty I'm developing a nasty cough.

I'm giving 2 stars primarily because the hotel itself seems like a bait and switch. Stayed for 2 nights over a weekend to visit the zoo and some spots around downtown Omaha. Let's start with the room. It wasn't bad but the door was extremely hard to open and close, and you had to put your shoulder into it in order to get inside. The bed was fairly comfortable and everything seemed clean. The "Bar & Grill...." It's barely a bar, and not really a grill. We were told they had a full menu available and this would have been nice as we arrived in the evening and once we had parked in the parking garage it would have been nice not to have to leave, however we ended up having to go out once we got checked in as the bar was simply a bar, and no menus to be seen and the person working the bar seemed more interested in talking with some friends at the side of the bar instead of talking to me as I stood there. We left and ended up in Old Market. We were prepared to pay the 18 dollars for breakfast the next morning, but when we walked up we realized it was no more than a few trays of pre prepared eggs and self serve cereals and juices. For 18 bucks I expect an egg station or at least a server, but none of that was available apparently. We booked this hotel because of the amenities, and none of those seemed present while we stayed here. Considering I could have paid another 30 bucks per night and stayed in old market, I probably won't return here, and I wouldn't recommend it either for 170 per night. I've stayed at Holidays Inns for 80 bucks per night that had huge breakfasts available included with the room rate. If you're in town for a business trip or something downtown this might work, but otherwise it's not very versatile. I will add that the front desk staff was very friendly throughout the whole trip, and they were a positive in all this.

Check in was great and the staff at the front desk were helpful and kind. However, getting to our room I found dirty rags draped over the shower rod, the creamer in the room for the coffee expired in 2022 and was very thick and gelatinous. When we arrived at 3:30pm housekeeping was on our floor, we went to the pool which was ok, and returned to find housekeeping had left piles of dirty towels and trash bags up and down the hall, waking up in the morning they we’re still there. Overall our stay was alright but cleanliness didn’t seem to be a priority.

I’m a Hilton member and have always been impressed with Hilton hotels-this one didn’t come close to meeting expectations. Bedding was icky, bathroom floor needs a good scrub, and honestly the whole bathroom was wonky. It was a walk-in shower, and so much water ended up on the floor outside of the shower to the point that this would be a hazard. There also isn’t a towel rack close to the shower, kind awkward. The towel bar by the sink was falling off, the fan was falling off the ceiling, and for whatever reason the sink got the vanity soaked every time we washed our hands. I have pictures but google won’t let me attach them for some reason. The fridge also froze all of the stuff we had in there. There was only one garbage basket in the whole room, which was a tiny bathroom one. Fine for a one-night stay but not for longer. The room is large but the layout is very strange. The location is great BUT mapping does take you to a back door, that needs to be corrected. I loved staying at the embassy suites which is pretty close to here, it’s worth the extra few bucks to go there, if you’re looking. Now I will say that the staff here is awesome! Very professional and genuinely nice, I don’t have a singular complaint about them. Overall I feel like I got overcharged for what I received, this felt like an equivalent to a $40 motel stay.

We came to Omaha this weekend for a much needed relaxing getaway. We booked this room because "hey, it's a Hilton!" Boy were we wrong and regretted our decision to not pay a little more for a different hotel downtown. Right away we noticed the front desk staff were not friendly upon check in...(if you're going to work in the hospitality industry, you should probably be friendly to the guests...)The room was not clean, there was dust on the TV stand and the desk to the point you could use your finger to write in the dust. The air conditioner was SO LOUD, it literally sounded like there were rocks or marbles in the vent. I got up around midnight and turned it all the way off because the noise was keeping us awake but that of course just resulted in a hot hotel room. Not only that noise but you could hear water pipe noise all dang night It was terrible. Everything about our stay was so disappointing, and it's not like it was super cheap on a Saturday night. Upon check out, I expressed my disappointment and concerns to the front desk staff, whom appeared she could care less but also said "I did get other complaints from people within that block of rooms because of the noise. " To me, it sure seems like if you know there's a problem and it wasn't just us then they should've done something to make it right...Sadly, she did not. She basically told me to have a good day and there was nothing she could do. Super bummed, and it definitely did not make our relaxing weekend getaway actually relaxing. Even more disappointing when the staff don't try to remedy the situation.

