Ever since I’ve been to the original raising canes in Baton Rouge Louisiana I’ve been a fan. I’ve been to several raising canes in Omaha’s and each and everyone of them is consistent with what you find in Louisiana. Everything is fresh and fantastic. The food is delicious the staff is friendly the facility is clean. I’ve yet to run into a flaw whether it was bad food bad customer service or a dirty dining room at any raising canes. They definitely know how to do it right. Love it.

Took a friend of mine here. His first time. Drew in Omaha Nebraska was absolutely the best! He was professional and polite. He helped my elderly friend with his order and was just an all around amazing person to have help us. Corporate needs to take note of this young man. He is 100% upper management material. Thank you Drew for the best service imaginable.

Had multiple choices for dinner tonight and picked canes! Best customer service my family and I could receive. Don was running lobby and the counter. The place was more busy than usual and the place was clean. We really appreciated Don running out our food and he even picked up our trays. Could not be more Satisfied with our visit. Please give Don a raise!!

Overpriced in my opinion. Quality is decent but honestly I feel like I can get better chicken strips at a half dozen other places. That doesn't say much when that's their specialty.

Ordered a 12 piece fingers, french fries and texas toast. When we were at the drive through there must have been an issue with the microphone and we couldnt understand what they were saying. However we could make out go to the window to order, which we did. We moved to the next window to get our food and the young man opened the window, did not say a word and literally threw a sack of food at us, then slammed the window closed. My husband waved and he opened the window back up and asked how much dipping sauce they gave us. He replied we didnt get any sauce with our order. We asked for a manager who also told us we didnt get any dipping sauce with our order and would have to pay for it. After they were both so rude. We handed back our food and asked for our money back. I have never heard of not getting dipping sauce with your chicken strips. We will never eat or attempt to eat there again!

I had seen a review about Sam on here and can attest to how kind she is. She is honestly so sweet to me(mexican) and my puppy every-time we come through. Glad to see people still having amazing attitudes these days. The food also every-time is fresh and amazing.

Can’t rate the atmosphere because I didn’t go inside, Alyssa my cashier was awesome, great and efficient customer service. The food was hot and ready to go. I was going to go to Scubway but glad I came here instead, Texas Toast and an extra Cane’s sauce is the only way to go!

Staff is nice and attentive to the diners in the lobby with condiments and taking their trash if they're done.
