DO NOT RENT THROUGH BROADMOOR ESPECIALLY HERE. they don't even deserve one star. Staff took the whole summer to fix my AC. They claim to be pet friendly but are not! I steamed cleaned my carpet 3 times and they still charged 1500 for replacing CLEAN carpets. They took over a week for proof of all of this and still demand a 1500$ payment from 3 poor 20 year olds. I RARELY had warm water. There was a leak in the window that they never fixed. The floors were poorly done. It was a horrible experience. DO NOT RENT HERE.

We have been at Willow Park for several years now the management is great the management is a very friendly if a problem in our apartment happens they are very quick to fix it the apartment complex is very clean and the staff is very friendly I would highly recommend this property as well as any Broadmoor properties to anyone who wants outstanding professionals and management to take care of their apartment needs we will always rent with Broadmoor for now and in the future

Professional, hard working, friendliest and most helpful maintenance and office leasing staff!! I love these guys! They respond quickly and truly care about your needs, even middle of the night maintenance emergencies! The grounds are well maintained and kept clean. Rent is reasonable. I have lived here 17 years now. It is a safe, family and pet-friendly place to live! Great location! I can easily walk to a big grocery store, a Mexican bakery, several restaurants, two coffee shops, and a pet store; and more fast food and regular restaurants, and a couple of grocery stores within 5-minute drive. I really love living at Willow Park apartments by Broadmoor!

We have LOVED living at Willow Park, we feel like we really scored! All the staff are friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys are The Best too. They always respond quickly and are willing to explain things or do more if I ask. I feel like all the staff know me, even though there are hundreds of other residents. We have enjoyed our neighbors and made some good friends. The location is great too. Close to stores but also close to a golf course which helps it feel less busy and congested and gives some great views! The pool and gym are added bonuses for sure! I totally recommend Willow Park!

I have lived here at 2 different units now, just recently moved into a 3 bedroom. I absolutely love living here, the grounds are always kept clean, the units were very nice and updated upon move in. They get maintenance requests done the day of every single time we call them! The ladies in the management office are amazing, friendly and always take good care of us. Highly recommend these apartments!!

I've lived here for almost a year and I love it! The office people are very nice and helpful. Maintenance is great too, they fix things in a timely manner. And also they just went dog friendly this last summer!!! I got a puppy and the process was really easy. I'll definitely be staying for awhile 😀

They are the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. If you have anything to complain about they will take care of it right away. I really don’t think there’s any other apartment complex in Omaha Metro I’d rather live at. I can just give some examples. We got an apartment that we did not want in the very beginning. They made sure to switch us to the one that’s going to be comfortable for us. Ipo was especially caring. You wouldn’t expect such a professionalism from a corporation. She went out of her way and did over and beyond her job description to find us the perfect apartment. I know it wasn’t easy but she made sure we got it. She was super sweet and took her whole day to take care of us. Not only sweet but very professional, friendly and knew exactly what we want. Feels more like a family than a corporation. I really wanna thank her for all her hard work. Not only her. The same way with Shawna and Kirsten. They are always more thank helpful. If you put in a work order you can be sure they will take care of the problem within 24 hours if possible. Unlike the other any other apartment complex in the Metro. Thank you guys and I hope you keep up the great work. By the way maintenance is the same way! I’m proud to be part of Willow Park Family once again!

Since the day I walked into the office the staff has been amazing! Special shout-out to Becca and Kirsten ❤️ they are so kind and quick to answer and comments or concerns with anything. They are amazing with my daughter and she loves to go visit them. Maintenance?? Reese and Eric are fast, efficient and hilarious. It’s a real good little community 😁

Short: Could have been worse but could be better. Decent rent for the place. Long: I lived here for a little over an year. This is just my experience and I can't assume this applies for every single unit. Pro: Good price of rent for the units we get. It is very nice to be so close to Hy-Vee and pop in to get food. The staff are friendly and when I had a maintenance issue they fixed it right away. We cleaned our apartment before we left and got our deposit back in full. Family/kid friendly. Lots of light and with the windows open you have a good breeze with lots of fresh air. Con: The walls for our unit did not have a lot of insulation so the apartment could not stay cool in the summer or warm in the winter. Needless to say the thin walls aloud for a lot of outside noise. You could hear the trucks as they drive by. In the summer the kids can be rather loud and when the foot ball game was on, they would party for hours. The winter with the noise wasn't bad at all since it was too cold for people to party to hard. Plenty of people smoke including my neighbor so often my apartment smelled of smoke. If needed I would go back and live here and I would recommend people at least go check out as a place to stay.

I have lived at willow park for about 4 years. Raised both of my great grandchildren here. Townhomes are spacious and we love the courtyard. Moved to a 2 bedroom and love it the same. So glad the kids have 2 playgrounds and a pool to visit. I cannot say enough amazing things about the entire maintenance crew. T, nick, and Zach are just a few of them. Thank you for all you guys do! Kristen and Shanna from the office are wonderful ladies, very helpful and great communication.

