    I thought carry out would be quicker than drive thru, I was wrong. Manager took forever to take order, but order was correct and fresh for breakfast.

    Really fast drive thru experience which I appreciate since I went during lunch rush. Lobby was closed so you couldn't go in though. Food was good.

    Food was great and correct. BUT.... Place was absolutely dirty. Not one table was clean. Drinks & condiments area was disgusting. All the young workers just standing. It was NOT busy either. Lazy. Lazy. Worse location. NEVER again here.

    They have the automatic order machine that can't get the order right. Got 2 medium drinks with my meal, they don't refund the cost of second drink, they give you a coupon card for a small beverage, not medium. Just doesn't compute, still want my 1.39 plus tax, won't be going to the Millard McDonals again, they can keep the money. Oh and if they make a mistake you have to go inside for that card. Again I got a card for a small drink, not a medium

    I hate the McDonalds that have gone to AI for drive thru ordering! In fact, it had been at least 6 months since I have been to one. It is always a HORRIBLE experience! Fortunately, today an employee with a sweet voice came on. If I know that a particular McDonald's utilizes AI, I boycott them....Shelby, Clarinda and now this one are McD's I no longer do business with.

    Best McDonald’s food ever, and I don’t even like McDonald’s. The lettuce is cold the meat is hot and the fries taste like potatoes!

    As usual very little help. I received my breakfast sandwiches but then had to wait 10 minutes for a new batch of coffee to be made. Why won't the owners hire enough people to work at this place??

    My experience with McDonald's as a franchise has been 50/50. Sometimes, there are things missing from my order, like fries or dipping sauces. There could be condiments put on my burger that I specifically requested not to be put on there, or they end up taking it off a burger that I wanted them on. My experience with this location was immediately ruined off the bat. The hours posted on Google say it's open until 11:00pm. Every time I drive by it at 10:30pm, there are always cars in the drive thru. So I get there at 10:15pm to get some food on my way to work. There are 2 cars in front of me. 1 on the left lane and a 2nd one on the right lane. I'm sitting in line for about 5 minutes before the 2 cars in front of me pull away and go over to Taco Bell. I pull up to the menu, which is still lit up. I'm sitting there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to come on the speaker so I can order. Nobody does. I make the assumption that this location had closed early. There were no signs on the doors indicating this and no sign on the menu either. If this location closes earlier, then what the hours indicate, someone should update their hours on Google or at the very least put some signs on the doors and the menus to let customers know.

    I ordered two mcflurries for pick up through the drive thru. One oreo mcflurry with extra toppings and one m+m mcflurry regular. The screen read one oreo mcflurry that was charged, with charges for each of the extra toppings and one m+m mcflurry charged. Those were the only two items on the receipt. I apologize dearly beforehand if the women in the second window happens to be undeveloped, but she was very unkind and rude. I somehow got two oreo mcflurries with no toppings in either. When I had gone back to get just the m+m mcflurry, the women in the second window was not cooperative even after being shown the receipt. She tried to send us off saying her screen read two oreo mcflurries and told us the toppings were all at the bottom in one of them. I again repeated that there was an m+m flurry on my receipt and again showed her my receipt. After the women finally gave up the arguing, she went and got the m+m mcflurry and handed it over very obviously trying to be rude. The m+m mcflurry appeared very melted compared to the others she just had handed me and neither of the oreo mcflurries had the toppings like she said there was in one. My opinion? I don’t believe the melted ice cream was a coincidence but purposely done out of spite from the worker, nor the missing toppings, nor the quickly whipping up two oreo mcflurries to quickly get the order done. I have loved mcdonald’s my whole life, always have, always will. Everyone’s aloud the tough days , we all have them but to be this unpleasantly rude over your own mistakes is actually mind blowing. The women made me very uncomfortable and made me feel unwelcomed. There’s millions of other locations I can surely go to and have no problem with doing so but please Mcdonalds, you’re a huge part of peoples everyday lifes, make yourselves aware of the situations that occur in your very windows and hire people in the window who can handle small stressful situations such as this one properly so customers can go back to having a pleasant expierence at mcdonald’s, instead of dreading of going because how rude the workers can actually be.

    I ordered through the app to pick up some food on my 30 min break. (Fries and a shake) I drive out to hear their machine is broken and they won’t refund the money for my ice cream. On top of that it took them 25 minutes to give me cold and soggy fries.
