At 11:39 pm on our 3rd night of our stay, While my spouse and I were in bed and our children were sleeping our room was entered by an off duty hotel employee. Upon being caught entering our room the employee quickly left the room. By the time I got my pants on and out the door she was nowhere to be found. I went to the front desk to speak to a manager about the situation and there was no manager on duty. I still have not been contacted by management after many attempts. I spoke to another employee the next morning and also wrote out a complaint form with a detailed statement with a promise to be contacted as soon as the manager arrived. Was also informed that another guest on the same floor also had the employee enter their room on the same night. Unacceptable! The security and safety of my family was extremely compromised that night and quickly turned our stay into the worst hotel experience we've ever had. Still waiting on a resolution or response back

Great location and super helpful front desk! The free breakfast also had a great variety, and the room was pretty large. But the bathtub and toilet had some stains and slight damage, and some rooms had adhesive residue where the nameplate used to be. Housekeeping also never cleaned our rooms during the 2 nights that we were there, so trash was pretty full and we had to go get new towels on our own. I would still come back though

Location is good, have restaurants and shops in close by. Have ample parking. They allow pets and rates seemed reasonable. Breakfast was good and hotel staff is attentive and helpful. The only few issues we noticed were bathroom shower curtains were torn at the top at many places leaving big holes. Also shampoo conditioner etc toiletries had very little amount left , as if those were already used. We had our own stuff so it did not matter us lot

Very clean rooms and entry way. Only wish they had breakfast hours posted in the room or online - I didn't look downstairs however we did text and never got a reply. The breakfast area attendant was nice. Didn't interact at all with other staff since we used the digital check in and room key. Rooms were quiet and beds were comfy. Pool & hot tub could use a good cleaning but not terrible just a lot of stuff floating in it and the ground around it was slimy. Getting to the parking lot is a bit weird but Target/Starbucks and many other things are just a step away.

The pool area was clean, and they still have a hot tub! If you want a quiet hotel, this location is great. It’s way out west and a nice relief from the other Hamptons.

The ladies who work evenings at this location are amazing. Check in was smooth and seamless. They are both very personable. I wish I could of gotten their names but that’s okay I will be back. Thank you ladies! You know who you are. Thanks for making my daughters birthday one to remember forever!!! It means the world!!

Well, even tho Nebraska hotel tax is @ 18%, I saved a few thousand dollars with the help of Jerry and the hotel staff at Ohama West-Lakeside! It was such a relief to get a last minute "on the road" holiday weekend rez. with our room ready & waiting! Tired and happy after a grandson's wedding in Michigan we slept well (as always in Hampton Inns!) ate our fill at breakfast and were on the road asap the next morning to get home. About 90 minutes down the road on I-80 I realized I'd left my hearing aids in the room's bathroom! A frantic call to the hotel calmed me when "Jerry" assured me he would check the room and call me back--likely within 10 minutes. He was prompt with his return call and the good news that my devices were where I'd left them and that he'd send them home to that very morning. They just arrived in a great little package and I'm back in touch with the sounds of my normal life. Thanks to Jerry and the hotel staff who recovered my loss---and saved me thousands of dollars--the horrifying cost of hearing aids. (No insurance for losing them!) I've implemented a better overnight plan for my hearing aids for future trips. And Hampton Inns remain my favorite place to stay when traveling.

Everything as expected. Room clean and fresh. Good bed. Large shower. A/C was quiet, but didn't manage to keep us quite comfortable all night - temp varied from a bit too hot to a bit too cold. It was early fall though, so maybe hardest to keep even temp as adjustments needed are small.

The staff and location are nice. The hotel itself is one step way from being in disrepair though. Not very well maintained. My room stunk of mold… especially the bathroom. Don’t stay here if you have respiratory sensitivities. Or at all…

I'm staying here a week in early February and I like everything about this hotel the staff is courteous and friendly, the breakfast buffet with a variety, the pool the sauna and the exercise room add to comfort.

