    When I visited this location it wasn't that busy. Tables encounters could use a little more attention to detail. Restaurant restroom is in need of maintenance. Unable to wash your hands and paper towel dispenser is empty. My food order came with cheese and the cheese was not even a quarter of the way full. I asked staff for more cheese & explain how it wasn't full or even 1/4 full and I was told I had to purchase cheese for $0.60 so I did so. Also it would be nice if staff could wipe down self-ordering station. If you look at the photos you will see how dirty both station are, condition of restroom, receipt for purchasing more cheese and the amount of cheese given. I wish I could give more stars but restaurant need to train that shift staff more on what to do when the restaurant is slow

    Dirty place. I saw bugs in the women’s bathroom. The employees weren’t very friendly. I also ordered Cinnabon delights and they didn’t have any cinnamon on them at all (see photo). I do not recommend this place. I definitely wont be going back.

    Great service under fire! Most of the other "late night" fast food places nearby closed early tonight for some reason. The staff here handled the added traffic well, were exceptionally polite, my food was hot and as ordered. Can't ask for much more than that!

    Totally rude must of been new casue he acted like he didn't know what I was taking about then I forgot to add something cause he kept asking will that be all and I asked for it at the window and said item and he told me to go back around like he had a line witch he didn't will not be going to this location again I'll drive the extra 20 30 to get better service and no sour cream or tomatoes on the nacho Bel great!!!!!!

    Just your typical Taco Bell. Nothing spectacular, but no complaints. One of the only places open late which is a huge bonus for me. So I'm sure I'll be back!

    This last time it was closed @ 4pm in the afternoon. The time before there was no senior discount & no dollar menu available at all. It's only for rich people now evidently,but the spicy taco shells they used to have are available at Walmart for $2 for 10 shells so there is no need to go to the drive through anyway. :)

    I cannot stress this enough, the guy named Marvin at the drive thru window is absolutely amazing. He was so nice, funny, friendly and honestly is the best person to have at the window. His customer service skill is on a whole other level. He 100000% deserves a raise, will definitely come back just because of this man. Shoutout to you Marvin! Better give him a raise Taco Bell management!!!!!!!!

    Went through drive through and was missing items from my order. Called multiple times and no one answered and no option to leave a voice-mail. Had to go in person again without eating my food and talked to the night manager Marvin which was super unhelpful. Basically trying to pass fault on my experience and what not. Tried to get corporates number and was told it's franchise, so I tried getting the franchise owners name and number and was denied, telling me I would have to either call the 1800 number on the recipet that was never provided to me or call in the morning to talk to the GM. Tried getting my order number and so happened that 45 minutes passed and my order was out of their system and that there was no way to reprint a recipet. When I tried to explain my displeasures he tried to tell me how I should have handled it without letting me explain why I couldn't. Then tried to say that I could call back when it was slower and he would have taken my name and what was missing down to reclaim on another day. When I expressed that when I have done so in the past they "the store location" would send me coupons through the mail which expire within 7 days, but he kept trying to say that was not true and was a different location and so on and so on when this is the only location we visit. Over all super unhelpful and fake applologies.

    Tried going through the drive through because they locked the lobby and my friend was critically low with her glucose. She’s a type 1 diabetic. I explained it to the worker and still told me to leave. If it wasn’t for someone near by willing to help then she would’ve been in a very serious problem.