Older hotel but well kept up. Was very nice you couldn't hear people in next room only when people were in the hall. Breakfast was good. Only complaint would be there were no refrigerators or microwaves in rooms. Have to give a shout out to the amazing front desk lady DAWN. She was extremely helpful and very friendly. Was our first impression with this place and last so she made it a pleasant one. They are lucky to have her!

I almost never leave reviews but I felt compelled to warn others. The hotel is ok, perhaps a 3.5 out of 5 for most categories. Small rooms, older hotel. The awfulness is from getting an elevator room. One of the many rooms closest to the elevators that is (820 in our case). It was so loud all night, never ceasing. I can't believe they even book those rooms with the level of noise all night. This is the first 1 star hotel review I have ever left. A horrible night of sleep made the trip much more difficult.

If you are staying in downtown Omaha there are MUCH better places to stay. My wife and I chose to stay here again as we had stayed here on the night we were married. We chose to go back to DoubleTree for our anniversary and decided to get the Presidential Suite again. These rooms are big and they used to be nice but they have really let the place go and not kept it up. You’d assume a nice room would have glasses but nope, just two plastic cups. Room aside, we were still ok with it as the room is big. The front desk service is HORRIBLE. When talking to them neither one chose to look up hardly at all from their computers to talk to me. They virtually ignored I was there and gave short, pointed answers. They have obviously not been taught about proper service or more like they don’t care. When I asked to talk to them manager he said she was out until next day. I asked for her name and then to write it down. He said she didn’t have a card. I asked him again to write it down and he grabbed the shuttle drivers card (as they evidently have a card but a manager does not) and a pen and threw it on the counter and told me to write it down myself and went back to typing. I asked for his name as he wasn’t wearing a name tag and he refused to give it to me. The other person had a tag on (Erin) and she kept working on her room keys. The extremely poor service for customers has gone to an entirely new level. If that had happened in my day or I had tried that I would have been fired as it is completely unacceptable. The problem is companies allow this to continue with no ramifications for the employees poor service and customers continue to get treated worse and worse as they know they can get away with it and keep their jobs. I would assume the way they both acted this is their typical behavior and the hotel evidently doesn’t care. I refuse to be treated like this and we will find a different place to stay next time. I would urge everyone else to do the same and show companies they need to start providing better service or we will all take our business someplace else.

The hotel is located in the downtown area, the shuttle and front desk staff were excellent..but the rooms were in poor shape. The carpets were old and funky. The faucet in the bath for room 1603 was broken and wouldn't stay in place, so I had to hold it in the hot position with one hand to take a shower. Also the drain was slow and I was standing in 4 inches of water after my 10 minutes shower. Sorry can't recommend.

This was a very disappointing stay at a hotel located right in the heart of downtown Omaha. The rooms are rundown with mildew in the bathrooms, loose fixtures, and minimal linens (towels, etc). There was no shampoo, conditioner, or bath gel provided, just 4 things of lotion. I called down to the front desk to ask they send up some of the missing shower products but after a 30-min reminder call and a 1-hr reminder call, nobody showed up. I saw a couple of the housekeeping staff in the hallway but they did not speak English. It took 10 minutes using my phone to translate and some handwritten notes so they could see the spelling of "Shampoo" and "Conditioner" just to get a couple of little bottles from their disorganized cart. It looked like they were mixing clean towels with dirty ones placed on top of them so I did not get any towels from them. When I said something to management at the front desk, they offered no apology or anything to make it right. To make matters worse, they even said that the Housekeeping Manager did not speak Spanish but the entire housekeeping staff was Spanish-speaking only. The one positive review for this hotel is the location. That's it, though.

I used to want to stay here as a kid...now that I have, I will never come back. It's very outdated and old. It was highly inconvenient to have to stop at the front desk every single time we parked just to get parking validated. It would have made more sense to be able to connect our room key to the parking garage system. The rooms were very old and the majority of the plugs on the lamps didn't even work. They were also not cleaned very well; we found a tablet on the floor of our room that we googled and learned was for HIV treatment, and our bathroom sinks were gross.

