Our hosts were very nice and helpful. The room we did would have been a lot more fun had it not just been decoding a bunch of locks. I knocked off one star because the heat in the room was rough.

This was my first time going to an escape room, and it was so much fun that we actually ended up doing a second one as soon as we completed the first one. First we did the "Sacrificial Lamb" which was considered a Premium Room. Then we did the "The Bat Cave Conundrum" which was considered a Deluxe Room. It was so satisfying to solve the riddle/clue and know that you are one step closer to completing the room. We had a group of 4, and I think this was perfect for both of the rooms we did. We were able to work together, but also had enough space to work on different things individually. The staff were all so kind and helpful. Overall it was a really great experience, and we all look forward to going back again and trying another room!

I came in yesterday with a group celebrating a friend's birthday and we had a blast! The room was large, had many different puzzles, cool decor, and the room we did had is hiding from a "security guard" who walked through which was so fun. Ella was our host for the room and she was great! Really funny and helpful! I'd totally go again!

All my friends and I had a great time at this escape room. The rooms were very engaging yet difficult. It was my best experience so far at any of the escape rooms in the Omaha metro area. The price was very reasonable and they even featured a fun little wheel spinning after the room was completed to see if you could get a discount for another room. The staff was great and only made the experience better. So far have done three rooms at this location (final frontier, knight at the museum and Sherlock solution) and definitely expecting to do more. Shout out to John, Ella and Mary(MDG) for making the night just that much better!

If I could give more stars I would. We had a group of 3 and it was all of our first time here. They had a wonderful welcoming staff and great decor. We did the Sacrificial Limb on Saturday, April 2nd and it was A-MA-ZING. I've told everyone I know about it! This room has great puzzles, but is not for those with thin skin. This was by far the best escape room I've ever done and my friends and I WILL be back. They also have a lot of great promos (check out their passports!). If you like escape rooms, this place is a MUST. There is a reason why they were voted best in Omaha.

The house of conundrum was stellar. Our game master Mike was energetic and fun. The set up was excellent and the puzzles were done exquisitely. We did the final frontier room and while it was a small room they used every bit of it to the fullest. Highly impressed and can’t wait to do another room there.

We have done a few different Escape Rooms, and they have all been at least good, but The Final Frontier room at House of Conundrum was fantastic! It had various puzzles as you would expect, but there was also a level of creativity to how the room was constructed which made it stand out. In addition, we were celebrating a special day, and Ellie went out of her way to do a little something extra for us when we arrived to welcome us to our first HoC experience. Thank you Ellie and team for a great time! Now we have...what...eight more to go?

This is a great place to go for some fun. It is a top notch escape room business. They have multiple escape rooms that you could pick from and I would suggest the "Knight at the Museum". It was quite thoughtful and neat. The staff are good people and are happy to answer any questions that you may have. They have puzzle games that you can do while you wait for your room to be set up as well so that was pretty cool. So head on down and see for yourself and give your brain some exercise!

My first escape room, we did a star trek themed one. The set up was very detailed and the puzzles challenging, and even fairly accurate to the theme. Highly recommended!

Our family had a wonderful time at The House of Conundrum. It was an excellent way to spend time with each other. We did the Batman escape room. At the end of time, we were all surprised at how quickly experience was; but it was a good thing as it really keeps you thinking and engaged. The staff were wonderful as others have attested to on other reviews. I would highly recommend!

Came here with my friend for her birthday and it was super fun! The staff was super helpful and we were able to escape the room before the time was up. Would consider coming back to play a different room in the future!

This was our first escape room experience and it was a blast! I took my mom here for her birthday and did the Saving Lincoln room. Mary was super nice and helpful, we will definitely be back!

This place is SO much fun!! The staff was so friendly, helpful, and (most importantly) patient with us. I'm horrible with names and can't remember theirs exactly right now but Mary (or was it Megan?? 😭😭) was amazing and explained the rules of the room very clearly. After we saved Abe Lincoln, we chatted with them and Ellie for a bit about the place, and overall it's just filled to the brim with good vibes. We'll definitely be coming back soon!

My husband and I went here for a unique date night experience. We only had 2 in our party and this was the only escape room facility I found to accommodate that. It was our first escape room experience and the young lady helping us was very patient in answering all of our questions. We also thoroughly appreciated the opportunity to get hints! The room we did had a nice variety of challenging hints. Our brains felt nice and exercised when we were done. We definitely want to come back again!

Great activity for all ages, needed a room suitable for a 9yo and 15yo. One of the staff members, Mary recommended 20,000 leaks under the sea and it was so much fun!! After we escaped with 11 minutes left she took us on a tour of the rest of the rooms, we will definitely be back!!

This was our first escape room and we had such a fun experience that we will definitely be coming back! Mary was very friendly and helpful! She did a great job explaining the rules of the room to us and was a great help when we needed clues. We loved the way the room was decorated! I'd recommend House of Conundrum to everyone!

