Our family is having an excellent experience as new patients. The two hygienists I've met were friendly, skilled, and gentle. Dr Hascall listens and helpful considering conservative, preventative care plans. His office staff are friendly and helpful. It's been easy to call and ask questions when needed.

This is my second visit to the office. Both visits have been awesome. I am not a fan of going to dentists normally, but the entire staff from the front desk to the dentist are super friendly, welcoming and make you feel at home. Another nice thing is they are not pushy to get you to spend money. I have had issues at other dentist where they hound you to spend money. Not the case here. Highly recommend.

The staff at Smith & Hascall Family Dentistry are amazing. They are very professional but super nice. I actually don’t mind coming to the dentist now. Dr. Hascall is very personable and very professional. I am very satisfied on how efficient he is. I’m not sitting in the chair for ever. I have shopped around and have seen many Dentists in Omaha and my experience here is outstanding. I am very glad that my search is over.

My dentist of 37 years retired this spring so I was in need of a new dentist. I was able to be seen quickly with a sensitive tooth. The receptionists Paige and Kathy were so friendly and genuine. Alicia was the dental assistant and was very friendly and professional explaining each step of my exam. Dr Smith was great! He and Alicia made me feel at ease immediately. Dr Smith sat and reviewed my health history then proceeded to explain each part of the exam and his final recommendations. I really appreciated the entire process!