I had a great stay here. The staff was very friendly and made it very easy to check in and out. I came to visit the Union Pacific Center as a college student and they definitely helped make it a great experience. The staff would txt me to make sure everything was going well. The shuttle was also super helpful and the driver knew a lot about Omaha and gave us a great welcome tour. The location is also super convenient. I really enjoyed staying here and will make sure to come back whenever I visit Omaha again.

Room very dirty.. missing drain plug in bathtub and sink. No phone or alarm in room. No fridge, no microwave..out of towels. No towel service for a 2 night stay. No free coffee...not impressed.. would not stay here again. Could easily hear people speaking in the next room.

Terrible terrible terrible experience. We booked our wedding block there for all of our guests (21 rooms total) as well as our stay for the wedding weekend. We get there and our room (which is a presidential suite) is not ready for over an hour after check-in. We had to stand there arguing with the person working the front desk about our room block rate (which by the way we signed a contract for eight months before the actual wedding weekend). Once we finally get up to the room it’s after 430 and the room is in terrible condition. There was bugs, stains on the bedding and furniture, and broken lights hanging from the ceiling. We changed rooms and the second one was not any better. I had to argue with them about that making me late for my own wedding rehearsal. The next morning I woke up (on my wedding day) to ants in my bed and all over the bathroom floor. After checking out I spent over two weeks calling the hotel and Hilton customer service to get some sort of resolution about this terrible stay. I regret having my guests stay there. Terrible experience.

Absolutely awful. Tried to check into our room at 5:30pm, they charged our card but told us rooms weren’t ready yet but would be in time. We checked in often to see if our room was ready yet… it wasn’t. We ordered pizza to the lobby after about an hour with 3 hungry kids waiting. Sat at one of the only tables available with our kids to eat and were told we could not eat outside food there. So our kids had to eat pizza on the floor. We were not able to get into our room until 9pm after arriving at 5:30. Our room door was broken, gum on the carpet, and front desk wouldn’t answer the phone to assist with needing extra blankets for the night. The only accommodations that were offered were breakfast coupons that didn’t start until 7, but we had to leave prior to that for a baseball tournament. Manager was rather lacking in any sincerity over all of the extremely inconvenient issues we had. She wouldn’t even remove the $10 parking charge. We weren’t told at 5:30 we would be waiting for over 3 hours or we would have taken our hungry, tired kids somewhere else.

There just for a weekend, overall just not very clean. There was hair in the shower, some sort of brown powder in the sink, spots on the bathroom walls. The bed was fine enough to sleep in. There was dust over the surfaces. The floor has white powder (I’m hoping carpet cleaner) clumped in spots. Went and asked for a different room at they were quick and efficient with it. Second room had the shower partially running when I walked in, looked like swept everything on the bathroom floor under the sink, and a random skittle on the carpet which made me question if the carpet was cleaned at all cause that just seems hard to miss. Tried not to be in the hotel as much as possible so can’t speak on anything other than the rooms we stayed in

Decent hotel with nice views of the city from the higher floors. The front desk was helpful with items that were missing from the room after checking in and that stopped working during the stay. The shuttle was convenient to the chi convention center and it is a nice walk to the Old Market district. The hotel was wonderful in negotiating a low rate for our group in return for serving the room once every 5 days. The only thing I missed from that was new coffee packets in the morning. ☕️

Service was great, rooms were clean, and the location is perfect. My only complaint, and reason for dropping a star, is the breakfast situation. I have no problem with a hotel not offering a free breakfast; however, when they charge $18 a person for something very basic, and very comparable to what I’ve had free at many other hotels, I definitely had a bit of a sigh. Otherwise, great stay during a blizzard in Omaha!

Not sure what the bad reviews are for. Rooms are clean, brand new beds. Breakfast, while not free, is comprehensive and good. Location is great, lobby is huge. Staff was excellent. This is a 4.4 star or better hotel no clue why it’s sitting at 3.8. And I’m pretty hard on hotels as well I stay in about 10-15 a month for work.

Let me first start by saying that Shadow, who was working at the front desk, was absolutely amazing and deserves all the praise and then some! I was booked into a room that did not have a working air vent. After attempting to fix it and being unsuccessful, I was moved to a new room. That new room also had air issues, and I was moved to a third room. Luckily, that room had working air and my stay was pleasant, all thanks to Shadow moving me around with ease! Now for the not so good - the hotel is very dated and it shows. Decor is old, elevators have buttons that are missing or don't work, toilets in rooms hardly flushed. Signage showed that they were remodeling, but there weren't any signs of it during my stay. Overall, it was a nice stay. A bit of a headache with the rooms, but it did the job for the one night.

