    I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Taylor at Jimmy John's, and I must say, she is the epitome of the perfect employee. From the moment I walked in, her welcoming smile and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. Taylor's attention to detail and efficiency were truly impressive. Despite the fast-paced nature of the restaurant, she handled every order with precision and a positive attitude. It's clear that she takes pride in her work, ensuring that each customer receives their meal promptly and with a smile. My overall experience was elevated by Taylor's exceptional service. She went above and beyond to make sure my order was accurate and delivered with speed. Taylor's dedication to providing outstanding customer service did not go unnoticed, and it made my visit to Jimmy John's truly enjoyable.     This is the third time they have messed up my order for me and my family. Thought this time that doing an online order would for sure not be able to be screwed up. I was wrong. I also asked for extra mayo packets and they told me “there’s some in there”. There was 1 for two sandwiches…poor service and a bad experience.

    Much better when I went this time. I really feel the speaker outside needs to be fixed because it was difficult hearing the other person. The sandwich was wonderful!

    Food was fine. It's Jimmy Johns so it's basically the same everywhere. Wish I could say the same for the service. Guess it's too hard to take orders AND make them correctly. Check your orders if you order more than one sandwich (should probably check it if you only order). Two out of our 5 subs were wrong. EDIT: We called them and they refunded us for the mistakes.

    Excellent service! We went through the drive-thru on a Saturday during lunch time. They made a mistake on a sandwich and when I went in to get a replacement, they immediately made me a new sandwich. It was very quick, everyone was very friendly, the food was great!
