This location is a mess. Food is always cold. Service is always terrible. We always get missing items. When you order a large anything it is filled half way full. Today, I ordered a large fry for $4.09, it was filled half full. Ummm...that's the size of a medium, maybe a full small, not a large. Stop charging for higher prices, and not fulfilling the order. I realize it is McDonald's, and the bar isn't set real high. But what I do expect, is my order, hot, fresh and full, as a paying customer. At this point, I don't even care if there is a smile in the place, just for once get an order right!

McDonald’s continues to raise prices while shrinking the food. We almost never go to McDonald’s and here’s another reason to not go added to the list. This is supposed to be a double quarter pounder 👎🏼👎🏼 This is a McDouble on a quarter pounder bun attached to a double quarter pounder price. Ridiculous

I had placed a mobile order for lobby, but meant to have it for drive thru. I’ve done this before accidentally and it was no problem at this location, and the person told me I could pull to the second window. However the person at the first window was telling me that I’d have to come inside, and was very rude about it when I tried to explain it to him. Clearly there was a lack of communication that could be improved.

Stopped by McDonald's to grab a late night to go meal. When we got home over half of our meal was incorrect and the Big Mac had a bunch of hairs in it. Unfortunately, I didn't realize it until I was chewing on the food. It's been almost 2 weeks and McDonald's still has not responded to the message sent about the incident. I'd stay away from this location if you value your health!!!

I've never had an issue at this restaurant. Always great service in the drive thru. They did put onions on my cheeseburgers and I always order NO ONIONS. Orange Hi-C made me feel better.

On November 13th, I visited the drive-thru and, unfortunately, encountered an unexpected delay of 30 minutes in receiving my McFlurry. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can cause delays, this wait time seemed excessive for a fast-food establishment. To add to my disappointment, when attempting to place an additional order beyond the McFlurry, I was met with an unprofessional and discourteous response from the drive-thru attendant, who instructed me to “shut up.” Such a response is not in line with the level of customer service I have come to expect from McDonald’s. This is seriously UNACCEPTABLE behavior, McDonald’s!

Great example of what fast food should be. I live right next to the 9505 location but drive to this one when I want mcdonalds because they actually cook your food to order, and get the order right every time I've been there. I also love how they are just fine waiving me through when I use the mobile app if I don't want a receipt.

Trash.. Can I get 2 Mchickens only mayo and a third only pickle and mustard? Nope. I asked for my food to be made correctly and instead the cook thought it would be funny to make this bottom of the barrel sandwich.