  • 1/5 Courtney S. 6 months ago on Google
the room was gross, there was mold on the ceiling and in the hallway. the shower wouldn't drain while showering(yuck!) and I called two different times after leaving when I realized I left my make up bag there with some high end products. I left two different messages- one with the front desk lady and one on the housekeeping voicemail, and no one ever called me back. completely unacceptable and disgusting.

We stayed here for one night and when we went back down, there were 2 giant rats running around in the dining area by the front desk in the lobby!!! It scared my 2 daughters and another guest who literally stood up and ran away! It was absolutely disgusting! Not at all what I would expect from a Hilton brand hotel.

  • 1/5 Cody K. 7 months ago on Google
There is black mold in the bathrooms, the rooms reeks of heavy sanitizer, like the kind you find at a motel 6. The AC never works properly in these rooms, no matter how many times they change rooms, all it does is below the same temperature air inside. The location is good, the staff are great, but this hotel needs to be demolished. The sad part is that despite multiple bad reviews, all they do is have some sort of formulaic response without ever addressing the massive problems with this disgusting hotel.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Great downtown location and free shuttle to/from the airport and within a 3 mile radius. The interior is beautiful and the rooms have a great view of downtown omaha. Will definitely be here again!

Dislike this hotel. Our room smelled (dank and like urine), the fridge wasn’t plugged in, the shower needed some bleach. Only saving grace is that it is downtown and walkable to many great places to dine.

First off: amazing service from Dawn Ulrich at the front desk. I enjoyed the location and view of downtown from my room high room. Not much, if any, road noise from below. I’d stay here again when in town and Dawn really helped heighten the experience. I left too early and got in too late to enjoy the bar or bistro but look forward to it on my next stay.

My boyfriend and I checked in at 2am due to flight, paid for breakfast with our room. The employee who checked us in told us breakfast was available until 11. When we went down at 10:30 the restaurant told us they were closed. They offered us vouchers, but we don’t live in town and wanted to know if there was another option. She sent us to her manager Becky. My boyfriend and I asked the manager Becky what our options were and she said all I could do was contact the booking agency for a refund. I mentioned the restaurant said something about vouchers and Becky refused. We asked for accountability for the misinformation and she said no. Verbatim: “So, just to get this right, your employee told us the wrong information and caused us to miss breakfast, right?” “Right.” “And you are refusing to give us any accountability, right?” “Right.” “And your name is Becky?” “Yes it is.” My boyfriend and I were on vacation for his birthday, and this was a poor way for it to end. We were wearing matching jewelry and short shorts and Becky had a bad attitude with us from the start. She showed no integrity or desire to help us. There were five people standing in the lobby, including other staff and guests. This is an embarrassing display of poor management skills, and makes your company look broke, homophobic and indifferent to the needs of your customers.

Overall it was a great hotel, very nice rooms. Would have given it a 5 ★ but the ice machines on a lot of floors weren't working (though it was a super busy weekend there) & the remote didn't work very well. Other than that everything else was AMAZING. The pool was perfect! The rooms were comfortable! The staff was super friendly! I'd definitely stay here again the next time we're in Omaha!

Disappointed. Two of the four members of my family were in a rush to get to a musical when we arrived, so we forgot to request a pack and play right away. When we got back, I asked my husband to call the front desk for a pack and play for our toddler to sleep in. They said they would send security up with one. Moments later my husband informed me there was no fridge. We had a small cooler of special foods for my dietary restrictions, so I called down to the front desk to ask for a fridge in addition to the pack and play. I must have gotten a different person, because the lady at the front desk told me there were no available pack and plays or fridges, and that I should have requested it at check in. Moments later, Security brought us a pack and play, so I don't know if the front desk lady lied to me or if the messages had simply gotten crossed and we got the last pack and play. Over all she seemed to not want to help. Also, I had assumed at booking that for the price we were paying every room would have a fridge. There is no microwave as well. I get that the main draw of the hotel is location, but every other Hilton hotel we've been to in the recent past has had a fridge and mic in every room and friendlier service. Haven't slept in the bed yet, but they seem fine. Edit: I JUST REALIZED THERE'S NO KLEENEX IN THE KLEENEX HOLDER IN THE BATHROOM. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I'm not calling the front desk to ask for any either, because she'll probably say they don't have any and I should have requested it at check in. 😂 Second edit: Just pulled up the covers and there are blood stains. Really disappointed we spent so much money on this room.

