The director Kent is very unprofessional with his staff, he literally fired someone in front of everyone when he could have done it privately, he also yells at his staff who absolutely trying to do they’re very best. The atmosphere has changed over the months it use to be a professional, clean, and well established facility. I even found a roach under a table I was sitting at. I expected so much more from this location, very disappointing.

This place is such a disappointment, the environment is not professional. I even saw a spider in my side salad, I was appalled I have never had this situation at the Dodge location. The resteraunt operator Kent Smith, is so unprofessional he yells at his staff, very demanding, and disrespectful. As a leader you should never be this way, and coming from Chick-Fil-A is very disappointing. I don’t recommend coming here.

The manager working while I was there was very helpful in assisting me with a reward I had on my app. I love their rewards program. All of the food is so tasty here and is so worth trying all of it!

I knew when my child got food poisoning from here i should’ve stopped going here! I went here once 3 weeks ago and again today they were out of a lot of items and oh can’t forget how my order is CONSTANTLY WRONG! CONSTANTLY! This is by far the worst Chick fil a i have been to! The lady that takes the orders is flat out rude and ignorant! As a former Chick fil a manager from the Atlanta locations this is a huge disappointment but i won’t be coming back to this location!

Food quality is good but our order is consistently wrong. Sauces are almost always forgotten and I generally have to go inside to get corrections. It wasn’t always like this at this location, it’s disappointing to have to constantly check every item in an order to make sure it’s correct and that everything is included. It completely negates the benefit of ordering through the app if I have to go back to fix my order.

Worst one in town… bad customer service and they never get my order right. I always ask for a #1 classic with Colby Jack cheese and they always give me the spicy sandwich instead. Half the time they forget my drink and sauce. I only gave two stars because they have two really friendly black women there that always personalize the conversations with you and even remember my name. I don’t think they work there anymore though, because since I haven’t seen them customer service really went down.

Nuggets and sandwich spicy chicken were good as always. This chain is very consistent. Fries were underdone but not terrible. I still finished everything. Manager on duty was very attentive and friendly. That was super nice and very much appreciated.

Food was quick and fresh, service staff always very friendly and are there to help with whatever might be needed, whether a refill on drinks or just grabbing some napkins for the family. Also owner is super cool and very hands on and helpful making sure our dining experience was up to par.

This Chick-fil-A is a drive thru location only with a 2 covered lane ordering. The staff is always nice and they greet me with a smile every time. They're fast and efficient. This is my favorite location.

My family and I dined in at this location last week. We enjoyed how friendly the employees were, how quick we received our food and how clean the restaurant was. Whatever you all are doing… keep doing it! 🙌🏽 😊

Not sure what's going on in the Chick-fil-A but I was under the impression that there is a bit of a struggle with orders. I didn't have a bad experience but they seem to need help. The Buffalo sauce was all milky and taste weird so I threw it out.

Just walked in and turned right back around. Smells like they mopped the floor with vomit water. Disgusting not sure how anybody could eat there. Shame too because this is the first Chick-fil-A I've ever been to that wasn't an immaculate atmosphere... *Edit - as I'm now reading through the other reviews for this location somebody complained about the horrible smell a month ago and said they couldn't even stay inside and had to wait outside for their food. How in the world could you let a restaurant smell like that for over a month?

I love chick fil a, but this one is the worst I've been to. I've been to this establishment 4 or 5 times and they seem to always be out of something. Multiple times they haven't had any chick fil a sauce. All the employees have been great, but whoever is managing this store and keeping their inventory full is not doing a good job.

Food was ready quickly and was delicious! I was not feeling well and all I wanted was chicken noodle soup. Best I've had :)

Always good! The place is always super busy during normal meal times, but they have a ton of staff and it usually goes pretty smoothly. I eat here way more than I probably should.

My family and I was in Omaha from out of town and visited this location. We dined in at lunch time for 6 and was welcomed inside. There was a line as usual and got through the line quickly. Great team to process our orders and got our food out to us. Food was hot and we enjoyed our food and time there. Even though it was busy, the team there was able to help others inside and get their food to them quickly. Very clean store and everyone was taken care of.

