Horrible service and horrible product. Ordered a delivery and it came as you see in the photos; burned melt sandwich, burned pizza and grossly drenched in sauce sandwich. We also particularly requested napkins and we didn’t get 1 napkin. I called the store and the lady/girl told me “I didn’t know a melt can be burned.” She also asked that we call tomorrow, since “the manager is not here to solve the problem”. This is not the first time we have issues with store.

On 9/23/22 I ordered curbside pick up and clicked the button to them them know I was there. After 10mins of waiting I decided to just go in to pick up my order. The girl that was working was very rude and told me she hasn't gotten to my order and to look at the long line Infront of me. The lord definitely saved her from me jumping over that counter, I was heated but kept my cool. I go back to my car to figure out how I could get a refund and a customer brings me my order it was the wrong curbside pick up order. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!

Normal subway, no issues. The lady behind the counter was a bit snippy at first but got more friendly as the order proceeded.

Did a mobile order was completely wrong? They did not even look at the edits on the order. Called back to let them know. Lady said they were busy and just assumed it was a regular number two acted like that is normal procedure when they are busy. They didn't really care, will not be returning to this location.

Never, ever order online for this location. Every time I have, something's ALWAYS been done wrong - and not as part of a big order, either, always a single sandwich. Order it for any time other than immediately and they will make it the first chance they get and leave it to sit. They won't update the tracker, so if you're picking up and get there early, you have to check in with them in case they made it immediately and waiting until the estimated time will mean leaving it to sit. They've also gotten a simple sandwich with four total ingredients wrong every time. They'll use the wrong cheese, or leave off a sauce, or toast a sandwich that wasn't supposed to be (or vice versa). If you're in front of them, watching them make the sandwhich, they'll do it right, so I can only assume they just don't care if the customer isn't there to see them making it wrong. If you do choose to order online anyway, open it right there and compare it to your receipt.

Can’t miss the smell or location of this Subway inside Walmart. I loved how they had snacks such as pretzels and Icees. The Icee machine wasn’t working though. :( Service and flavor is the same as your standalone Subway. During lunchtime seating may feel a little bit crowded.

Want to add mayo to your spicy Italian. Well your not going to be able to do that here. It comes with exactly what the board says or you will have to build your own for twice the price. As if I needed any more reasons to never eat subway again. I reckon this move will hasten Subway's crash and burn process.

my lady and I came in after shopping from Walmart and the guy at the counter was extremely rude , raising his voice at us just Showing frustration from the customers beforehand. Very unprofessional will not go back. Just wanted some cookies.