This is a really good hotel the bed is really nice to pressure was really good and hot water was great. The fitness center will place to get a good workout in and the pool this is the first pool that I ever came through that definitely ate the light and a joy to swim in. The buffet in the restaurant really good I've heard a lot of great things about it it wasn't as what I expected because the last time they had a much bigger and larger variety of food. But all in all this is a really good hotel the hospitality was great the minute he's had no issues

Panel was falling out of ceiling in our room the drain plug in the bathroom was not in the tub and was broken so it was completely removed. the chair needed dusted in the corners the comforter on the bed was very old and the feathers and it were falling apart and there was barely any left in it. People at the front desk for very nice and helpful though. Breakfast was pretty good.

Was upgraded to a king suite for my loyalty to the Hilton brand. Unfortunately it didn't feel like much of an upgrade. The bathroom was in TERRIBLE shape and the room was clearly smoked in as evident by the plastic bag placed over the smoke alarm. Wife and I were traveling and far too exhausted to do anything about it, so I can't really lend an opinion as to the service of the employees. The parking garage was confusing. Has you take a ticket but didn't end up needing to pay anything. The lot attendant when you press the "help" button wasn't very friendly either. But I'm not sure that the garage is Hilton property.

Don’t post reviews very often but this was an awful experience. Whether it was them “overbooking” and not having double bed rooms like we reserved (happened to multiple people in the group we traveled with) or the terrible customer service and front desk help. We will never stay at this hotel again and as honors members it makes me question whether we should stay at Hilton hotels ever again. Also be prepared to wait at least 15 mins when checking in/out. The front desk only has one worker and there was ALWAYS a long line. Would never recommend this hotel.

First time at this location and unlikely will return to this hotel. We booked our room roughly 3 months in advance. These rooms were blocked off for our group. I checked in at at 5pm, was told the room was unavailable and not ready. I was told to wait and the room should be ready about 30 minutes. ERIN, bless her heart, she was doing her best. This is beyond her control. She was amazing at her job. I put my name and phone number on the ledger as requested. We were not called, after waiting 50 minutes I checked with Erin, again the room is still unavailable. My family and I waited and checked with Erin every hour. Finally after 9pm, 4 hours later, the room was available. This is unacceptable and something need to be done.there were alot of guests waiting for their rooms. The entire lobby was packed. Overall, this was a horrible experience. I do not recommend staying at this location. It is not worth the headaches and the wait. Time is precious and cannot take the 4 hours back. We make $83/hour and this facility should compensate us for wasting 4 hours of our lives sitting in the lobby, waiting, waiting, and waiting. I recommend staying away from this hotel at all cost. There is no way this facility can be a 5 star rated hotel. I've stayed in numerous 4 and 5 star hotel and this is like a 2 or maybe 3 at most.

We stayed in this hotel because of the shuttle to and from the hotel. We ended up waiting for the shuttle after a concert so long we were the last people in the entire concert building. I would not recommend this hotel to a single person. If you want to plug in your own lamp and have to try 6 outlets before you can charge your phone, this hotel is for you! I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again for 20$

I've been forced to stay here for three stays now, so I have a pretty good list of why this place is the WORST. 1. Instead of charging the companies card like they were supposed to for my room, they charged mine. It's been taking forever to get a refund. 2. The room air conditioner never works well so I am always hot. Even in the winter. 3. Beds are hard 4. The ice machine doesn't work 5. Breakfast is $20!!!! You're not paying for anything special either, it's your basic hotel breakfast food. The fact that it's not free is bad enough but $20????????????????? 6. I was in a rush to get to work when I noticed I didn't have a hair dryer. I called guest service and they said they would bring me one. I waited 15 min then called again because I was late for work already. Instead of bringing me one hair dryer, they brought me a BOX of them. I asked for a knife to untape the box, they said they didn't have one. I opened it with my car keys and there were four hair dryers all boxed up in there. Really unprofessional. 7. The bathtub drain plug didn't work which was incredibly annoying I prefer the Residence Inn. I would go there if you can help it.

