I have been coming here for YEARS for my coffee: both beans and brews! As a former barista, I am extremely picky about my coffee. When I moved to Omaha I searched all over the metro for the best local coffee roasters. After weeks of searching, I FINALLY found myself here. My roommate and I bought a sample of their beans, brewed it at home, and we both looked at each other, wide-eyed and exclaimed, "holy...". I don't know what sorcery their coffee roasters use, but I can tell you one thing: it's working. In addition to their beans, they also serve some phenomenal drinks. My favorite part is that their specialty drinks change with the seasons. This fall, I fell in love with their maple cardamom latte. They also have other coffee drinks, espressos, teas, non-coffee options, and alternative milks (breve, almond, soy, and oat). Added bonus: a bakery right in the back! They have 3 locations around the metro. All are a perfect study space, or somewhere to catch up with friends. Truly a local business that I love supporting!

Chill place to get some work done! They have good coffee and a variety of other drinks and snacks. There are lots of tables that are great for studying at, and it is located close to the old market- an easy stop in when walking around downtown.

Delicious cold brew and coffee cake! Extremely busy location and very loud atmosphere. The building echos, which makes the loudness worse. My husband and I got ours to-go and headed to the farmer's market across the street afterward. Service was quick and the staff were friendly.

Looking for a REAL cup of coffee? Then this is the coffee shop for you!!! It smells delicious when you walk in the door. The coffee was made fresh and was served by friendly smiling faces. When we are in the area we will be back!!!

Fantastic coffee place - almond milk available and great syrups as well, cute seating inside and out, plus great women working there, thank you!

Overpriced $7 lattes and they will bluntly ask for tip😀 I'd skip it for better organic options in town at $3.50😀

Cute coffee place in the old market. I tried their toddy cola. They also have a root beer chai tea combo that sounded interesting. Did not like the toddy cola. It was different but not my kind of different. I can see how some people might think it's ok though so I didn't deduct points for that. Service was super friendly and helpful. Always good to see staff that enjoy working there and love interacting with clients. My friends ordered different drinks and everyone else was very happy with their choices.

Love this place! We frequent the Old Market and Chalco drive-thru locations the most and love them both. The Honey Lavender Latte and the Pineapple Jalapeño Limeade are our all-time favorite drinks from here, and have had great experiences with all the drinks we've tried (except for the coca cola toddy thing - just not for us haha but was definitely fun to try once). 😄 They have a large selection of bakery items and coffee beans, clothing items, natural dog treats, etc. Plus the deviled eggs are the absolute best (the Sriracha bacon ones are my favorite) and they also offer a selection of all-natural sodas along with bottled water. If you love & frequent this place often, the membership helps make your coffee runs here even more economical. Highly recommend!

First time to try this place and their coffee today. It was actually good as well as the Peanut Butter cupcake. Great customer service, and I highly recommend it. 2nd time getting my coffee and muffins from them, and I'm super satisfied.👍🏼👍🏼

Great local roaster with multiple locations in Omaha. This one is downtown city cool. Usually do Americano to get a taste of their espresso but it was hot and I was in a celebratory mood with my alma mater winning the 1st game of the College Word Series so I went with a Horchata Cold Brew…good call.

Excellent coffee shop in the heart of downtown Omaha. Easy to park! Great coffee, latte’s & cinnamon roll. Plenty of inside & outside seating options. Highly recommend!

Hardy Coffee is consistently great. Their drinks are wonderful (the house-made chai is the best chai I've ever had), the food is always good, the baristas are friendly, and it is a comfortable environment whether you're doing some work or meeting friends (or in my case, having a first date with my now-husband). This is one of my first recommendations when anyone I know is visiting Omaha! Sorry for the repost- I originally posted to the wrong location because I visit them all! But downtown is definitely my favorite and most visited, because it's also good for a takeout drink and stroll around the Old Market.

We’re traveling through Omaha and stopped in for coffee and an easy breakfast. Latte was delicious, service was quick and friendly. We got a breakfast burrito and muffin and commented they were the best coffee shop breakfast we’ve had! We highly recommend Hardy to any other travelers!

Was recommended to me by a local friend. Visiting from Iowa. Had an iced caramel oat milk latte. Was a bit pricey at almost $8, but was probably one of the best tasting iced lattes I’ve had! Would definitely recommend and come back. I like the cup design too, with the dome lid.

The eggnog latte is so wonderful. It doesn’t have a strange after taste and not overly sweet. Hard to describe, but worth the extra bucks!!

Really good coffee and bright spacious dine in area. Very pricy though (spent over $8 for a large latte)

My previous rating somehow was a 1star. I have no idea how that happened. This is a 5 star coffee shop. Great selection coffee and treats along with a Great atmosphere. Employees are super freindly and helpful!

Fantastic Americano iced or hot, huge seating available, good for meetings and social distancing. Muffins delightful, but scones a little too muffin-like. Cinnamon rolls are lovely. If you're looking for a coffee hangout to read and lounge, not your scene. Annual membership is not as good a deal as I thought unless you get plain coffee regularly. Overall, good experience.

Hard working counter staff pour excellent drinks. Nice atmosphere. Very welcoming and friendly to all. The coffee roast is very nice. Dark with a hint of smoke and not to acidic. The flow at the counter is a little confusing if their busy. The set up has everyone step back once orders are placed and it gets pretty confusing where the lines are and where to pick up napkins and utensils. Overall great experience and a very nice Sunday morning coffee.

