I went there to have beef lo mein, everything was ok until they bring my plate. I don’t know what kind of restaurant serves rice with noodle but they do, and it’s awful. I would be ok if I wouldn’t have that rice on my plate but that’s not the issue, the issue is ; they served me “LEFTOVER RICE”, and the actual meal itself was saltier than it was suppose to be. Even though their service is really fast, I got my meal 5 mins later, after I ordered.

First time eating from here. Then food was great and the customer service was Phenomenal. The person who delivered my food didn't hesitate to go back when he realized he forgot my water. The service was fast. Definatly worth 5 stars in my book!

The front people where friendly and very helpful when I ordered.... Friendly place the food is one of a kind it was perfect you get your money's worth very good portion size more than expected that's a plus+ the taste was good aswell.... Perfect Dinner Thank you....

Hidden Gem! Was trying to find a place to eat on a Saturday night that wasn’t packed. My dad recommended this place and I was very impressed. They had the best crab Rangoons I’ve ever had. And there chicken was very good quality, not chewy like a lot of other places. I will be coming back!

Golden Palace Express has the best Chinese in Omaha! Their dinners have the perfect amount of sauce in them. So they are never dry. And the crab rangoon is so crispy and delicious! The rice is cooked perfectly every time and is just simply always a treat! Priced right and the people that work there are so kind. For your next Chinese food meal, why not be pampered with perfection! So good!!!

One thing I cannot stand is when a Chinese Restaurant uses dark meat chicken in it's dishes. I do NOT eat dark meat chicken and is ruined the whole thing We also ordered lemon chicken and it was mostly mushy breading, not much chicken. Soup was good though. We had to try them, but it was a BUST!!!

Horrible experience. This place is grotesque. It needs a health inspector. Someone needs to report these people to the better Business bureau. I ordered a sweet and sour shrimp extra vegetables and got a box of bread on the bottom with shrimp on top. Old and dry. I was refused a refund and I was refused A reorder which I really did not want a reorder this place was so gross. I can't even get my refund unless I spend 20 more dollars for some nasty food I don't. I will never order food from here again. I believe they are serving cat for chicken. For real.

I’m only giving 2 stars bc my princess beef was amazing as always and the crab Rangoon. But sadly none of the food was hot just warm, the sesame chicken needed way more sauce, and literally none of the 6 wontons had any meat in them.. literally not one!!! How is that even possible lol after spending $41 of hard earned money, I’m disappointed and won’t go back for awhile!

I always get one of two entrees there. Broccoli beef or generals chicken. Today it was generals chicken. Excellent food with just enough bite of the spiceyness.

A food smelled and tasted horrible. I ate 1 or 2 bites only and ended up throwing up all night.

Ordered Triple Delight. I asked to omit 2 of the veg in it and instead put extra of 2 of the other veg in it. Was charged $2 for the substitution. After complaining, they refused to adjust. Dumb!!!

Garlic Chicken had like very little chicken in it? Peanut butter chicken was good. Egg rolls were good. We were trying something new. It was alright. Meh.

I’m from out of town and the food was delicious, hot, and fresh. They were incredibly kind and got our order perfect! When we come through again we will be back!

Nice customer service fast service, but in my opinion the food was bland and my wife and I didn’t enjoy it.

I've never seen the inside of this restaurant, but in March 2020 when the country shut down, in want of good Chinese food, I decided to give Golden Palace a shot. In the year since, I haven't looked back. Order is almost always exactly right, the food is hot, and delivery is usually within 30-40 minutes, even on a Friday. Strongly recommend the orange chicken!

An amazing little restaurant with many delicious choices. The owners are great to talk to and I look forward each time to eating here.

Food was pretty good. I like that they have two sizes to choose from, any time. I usually get the small size. Plenty of food. No need to take home leftovers (I don't care for Chinese leftover food).

Very few restaurants serve egg foo Yong. They do and it was great. Now a fav of mine.