It was fun and challenging. We went as a group from work. Took on the “night of the museum”. It did take us some time to go in the right direction. Mary was helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. Rest of the staff helped us reach a goal and took pictures for us.

I absolutely loved this place. These rooms are very immersive, We did Tomb of Doom, Saving Lincoln, Rescuing the Revolution and Space: The Final Frontier. These were well built and I'd really like to return to do the other rooms here. They have set the bar high and they they have also achieved it. The owner was so very nice to meet and one of the game masters, Mary, was the highlight to our visit. She really added to the ambiance of the rooms and was very excited as we completed each one. Their use of tech was also well used. If you're considering this location, you've made a great choice!

We did the Lincoln assassination room. It was fun and very beginner/small group friendly. My partner and I have done several rooms, only asked for 1 hint and escaped with plenty of time to spare. They sell shirts that you can wear back to get a discount on your room. I will definitely come back in the future for some of the larger group rooms.

I don't know what to say about this place. The staff and owner have such a passion for their craft and it shows. The puzzles are fun. The intro videos are the fun kind of cheesy. Each room shows its uniqueness both thematically, and through its puzzles. This is well worth the visit and the revisit and the re-revisit.

Did the Batman room today and was the first time I've been to House of Conundrum and absolutely loved it! Done other escape rooms around town and this is definitely the most creative and versatile! Ella was our game master today and she made the experience such a delight! Very professional and she gave us a tour afterward which made us excited and even more interested in coming back!

My party of two experienced both Space: The Final Frontier and The Bat Cave Conundrum. Both rooms brought their theme to life, but ran a bit differently. Space: The Final Frontier was more immersive as you were stuck on a Klingon ship. If you like thinking like a Klingon, you may love the room. Personally, it put up more roadblocks though the room design was fun. The Bat Cave was more traditional of an escape room with riddles leading to combinations to progress through the room. Personally, this one was a little more fun for me, with only needing one hint to get through a riddle that got most escapees stuck.

Been here twice, 20000 leaks is simple but quite fun, and blood thirsty is super cool, best one out of all of em, but you shouldn't go if you don't like being touched, as they grab at you when in small spaces. I did the victim side for blood thirsty, and it was amazing! You have to unlock the tunnels and yourself from the handcuffs, and communicate with the others through the walls and intercom. Definitely worth the money.

Ella and Robert were so generous and helpful in all of our experiences! We’ve been multiple times and it’s always a joy to see their faces light up when we walk in. We even tried the new holiday themed room and it was a blast! We will be going back for sure!

Tonight, our group of 6 brave adventurers took on the challenge of the Tomb of Doom; deciphering clues from hieroglyphs to solve the puzzle that had brought previous archeologists to their demise! This was a challenging and fantastic room, and our Conundrum guide, Ella, came fully prepared with hat atop her head, and encouraging words in hand! Her bright and friendly personality absolutely made the experience! We have already booked our next escape, and we can't wait!

Excellent. The rooms were detailed and the stories well thought out. There were puzzles at differing levels so everyone had success. I cannot wait to try the overnight at the house Conundrum Manor. Oh the people were very nice

Honestly a fantastic experience. My wife and I did the Tomb of Doom room. The girl that first helped us was awesome in giving us rules and tips before we began, and the guy watching us from the camera room stayed in-character whenever he spoke to us! I wish we asked for names to tack on this review. The room itself was one of their smaller ones, but still had a lot to offer. The riddles, puzzles, and ambience were all very well-written and -crafted. There was one riddle that didn't seem to make sense to me, but I'm not the brains in our relationship. Honestly wish we were local--we'd love to come back!

We did not make it out of the bat cave in time, but it was a great experience. This was a work team building event, which really helped us pull together! Sadly, we analyze documents and information on a daily basis, so we ended up over analyzing the clues. Our instructor was super friendly and helpful, and we will likely do another escape room again when it comes time for another team building event.

This was our family’s first experience with an escape room, and we absolutely loved it! We enjoyed the variety of clues and puzzles in 20,000 Leaks Under the Sea because we could split into pairs and work on several challenges simultaneously. We then tried Saving Lincoln and enjoyed that just as much. The staff members were very friendly and seemed to really enjoy their jobs welcoming and assisting visitors. We came away wishing that we lived a little closer to Omaha so that we could return to House of Conundrum often!

This was so much fun! The themes are unique as well as the puzzles. Mary was a great host and even encouraged us to do another when we got done with the first, which we did! She made the experience fun and exciting. We are looking forward to going back!

I went with family and it was our first time in an escape room. What a neat experience it was. We did the Star Trek themed room and had a blast! ;) Each room has a different them. The staff is also great and very friendly. We will most definitely be back!