Eat at your own risk here the day before they said they were out of chicken, so I came back the next morning and got my 30 piece nugget and I noticed the nuggets don’t look the same I continue eating got extremely sick with food poisoning for three days. Beware of this Chick-fil-A they don’t handle food properly.

Food is normally delicious. Messed up the order almost completely this time. Completely forgot my kale salad and gave me sweet tea instead of unsweetened. Both had been correct on my receipt. I was not waiting another 10 plus minutes in line.

Nice super slow drive thru. If you have all day, this is the Chick-fil-A for you. Came here at 6pm on a Thursday and must have burned a gallon of gas waiting in the drive thru. Just watching my mpg tick lower and lower. Ugh!!

I ordered two drinks and both of them were wrong! It’s all I ordered and it still took forever for them to make. They weren’t busy at all when I was there so there’s no excuse. I didn’t realize the drinks were wrong until I came home so I just threw them away cause they’re too sweet. I love Chick-fil-A but this location sucks, I’m never coming back there ever again.

This Chick Fil A in particular always always gets my order correct. I have never been to a restaurant and ordered togo and had them get my order perfect everytime. I appreciate the attention to detail and special requests and the immense amount of kindness while doing it. Highly recommend this location.

The person working drive thru is awful. Morning of 6/23/23. Very slow. No thank you or my pleasure Worst chick fil a I’ve experienced! Where’s the operator? The management were all cutting up and one with high braids appeared to be a little sour. Just not a pleasant place.

This establishment is very clean. The staff was friendly and offered me great service. My breakfast was hot and fresh.

It's our favorite one in town. Staff is always nice. Service is quick. A mistake was made once in our order and they quickly fixed it. (mistakes happen, admit and fix) Always clean.

Ordered from drive thru, told to pull around and turn hazards on, no problem, management change. I did, 10 to 15 minutes pass by, so I walk up to the store, drive through service only, go back to car, then they bring food out. Asked for refund, would have been faster to drive to dodge street.

There was a tall, dark handsome manager (kind of on the thin side though). He was friendly and very professional even though a delivery truck hadn't delivered that day so they were out of napkins. The employees were very friendly and the food was as expected.

Placed order, waited while casher in Drive-thru socialized with the car in front me. When I finally got to the window after waiting 15 mins, my item was no longer available.

Better chicken is served at many other places. Waffle fries are gross This place has long lines, ok food, overworked staff, and terrible politics. Get out of here with your Christian nuggets.

Great food! However the line is always long and you will spend more time waiting in line than what it took to order and receive your food.

They are so mannerable. Customer service was excellent outside and on the inside, as well as the food. The children played in the play area great time. The 3yr felt very comfortable asking for a refill. Appreciate the friendly ness of the staff. Clean area and hot food 💜💜

I asked for a #1 with onion. Didn't get the onion. I went back up to the counter and the kid said ... we don't put onions on burgers.... Burgers? Then he said we don't have any onions. I asked for iced tea and got sweet tea. I didn't ask for sweet tea. Just iced tea. They never asked me which one I wanted. Not planning on going there again.

We went in the morning to get some spicy chicken sandwiches and they said we couldn't order them because it was breakfast items only, in reality you can order other stuff besides breakfast items, it just takes an extra 15 minutes. Before anybody says anything, I had just given birth to my son and wanted to get a nice big meal🤣

It was a Saturday night with storms rolling in and the store wasn't busy. Food came.out hot and fresh, everyone enjoyed their meal. They have cut back on their sauces, they aren't available just to grab, but only of my kids needs the extra ranch. My spicy chicken was good, but I asked for the deluxe and didn't get it. Didn't bother me enough to complain but...anyway, we enjoyed our visit.

My family and I visited this restaurant and we were NOT disappointed! Our food came out so quick! Food was fresh and the fries were SO crispy and good! The space was very clean, including the kids area. Our daughter LOVED the play area. The staff was attentive and friendly and made you feel very welcomed.

First time trying Chick-fil-A...I ordered half of the menu😂 I wasn't disappointed. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The manager, atleast I'm assuming he was, if not he should be, was very welcoming and genuine. Great experience all around.