First stop when arriving to Omaha amd was pleasantly surprised at the decor. Photos done do it justice. More importantly the baristas made me a crema filled americano which was strong and smooth. Thank you.

Great coffee shop with lots of seating available. Had their turtle latte and pecan roll and both were quite delicious. They allow dogs in the lobby and on the patio too, which is nice!

Cool coffee house. The daughter and I dig it. The coffee is on point and the pastries looked delicious although we didn't try them. Maybe next time.

Happening coffee shop at 930 on a Saturday morning. Had a cinnamon roll and a latte. While it was a little bit of a wait to get through the line and then get the order, there were only two working the counter and coffee machines. I'll probably stop in again next time I'm in the area.

  • 3/5 Ashleigh M. 1 year ago on Google
The coffee I had was overly sweet (lavender latte w/ oat milk). Nice atmosphere though and the pecan roll was also delicious.

G’day, Hardys is as close to home as you can find in Omaha; decent coffee, great location, awesome vibes. The oat milk latte was good.

  • 5/5 Bryce J. 1 year ago on Google
The coffee is so good it needs no sugar or cream, but you can add milk if desired. The flavor of this drink will entrance any palate with its exquisite taste that leaves every sip feeling like pure blissful fulfillment!

Ordered a mocha, it was good. Coffee and dark chocolate was well balanced. Atmosphere was ok, a little vacant feeling. Tall ceilings with little decor. Lots of room to work. Clean pastry case with some yummy options, friendly barista. Highlight was the location in Omaha's Old Market- wonderful patio.

Go here to study. Lots of tables to sit and pretty much everyone here has headphones in and is studying. Open the laptop and vibe out to some freaking post Malone sipping good coffee. Scone is delicious and cinnamon was on pointe. Yes please. It’s called Hardy Coffee company but used to be called Bliss.

Great little coffee shop with a curated selection of offerings. I particularly appreciated seeing both deviled eggs and a vegan breakfast burrito on the menu - a welcomed departure from only pastries that all coffee shops offer. Surprisingly, they are the only local shop open on a weekend morning in Old Town. I’d highly recommend the walk - and shirking Starbucks - for anyone staying in the area.

I just came from Korea to take a dental exam at Creighton university and had no idea where to go to😂…but one of the faculty members recommended this place and I gave it a try, and I love their iced latte!! It’s actually better than intelligentsia and La colombe coffee (in my opinion). Also, the lady working at the cashier was sooo nice 👍 10/10!! 한국분들 여기 라떼 맛집이에요 추천해요!

  • 2/5 Rachel I. 10 months ago on Google
Very nice people and good atmosphere, but unfortunately the coffee itself did not match the aesthetic. If you like places like Starbucks and Caribou, this is the place for you. If you like niche and premium coffee, this is not the place for you. The photos are misleading- they do not do the basic latte "art", which is usually a sign of a good coffee shop- hence why we tried it in the first place. The cappuccino was quite bitter/burnt and the froth was all foam. The pour over was also not up to par. Again, very nice people and good service, that's where the two stars come from.

Hardy Coffee delivered muffins and coffee for an event I planned in Omaha. They were a huge hit! My favorite was the Orange Cranberry muffin. The cardboard coffee carafes were the perfect size for the group, and included cream, sugar, stir sticks, lids, and cups. The employees that delivered were really nice and were on time.

The lavender latte was so smooth and fresh. One of the best I’ve had — and I’m in Colorado! They also sell loose tea, tea bags, coffee, shirts, and small trinkets. Great vibes!

  • 5/5 Stephanie V. 10 months ago on Google
The best coffee I’ve had in a while! Hit the spot. Got the toddy latte. Although the wait was long, it was worth it

Some of the best coffee in town! The baristas are super nice as well. I just wish they offered a few more food items on the menu, but the vegan breakfast burrito is pretty good.

Upon walking in the customer service was lacking. I was not welcomed and instead was ignored until I ordered. Place was very clean and mandates enforced but the energy was not there.

Service is always nice even when they have a full house. Service is typically great. Prices were appropriate. Similar to a cafe in Las Vegas I liked.

Liked atmosphere. They took social distancing to heart. The person that served me was very polite and all i ordered was a apple juice. Only thing that sucks. No free parking but its downtown there isnt free parking downtown.

Delicious coffee and baked snacks, with bags of coffee beans for sale. They always seem to have a new, interesting drink to try.

  • 5/5 Sierra H. 3 years ago on Google
Loved this coffee shop, lots of unique drinks and pastries on the menu. Great vegan options! We tried the vegan cinnamon roll (good thing I don’t live nearby or I’d be broke from buying one every day!!) and the vegan gf muffin. They also have several plant-based milk options. The patio is dog friendly with lots of seating, and they had locally made dog biscuits for sale too which our pups wholeheartedly approved of. ;)

    Great coffee

  • 4/5 Jake K. 4 years ago on Google
The area is incredibly spacious and well-equipped with WiFi and power. The selection of drinks is somewhat lackluster, so I'd recommend finding something you like instead of experimenting. The environment is also somewhat lacking with very little decoration in the main space. The coffee is actually quite amazing, so I suspect more money is spent on the things behind the counter.

Stopped in this morning on a break from a work weekend in Omaha. The baristas were super attentive, knowledgable, and kind. We got a pour over of the Peru, a Benchmark drip, and a double shot of espresso and everything was perfect. We grabbed a bag of the Guatemala to take back to the Airbnb because we accidentally only brought decaf for the weekend. Thanks for being here and providing awesome local specialty coffee!