Have lived here for several years and I have recently downgraded from a 3 bedroom to a 1 bedroom so ill be here for longer still. The office staff is amazing they really do work hard to help everyone. The maintenence staff are are really fast they can usually get toyour issue on the same day. As for all the posts about noise. I am a Single guy and these apartments are family friendly. So you should expect some noise but for the most part people are respectful. I work overnights so somedays I just stay up till the kids get off to school so I can go to sleep. I have never really had an issue save for parking occasionally because somebody has a party but its usually just me upset that I have to walk an extra 20 ft or so. If you need absolute silence with no bleed over then I woild say maybe not the place for you but I might suggest you rent a house instead cause thats a part of apartment living sometimes. If you are and easy going person and dont mind kids then this place cant be beat for the price plus its right behind hyvee great to walk to get groceries.

I have lived here for a year and a half and love it. This place feels safe and is always clean. It’s ran by people who actually care and it makes a difference.

We live in the Blossom unit apartments through Willow Park/Broadmoor. All the buildings are well kept, affordable, located in a safe location, they are the best apartments we’ve lived in yet! Pet friendly :) Quick maintenance response time. The team is always on top of updates needed around and in the buildings. We couldn’t ask for a better place to live! Thank you Willow Park for taking care of us this last year. We plan to be here for several more.

A very comfortable place. we were choosing a apartment with all the necessary amenities and not too expensive at the same time. Quite accidentally I found this place in the Internet. I wrote there by e-mail and got information that I wanted very quickly. My overall impression is very positive. The rooms were very spacious. Extremely clean, and very well painted! The staff is very helpful and hospitable. Being so close to L street makes it easy to get anywhere in Omaha. If you look for comfort, is cosy and has hospitality, then it might be your choice. I'm sure I'll stay there for two years or more!!

I absolutely love my apartment! The maintenance is absolutely amazing! They always come the same day. The ladies in the office are so nice and help with everything. Great area to live in. The gym is great, pretty much brand new.

Worked with us when we were at our lowest. Helped us out. Now were living peacefully!

I absolutely love living here!! We’ve been here almost 2 years now and I have no complaints! The gals in the office are incredibly kind and helpful and the maintenance guys always have a smile on their faces and are quick to come when needed!

I am coming up on 4 years with Willowpark and I can honestly say that I have never had a single complaint while living here. Noise is very minimal, the grounds are kept up, the office ladies are always super friendly & willing to help, and the maintenance team always responds to work orders in a timely manner. Highly, highly suggest Willowpark or Willowpark South if you are looking for a new place to live :)

Staff is wonderful and very helpful, they are absolutely lovely people. Air conditioning is horrible if you live on the third floor. I was told by the leasing office to not turn off the AC or open the window EVER for the entire summer, otherwise it wouldn't work correctly. The explanation was that AC works to pull out the moisture in the air instead of cooling the apartment down. When the outside temperature is 85 degrees or up the temperature inside will not go below 80 regardless of the AC being full blast for 5, 6 hours. My next door neighbor had to have their AC pipes replaced and other third floor tenants seem to have the exact same problem.

I truly love living here. The location is ideal and I really like the apartment layout. The office staff are so friendly, personable and helpful. Maintenance response is very quick, efficient and friendly. I shopped around alot before finding this as my new home. I moved here about 1 1/2 years ago from a house I lived in for 25 years and I couldn’t have made a better choice.

The staff at Willow Park is the best that I have had at any apartments I have lived at. Maintenance get things done quick and they are friendly. The outdoor pool and indoor pool are a nice perk to use.

Friendliest and most helpful maintenance and leasing office staff I've ever come in contact with.....and I've lived in many apartments. They respond quickly and make you feel like they genuinely care about your needs. The grounds are kept tidy. Rent is reasonable, as well as the rules. A safe, family/pet friendly environment.

We've been here for about 16 months and would stay longer except we need a place without stairs (we are in a townhouse). Service has been excellent, maintenance has been wonderful, the grounds look great and the workout area is the best for apartment living around.

This was my first apartment after moving out of my parents' house, I lived here for two years and absolutely loved it. Rent is very fair and affordable. The grounds are always kept clean, and maintenance is extremely quick to respond to any requests. The maintenance crew and ladies in the leasing office are all very personable and friendly as well. They were very good at communicating and responding in a timely manner if we ever needed them. The apartment itself was very clean when we first moved in as well. The amenities are also nice, with access to an indoor and outdoor pool and a gym. They really go above and beyond here.

Willow Park is amazing!! I’ve lived here since March 2020. 2 bedroom apartment for about 2.5 yrs and transitioned to a 3 br townhome in September, same complex. Their management staff and maintenance crew are outstanding. They always go above and beyond in delivering the best rental experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

this is my first apartment and i moved in with my boyfriend. it is a very quiet and decent area. the community is very nice. they cater during most seasons to make their tenants feel appreciated. maintenance is very quick and helpful. if they need to wait on something or find a part they are very communicative and it will most likely be done the next day. they have already repainted parking lots and changed furnaces to rebuild whatever may be broken or could just use a tune up. overall very happy here and the actual apartment is spacious for a one bed. with 2 people in a one bed it is still comfortable.
