What an abomination of overpriced, grade school level, cafeteria food. This place is a shell of its former self from the 2002 era when it was actually good. The food I was served is rotting and poorly crafted by a mob of angry employees. The fact they would even serve up browned, smelly and spoiled tasting guacamole is beyond my comprehension. The French onion soup had prepackaged shredded cheese dumped on it. They didn’t even bother melting it. While I stood in line awaiting the creation of this aborted concoction, the staff / cooks / inmates could be heard yelling and fighting amongst themselves. The place is a better fit to be a traveling circus or prison yard. For the $20 I was charged for this nightmare of a lunch experience, I’ll never, ever step foot back in here. Here’s a tip, hire good help, train them, manage them, and have some quality control. Good grief.

The food is delicious here! I love the comfort and assurance of consistency and quality that comes from being part of a national chain - we seek Panera no matter where we go... Updated on 2-10-23: I downloaded the Panera app; ordering my favorites is easy and fast even on days when I forget my wallet at home!

Drive thru lady was rude as can be. Closed the window on us multiple times after we were trying to tell her half our order was missing. One of our items (pictured) was about half full. We don’t expect too much when getting fast food, but when spending $40 on food for 3, we expect to get the food we order and not feel like we are the ones being rude when we are trying to get the food we paid for… Called the next day and manager was polite and at least offered a free meal.

Have never gone to Panera for quantity of food but it's getting ridiculous. Pick 2 has become pick a 1/4. Lights were out all over and looked closed from the outside.

We love Panera but this one seemed really tired, worn out and lacking oversight. Food was good as anticipated but the tables weren’t wiped down, napkins and other junk on the floor… a bit unappetizing. But the worst was the women’s bathroom which was messy, filthy, and had a broken faucet. This Panera was the exact opposite of what I expect when I decide to eat at Panera.

Ordered online, not available on pick up shelf, one employee wiping the counters off, unable to locate my pickup order. Told me to ask at the counter, no employees there after 5 minutes she came by and said the puck up window. Oh yes it was there all different bagels thrown in a big sack with a few napkins and a tub of cream cheese. Cinnamon allover Asiago, really had better luck last week when I went in Stephanie was the bomb, super helpful, polite and focused. After this time I'll pick a different Panera to get my fasting bread for sure.

Everything was excellent! The only reason I am unable to give a 5 star review is because their expresso and latte machines were broken. But the employee was very apologetic and very nice. The scone was delicious and fresh. Because they didn't have what I wanted, she allowed me to get a different drink at no charge. I will be back to try again.

Um. Is this location haunted?? I mean, it is surreal how bad it is. Parking was easy, thought to myself how great that was! Then we entered the store, and I realized its because no one should come here. No greeting, no smiles, five people walked by us and made no eye contact, very obviously avoiding us. Why are they paid? How does a company function with workers who don't work? How does this place stay open? Why do people have jobs if they don't want to work? How on earth did a place like Panera get so bad? It is wild. Food was sub-par but it is legitimately a creepy location, no music, no helpful workers. It's nuts. I feel like I am in the twilight zone.