The pillows all had feathers, which triggered some of our allergies. In addition to not being hypoallergenic they were not comfortable. The breakfast was not good at all. The potatoes were not completely cooked and had way too much pepper. The oatmeal was extremely watery and disgusting. Also, they had the nerve to have a Tip Jar!!!! My professional opinion would be to not allow tip jars at a hotel breakfast station. This is very unprofessional and I have never experienced anything like this in all my years of consulting.

Super friendly staff. Check-in was quick and easy. Room was perfectly clean and cozy. We enjoyed the hot tub, which was working. Location was convenient and easy to get to. Beds were comfy and shower had great pressure. Also terrific breakfast spread. Milk was nice and cold. Food was delicious. Will definitely keep this in mind when passing thru Omaha again.

LWe arrived at about 930pm to check in- No towels - floors not clean. No supplies filled We let it go- then went to get in bed - one bed is dirty sheets - maybe like chocolate stains? The other bed we get in and something’s stabs me - it was someone eye glasses - clearly that bedding wasn’t washed either . We asked for a new room but they didn’t have any- so we asked for bedding the front lady was very nice but no one ever came … so we went to the car for our own bedding. I came down to talk to the person at the front desk and she said that there is cleaning sheets for each room and 223 was noted to only make beds/ as the person before us here was staying another night . Clearly that wasn’t the case so our room we stayed in wasn’t cleaned - or stocked/sanitized I am not one to be really picky but for $300 a night I do expect a full refund. I understand it was a busy weekend but I think a refund is fair. The manager I have contacted by email multiple times and by phone and I have been ignored . I wouldn’t suggest this hotel !

One of the few with a hot tub. Called ahead to make sure it was working and got there and it wasn’t and it was filthy. Pool was freezing and my child was bummed because she couldn’t use either. Waste of money. Breakfast was ok and rooms were nice but Definitely choose somewhere else to stay.

I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area. I was at this location on a business trip. All the staff are very friendly and helpful particularly Jerry Shoecraft Jr. I needed help printing out a shipping label and he saved the day. When ever I'm in this area I will be staying here. đź‘Ť

We have stayed here several different nights of the week. Every front desk clerk has been kind and helpful. Kudos to the team for providing great guest experience- The fitness center needs updated.

My friends decided to come up for a quick visit from KCMO and I booked a room for the night there as well. We selected this property based on location. The hotel is your standard Hampton Inn experience. We had no complaints. The room was clean. The breakfast was hot. The coffee is always on standby in the lobby. I appreciated the Diamond Member parking perk. If you need a place to stay in West Omaha, check out this Hampton Inn!

Bathroom floors were sticky and dirty. Got in the shower and there were black footprints. Thought I was going to get shocked everytime I turned on the bathroom light switch. There was no service between the 2 nights, no garbage was taken out. There were two conditioners and NO shampoo. Not with the money

Yes, this is an older Hampton Inn. But, this Hampton Inn has been recently updated and renovated. Yes, the breakfast is the same as the other free hotel breakfasts. The staff is attentive and pleasant. The guest room rates are reasonable. The neighborhood is generally quiet. We use this hotel for our education events when in Omaha and our clients generally give us positive feedback about this hotel. We use this hotel December every year and in May once every three years. We have been using this hotel for close to ten years now.

This place is like brand New after the update/renovation is completed. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable! The beds were great. The staff gose above and beyond to make the guests stay positive. They have a good breakfast every morning, and to go bags. New Rfid locks and digital key for the Hilton Members. It's with in walking distance of target and fast food. Not far from the highway as well.

The gentleman at check was great. The entire staff was super friendly. It was little annoying they were not back to daily house keeping. If I am going out in public I am okay with someone coming in to restock towels and empty trash. House keeping is definitely the weak link at this property. We requested service and it was sometimes missed. The bathroom had someone else's hair in it and along the entire outside of the tub. The corners in the bathroom were filled with dust. They all needed to be swept and moped.

