    Was disappointed with my last visit. The chicken only covered half of the bun. Probably won't be ordering that again. Also, there was a pretty significant wait in the drive-thru. They told me to pull into spot #1, but there were already 4 cars waiting ahead of me (all spots were taken). Waited about 12-15 minutes for half of a chicken sandwich. :(

    I wouldn't normally go outta my way to leave a review for a fast food place because I get it, it's just fast food, but mannn, this was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They screwed up our order in every way imaginable -- charged us for someone else's food, made us sit there while they argued over what to do, when they finally figured out which order was ours charged us *again*, then *still* tried to give us someone else's food *again* -- when we finally got the food we actually ordered it was cold and stale because it had been sitting there for a good 15-20 minutes and they hadn't remade a single item for us (my shake was completely liquified at this point) while they argued amongst themselves about who messed up what. And all that would be bad enough but I wouldn't be leaving this review if it weren't for the way the guy shoved the bag at me and slammed the window shut in my face without so much as a "sorry" after we were so patient and chill about the whole screwup. As a customer service manager myself I was honestly shocked that they treated us so rudely when we did absolutely nothing wrong but decide to get food here tonight. They treated us like garbage for their boatload of mistakes and I just thought that was really really low and frankly embarrassing. Zero stars.

    Came around 8pm on a Sunday night. idk what I did to get my order right. Everything was done to the T. Idk who created my Frappé but home boy hooked it tf up like I know that y’all suppose to do it like that but every time I go to a McDonald’s they never do. The chef in the back actually care about my order and what I had to say. Thank bro 🤙🏽

    Supposed to be a qtr pounder meal, plain. Made me pull up and wait only to get wrong food. Covered in onions and the nasty little value Pattie’s not the normal qt lber patty. Called and was told I could bring it back up to store for a coupon. No wonder they are replacing their employees with robots… smh.

    Check your actual sandwiches!! We went through the drive through. The automated machine ordered 2 4Ds instead of 1 4B and 1 4D. The gentleman trying to fix it was very polite. He stated we’d have to wait 6 minutes for our order, which was fine. We came home, and found out the 4D sandwich is chicken-less.

    Bland customer service. Super long time waiting for food to be given to me. And way too expensive for a quarter pounder w/cheese, 10 piece nuggets and a small drink. $&#$ $14.59 one person eating at McDonald's like it's a 5 star restaurant. And they have fewer people working with all their automated services, drink dispenser, etc. Saving themselves $ yet, poor food, poor service, and super slow line and wait time. I was given a number and told to wait in lane 3 for my food when I was in the drive-through. Then, when I took it to my job about 4 blocks away from this place, I opened my quarter pounder to make sure they didn't put pickles on it, the meat looked over cooked and like something had been sitting on the patty. Light on the inside and dark, almost black looking on the outside of the patty. And what kind of chopped onion is that on the burger? I am not going to eat at a freaking McDonald's ever again. You got to be out of your mind to treat people. Food we order and make is wait the way they did. I was at W. MAPLE on 168th St. Wow, people, take your money and run! Anywhere else but there.

    I was the only one at the drive through. All I ordered was a 20 pc nuggets. She asked if I wanted BBQ sauce, I asked if they had honey mustard, and she said yes. They didn't include any sauces.

    The machine that takes orders sounds weak and it’s difficult to understand but other than that everything seems great on my order.