Let me start off by saying that the room was clean, that's about the only thing I'll give this hotel. Our room didn't have a microwave or fridge. One of the queen beds in our room had no fitted sheet (instead just had a regular sheet thrown over the mattress protector) and also did not have a comforter just a thin, scraggly blanket in between a couple sheets. If you are thinking about paying $18 plus tax&tip for breakfast, don't. We were told by the front desk that we could order from a menu or do the buffet. After examining the buffet and seeing nothing appetizing we asked the staff for a menu and they told us that, that wasn't a thing they did. The sausage was undercooked and slimy, pancakes were placed underneath the sausage and bacon making them simultaneously spongy and hard. Biscuits and gravy had the same slimy sausage just cut up and mixed into a thin gravy mix. So basically you are paying $18+ for some yogurt and bagels. Dennis the shuttle driver was the only another highlight, he will take you anywhere within 4 miles of the hotel and is very kind.

The service here is the poorest I’ve experienced in a Hilton chain. I stayed here a week and these few things were just part of my poor experience. I asked for shower gel for 3 days before I got some. I only received 2 shower towels and asked for 2 days for replacements without ever getting any. I was told the hotel was too busy for room service. Also, I was informed by front desk that there is not one single drinking fountain in the hotel and my only option was to purchase extremely overpriced water from lobby store. There are many other and much better Hilton options nearby. If you have a truck, it won’t fit in their parking garage.

  • 4/5 Wilma M. 1 year ago on Google
Staff are amazingly friendly! So is Dennis the shuttle guy. He knows his way around Omaha and gave us his card to call when we need to me shuttled. The hotel itself is a bit older but the staff do a great job keeping it clean and up to date. The bathroom was very small and toilet was gross and yellow inside. The shower was hard to turn on. The beds were very comfortable and we had an amazing view! The pool area and main lobby were very clean. I also loved how there was multiple fast elevators. Parking is $10 a night. No free breakfast. Free cookies upon checking in. The staff made my experience very enjoyable! I will be coming back in the future! Thank you!

I was worried about my stay because I booked before reading the reviews. The hotel is definitely older and needs updating, however, my room on the 4th floor looked like it had been recently updated, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was great and clean, my kids really enjoyed it. We had to park in a different garage just across the street because my car was too tall for their main garage but there is a back door to the hotel so it was actually pretty close and $10 a night wasn’t too bad. We didn’t eat at the restaurant so I don’t know about the breakfast and we did y use the shuttles. My complaints are that there was no fridge, the air worked but never got really cold (64-66) like I like it and the ice machine was broke on the 4th floor so I had to go upstairs to get ice. If you’re expecting double tree luxury it’s definitely not quite there, I would say it was more like a nice Hampton. However The price I paid was great for downtown.

Me and my girl were visiting her parents and had to stay at a hotel and DoubleTree had a good deal on nights. We are from the country so paying for parking isn't something we are used to be fair, but we weren't explained well enough about bringing the ticket with us so we didn't have to pay $12 to leave. The bathroom had hair in the sick and hair on the floor. The shower head had low water pressure and barely any warm water. There was dust on the tables and the bed. The doors looked scuffed on the way to the room and they looked old as well as some parts of the room. No main room light, the elevators, and just other parts. The second night when we got back the front-end guy tried to make small talk but came off as rude in his tone. For about $20 more dollars a night, we could have gotten a better hotel. Heck, the other DoubleTree looked better and the parking was free. We didn't expect the Hilton, but we expected better from the Hilton family brand. Wouldn't recommend it. Go to the other one or spend a little extra somewhere else.

I flew from North Carolina to visit my family who is about an hour and a half from Omaha. Due to the bad weather they were unable to come get me for a couple of days. Shadow and Cheyenne were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating for my situation since I was unsure when I was going to be able to leave. I was able to stay in my room until 3 when someone could come get me. Thank you for making a frustrating situation not stressful! I was happy to have a safe comfortable place to stay! From one Hilton team member to another thank you for your hospitality and keep up the great work!
