😠 Apon calling them to do some financial responsibility research before going in I discovered they don't offer any financial aide for low income individuals at all and do bill at rates rates higher then what they would bill if I had insurance in the first place and lie upfront about apt costs. Very di... People often mention appointment, minutes, blood,

I was extremely disappointed in immanuel's Alegent Creighton Clinic. My husband was the patient I was with him for every visit. First off the nurses are very kind, but Dr Hoeft was very cold. He gave my husband dirty looks for the first 20 minutes of the appointment before he finally lightened up a bit, but not good bedside manner at all. My husband got a wellness blood panel done and his testosterone checked as well. When the results came back he had a few issues with cholesterol and very low testosteron, like so low the dr wanted more blood work. When we asked what blood work the Dr wanted the nurse said she didn't know, just needed him to make an appointment. So when we got to the appointment we checked in and a lady came out to get my husband. He asked me to come back with him and the lady said, "it's just a blood withdrawal, you don't need to come back". I did anyway and as we walked back we asked what the blood work was for and she said, "I don't know, if you want to know, reschedule your appt". I was dumbfounded at her poor attitude and lack of professionalism. Not to mention she made the remark two more times about me coming back there. She talked to us in an extremely condescending tone the whole time. She some how managed to hurt my husband when taking out the needle because she twisted it in his arm. I did reach out to the lady's supervisor and got no call back. So we get the blood results back on the my chart on Tuesday and heard nothing from the dr till Thursday. His testosterone was 179 and he feels miserable and they're conclusion was, you're fine. And nothing mentioned about his cholesterol. The communication is terrible, patient care is pathetic, and I would never recommend any one to go to this place.

Apon calling them to do some financial responsibility research before going in I discovered they don't offer any financial aide for low income individuals at all and do bill at rates rates higher then what they would bill if I had insurance in the first place and lie upfront about apt costs. Very discouraging but it led to me making a very vital decision and I went to another hospital to receive care.

My appointment was scheduled for 4pm, I got there at 3:47 because they ask you to come 15 minutes early. At 4:20 they still haven’t called me back yet so I go to the receptionist to ask what is taking so long - there were two people who arrived after me but were called back before me. She told me it may be 5-10 more minutes they were waiting on a bed to dry. Its now 4:30 and I still haven’t been called so I decided to leave. This is the second time this has happened here. I will never come here again. They are so unprofessional and didn’t seem concerned that I was waiting so long. Why ask someone to come 15 minutes early to make them wait 30 minutes beyond the actual scheduled appointment time. They have total disregard for your time please keep this in mind if you’re thinking about coming here.

I gladly give my family doctor at this clinic a 5+ star but I have had several dealings with the front desk people that felt very negative. Then today I called for an appointment for one of my children and I felt that the woman I was talking to was insensitive to the point of being rude. Yes, I know I'm old and was rambling a bit trying to explain the need for an ASAP appointment for one of my children because her therapist was worried that we just had a death in the family and the therapist wanted me to do whatever possible to get my daughter anxiety help. I was interrupted repeatedly to be reminded that her only job was to schedule an appointment, any reason I had to need the first available was irrelevant. Actually, I've had to make a Lot of calls regarding the death of my son and this was the Only One that didn't take the 2 seconds to say "Sorry for your loss". I'm pretty sure she didnt even listen to me beyond taking down my daughter's name and date of birth. The first available appointment was for 2 weeks from now. I scheduled it but really hope the therapist has better luck finding a sooner appointment somewhere else!! I do love Dr. Co Ho there but hope to find someone like her somewhere else. I read CHI's automated response and I did email them the following for all of us: To: CHI Complaint Resilutions: Wouldn't it be more effective to respond to reviews like mine here for everyone to see your efforts to help instead of just your automated response published automatically when you get a bad review? I understand avoiding getting into an online debate but maybe something like "We are sorry you had a negative experience at our clinic. We are looking into the issues you brought to our attention and are addressing you experience. Please feel free to email us if you want to discuss this further." Sometimes all people are looking for is an apology and You would look better to make it at least appear that CHI cares. HAVE you looked at the overall ratings for this CHI clinic?? DOES anyone care? My appointment was for 3, I got there at 2:45, got back to the room at 3:04 and looked up and it was 3:37. Not a solitary soul checked on me, told me the doctor would be coming soon, NOTHING!! I will never go there again!!!!

Priority Care here is always quick and thorough. Perfect for sick visits when my regular doctor is booked up for the day.

I’ll give it a 3 because some of the people really are great. But the scheduling is no good. If you have an appointment set they tell you to show up 15 minutes early, dont do that show up 15 minutes late and save yourself the hassle of sitting in the waiting room for 30 to 45 minutes.