Oh my gosh this was the best experience ever! If you like an escape room and Haunted House feeling then the Sacrificial Limb is your room! It was amazing and Rebecca was such an amazing scare actor. Our girls had so much fun and could not stop talking about it on the way home. I won’t lie as the mom all I could do was laugh when they got scared. We will definitely go back. Thank you for the amazing experience.

This place is really cool. Great selection of things to do. Definitely have to work together to get to the correct conclusion. Luckily my son is Uber smart and cruised right through it. Good thing because I was lost most of the time. We will be back and try some of the other rooms. Great time, great experience.

I loved the escape rooms at this location. I went to 3 of their escape rooms during the weekend I was in town, and they were all great. The themes are cool, the escape room difficulties are good, the puzzles make sense, and we didn't have any technical issues. The game masters are on top of stuff. First room we did, we asked for a hint, and the GM told us no 'cause we were almost right and had plenty of time, which I appreciated. Second room we asked for one hint, and the GM gave us the very minimal hint to look at the thing we hadn't noticed. Third room we asked for no hints, but the GM noticed when we pulled out a clue and started talking about the numbers on the back of it, it ended up that a previous group had written random non-game-related numbers on it, he came in to look at it and erase it so we didn't get sidetracked on that junk)

A group of us went here for a bachelorette party, and it was an awesome experience! The rooms were challenging but not impossible, and also incredibly fun (we did the Sherlock Solution), plus the staff were friendly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for activities in Omaha.

My family came for my mother's birthday and I have never been to an escape room but the House of Conundrum was incredible! The staff was absolutely amazing through the whole experience and we decided to do the Sherlock Homes room and it was so well made and thought out! The puzzles were perfect and it was so unique! I will definitely be coming back to try the other themed rooms!

Mary assisted us yesterday as well as Ciara. They were both wonderful in getting us started and setting us up for a wonderful adventure to 20k leaks under the sea. We have done 3 of the rooms so far, and all of them have been well thought out and good fun to have with friends. I would highly recommend this ‘House of Conundrum’ for anyone looking for a good escape room.

  • 5/5 Rebecca T. 1 year ago on Google
Very fun place with great puzzles! We did two rooms, the Space Adventure and The Bat Cave one. We liked Space Adventure better, but both were great! There were just two of us and we needed a couple hints on both rooms. After you do one room you can spin a wheel out in the lobby to get a discount on doing a second room, which can range from 10% to 50% off. Ours landed on 10 but the girl working there (who was amazing, so kind and energetic) pushed it over to 20%.

Booked the Bat Cave for my Batman-loving husband's Birthday! He loved the indepth Batman movie questions to problem-solve and the funny, entertaining story.🦇 Mary was so kind and gave us a great experience! She even gave us a little tour of the other rooms after! We came in a little late but with an easy phone call it was no trouble at all. Definitely coming back and hoping Mary is there to help us once again escape another fun, exciting room! Thank you, Mary 🎂❤️

Amazing staff. Super friendly and helpful. Very enthusiastic. We had two rooms for my sons 16th. Only down side is we could hear them which was slightly distracting. But great set-up in the room. The Boys had an absolutely amazing time. My group had a great time as well. Would love to do more and maybe try the manor out. Highly recommend.

Did two rooms here. Thought the Sherlock-themed one was tremendous and we were able to solve it with a couple of small nudges from the staff despite having three newbies on the team. Very engaging game with an attentive staff. Will go play more of the rooms here.

My family did an escape room this past week and can I just say the service was incredible! We tried the Sherlock Holmes room and it was the most fun I’ve had since I still had custody of the kids! We also had two phenomenal employees!!! Their names were Ellie and Will! I loved their enthusiasm as they presented each and every clue! You can tell the love all of these employees share for their business and how excited they are to be at work! I would definitely recommend an escape room here and if you can, try to book it with Ellie or Will!!!

This is definitely something people should do. It is a lot of fun and is something I recommend people should come try out. The staff are great as they make sure you enjoy your time spent at their venue. We had a young lady Ellie help us out and she made sure we were always having a great experience.

We have a blast every time we go here! The rooms are brilliantly themed and each have unique puzzles so the rooms are in stark contrast to each other. We love the game masters & the owner is so creative! Love seeing Ella every time we go, she’s the absolute sweetest ♥️ Escape Rooms: 5 out of 5 stars, Fun: 5 out of 5 stars, Customer Service: 10 out of 5 stars!

Very Fun. I was able to do this as a work outing. We had six people in our group and the room was spacious enough for all of us to move around in freely. Awesome setup, presentation, and riddles in the Sherlock room. The staff was fun and informative. I will definitely be coming back with family and friends.

Me and my friends recently visited house of Conundrum and we loved it. The new attraction, the Christmas themed escape room, was extremely enjoyable. The experience was better heightened through our host for the evening, Ellie, who helped us escape the room just in time and made are experience fun and festive.
