    TAP has been a transformative experience for me. Been a member currently for 1.5 years and have overhauled my health significantly! Intentional coaching - I’m safer in Tom’s hands than my own often times. Appropriate challenge - it’s your workout, but coach Tom and a loving community of athletes can help you achieve new goals. A whole lot of fun - high intensity, high joy. We grunt and scream with our weights and joke and laugh with each other. Highly recommend the commitment! First fridays or each month are free! Just pick a class time! (As of this review: 5 AM, 6 AM, 8 AM, 1 PM, and 5:30 PM)

    Some of the friendliest staff AND athletes I've ever seen at a gym. The workout was fun AND had really tested me without burning me out. Tom does a great job of making sure each athlete is working at his/her best, tailoring what each athlete will do to during the workout to work up a sweat but not get injured. What's even better is he didn't take the whole class time to do this! Everyone at TAP made my first experience comfortable and useful in helping me get to my fitness goals. I'll be back!

    TAP is the first gym I’ve ever received coaching at and wow - it makes a big difference, totally worth it! I’ve had previous back surgery and not much experience working out in classes and Tom makes it safe and walks you through the workout. It’s great to feel good and experience some good friendship as you workout.

    I came into TAP having very little knowledge about weightlifting or working out in general. Through coach Tom's programming, my weightlifting knowledge greatly increased, I met my goals (and made new goals) and now feel comfortable with weights I never thought that I would be able to lift. An added bonus is the great people that you get to work out with in every class, that become your community!

    I’ve been going to Tap for almost a year and it was the best decision!! I’m not motivated to go to the gym and these classes and the Tap family have kept me held accountable and excited to attended classes! I love a challenge and Tap is just that :)

    If you’re looking for a fun, welcoming environment with a quality work out included, I highly recommend TAP. The class sizes are great and the times available fit nicely in my schedule. If you’re new to working out, Tom is a great teacher and can modify movements to fit where your level and abilities are. You don’t need to be an expert just someone wanting to get in a workout!

    I've been working out at TAP for over two years. When I started I told Tom my goals were mobility, strength, weight loss (in that order). The classes have helped me to achieve those goals and to continue improvement. People around me sometimes ask why I would pay to work out at TAP rather than use the free gym at my office. My reply would be community and coaching. Working out with others motivates me to get out of bed in the morning and make it to the gym. It makes working out fun. Additionally, Tom's coaching is more than just leading the class. He teaches you the how and why to exercise in a safe way.

    Coach Tom has the mastered the craft of fitness; physically as well as mentally. You want a coach that truly is passionate about helping you and helping you achieve fitness goals?     Tom does an excellent job! TAP is a great gym and community! I would choose TAP into Fitness and Nutrition any day over CrossFit or other gyms.

    TAP is the perfect mix of coaching, class comradery, and accountability for crossfit style training. It has become a part of my weekly schedule and the physical and mental benefits have been significant!

    TAP is a great facility, and Tom keeps it very clean! Tom is very knowledgeable and a good teacher and coach. He pushes you hard without going overboard and putting you at risk of injury. He has taught me a lot of skill work as well as provided me with invaluable feedback on my form and technique. He is also very accessible and willing to answer questions. He has given me several strategies for improving my health and fitness when I'm not working with him directly. I highly recommend TAP into Fitness and Nutrition!

    Working out at TAP for the past seven months has been the best gym experience I’ve had. Love the community, the workouts are challenging and varied, Tom definitely knows his stuff, and I’m in the best shape of my life as a result. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a gym!!

    I never thought CrossFit type of workout would be for me. I was intimidated & filled with false stereotypes. But I am so glad I gave TAP a try. I am fueled by goals, growth, and competition - TAP certainly helps me set goals, experience growth & compete to be a better person. I love the community & encouragement to get through tough workouts and tough days.

    TAP is a one of a kind experience! Coach Tom is truly dedicated to helping you set and reach goals that you never thought possible. The workouts are always fun but will push you every single time. Absolutely no other place I would want to workout!

    TAP into Fitness and Nutrition is a great place to push yourself wherever you are at in your fitness journey! I used to play collegiate softball and we lifted a lot, but I was burnt out with lifting after my softball career was done. Tom has helped me to love lifting again! The community is very encouraging and it helps me to have accountability.

    There are many things I love about working out at TAP Into Fitness! I started with minimal knowledge or experience, but with Tom’s expert guidance/coaching I’ve learned an immense amount in the last six months. The workouts are always varied, challenging and even fun! It’s also a positive environment with great community. With a wide range of ages and skill levels, TAP truly is a gym for everyone!