You have to ask for housekeeping to bring you new towels and coffee and the stuff hotels usually come to your door and offer every day. Other than that. Super pleasant stay. Staff is super friendly. A lot of shopping within a short walking distance... grocery, salon services, clothing and shoes, restaurants... just s bunch

A few things in the room show some wear and tear, but it's clean and the staff at reception and the dining area are kind and helpful. Water in the room (3rd floor) was hot fast with great water pressure! Decent little breakfast buffet, and unlimited coffee and water all day.

Had two issues with the room - the AC fan and a toilet paper holder that was partially pulled from the wall. They were fixed promptly. The staff here seems very attentive. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area.

Great Serta mattress, very comfortable and breakfast was great. The problem was the see through window shade in the room. Could see through it at night and doesn’t block out light. To be fair, looks like someone stole the blinds or they weren’t installed. Otherwise It would have been a great stay! Please fix the widow coverings in room 132!

The bed was comfortable. The condition of the room was not good. The blackout shade would not go up. There was a huge piece of the mop board that was not attached to the wall. The floor lamp was bent. The shades on the bedside lamps were broken. There were several stains on the carpet.

Excellent hotel. Very cozy, pleasant, friendly and dog friendly! Great prices and great service. The location is fantastic. Tons of shops and restaurants on the same plaza as the hotel. Couldn’t be any better.

I am very disappointed with our three night stay. The showerhead was corroded and pressure non-existent. After traveling 8 hours to be met with a lackluster shower that couldn't even warm the soul, it would be the first of MANY nuances. Gentleman who worked the night shift over Christmas weekend was aloof or on his phone and never moved from the front desk. Floors in common areas, pool deck and towels, and elevators were not cleaned from Friday afternoon through Monday morning. Found pizza crust that was not ours in plain site in our room and our second room for the kids, the door, had received major damage and we deemed very unsafe and unsecure. No help from the desk, "I dont know what or how to do *anything* we seemed to ask or request of him. The room was booked under my girlfriends name, and she is a Hilton Honors member, but nothing seemed to matter to this fellow or anyone we called.

I checked into the hotel close to 10pm. As I was checking in, I had some unexpected medical issues and passed out, hit the ground. Shannon at the front desk was amazing! I ended up doing this 3 times. She walked me to the bathroom, made sure I got all my belongings and up to my room. Even called my room to check up on me getting up there. Got to see her later the next day and thanked her so many times. Great place to lay my head. The biggest highlight was your amazing team member, Shannon! People like this make visiting hotels thee best!!

The hotel is clean. The rooms are spacious. Breakfast was a "normal" buffet. The only issue I had was that the bed felt very cheap and I had back issues the following morning. A 2 night stay for 3 adults was $375 of which $50 was an insurance fee for damange which will be refunded..

We were so impressed with this Hampton inn’s cleanliness and comfortable room sizes. Kiki at the front desk went out of her way to help us and was so kind. She made our stay there even better. Thank you Kiki!

So Starting I A Good Note: Overall Experience Has Been truly nice with the full service breakfast, laundry room, Access to public transportation, Walmart and other local stores and restaurants like first watch restaurant BUT THE NIGHT STAVE DAVE IS HELL ON WHEELS AND SO UNAPPROACHABLE.. IT ONLY TAKE A HALF A SECOND TO TRY TO ASK A QUESTION BEFORE HE SNAPPS AT YOU AND PUTS YOU IN A PLACE LIKE HIM. THEN IM Being charge for another night that is really charged or should be changed for the next day. Dealing with help makes kills the whole vibe of enjoying my stay and I'm already losing clock time of my stay because of work. Corporate fix this problem not the office staff I'm calling for corporate office. I should be given a free night for taking his junk. And this happened last year too when I first found this hotel to stay!

The staff was so friendly. The hotel was clean and the room we stayed in was huge. It was nice not feeling cramped up. The breakfast was great. The only thing that wasn’t great was the chlorine in the pool was very strong, even though I didn’t get in the pool the chlorine smell burnt my eyes by just sitting down with my kid while he swam. Great stay overall, we will be back!
