I have spent hundreds of dollars here. So lately I have been very disappointed with the quality of food. I had to throw away a whole stale cake, muffins, and bread. The hot food bar is disgusting. Absolutely 👎 no one is going to eat something like that. I see others here complaining about it too......7 months ago. I know whole foods is going to send out a reply that says they are looking into it but apparently they just have a standard reply they send to everyone complaining but actually have done absolutely nothing to fix it. I don't think they even read these. They just hit that reply they sent to everyone, so we think they will fix it. They won't! I am done with them. I get better food at walmart! I did not know Omaha had Natural Foods grocery, I am going there from now on, I hope the food is much fresher than whole foods!!!

I was impressed. This place is huge! They have all the healthy foods a person could imagine. I also enjoyed the hot food areas. I wish the prices were not so high because there are a lot of things I would buy if they were more reasonably priced.

I am a OTR box truck driver. I had a delivery close by this Whole Foods, when I was done with the delivery I drove over to see what kind of parking situation they have. Although Whole Foods doesn’t have truck parking, they were nice enough to let me park here and go inside and purchase some lunch off of the hot bar. I usually grocery at Walmart (east parking) However, today was a treat. There was a place I could park here at along with one other truck. Remember be respectful, please do not litter. Thank you

This place has a lot to offer. If you are looking for a larger sized grocery store based on natural and organic foods, this is a great place to try. Wide selection of about everything you would want to look for and more that you may not think of. The only thing I found a little lacking was their personal effects. Finding antibacterial soap wasn’t going to happen and finding a good selection of deodorant and such was limited. This is probably largely to do with the lack of manufacturers providing such an item to buy. Anyhow, other than that, there is a ton of stuff. Before you leave, you can go to one of the many food bars and pay by the pound to make yourself a really good salad and/or dinner. The selections are good there too. Whole Foods was bought by Amazon back in 2017, so they have an Amazon ship center right in the store, and Prime members get additional benefits and cost savings. Their prices are quite fair for being natural and organic, but you’ll still pay a bit more over the standard discount grocery stores. But if you’re in the market for this type of place, you should at least do a walk through and see what you find. I’m guessing you won’t leave empty handed.

Very pleasantly surprised by this location. Ive observed close to 100 whole foods stores over years of traveling and this one has a fantastic layout, great hot food bar, clean and well represented Wellness section, and many other features that keep it on par with the best WFs out there. One minor suggestion would be to incorporate more of the sushi offerings including brown rice, or no rice options.

Nice, but local products are represented very poorly. Some are placed on the bottom shelf

Great quality unique food items, if you are a prime member there are many additional discounts. There's also a cafeteria where you can sit down and eat some pastry and have some coffee. There is also a salad bar that is really nice. A great place for health conscious people. Specially if you are a prime member.

I like to use the New Dash Carts when I am shopping at Whole foods. They are simple to use and adds a little techy fun to the otherwise lackluster experience. Just sign in to your Whole foods account on your phone and scan the QR code with the cart. Scan your items as you go and exit through the designated lane. It couldn't be simpler.

This store is not a kind or welcoming place. Everybody knows it's expensive, but now I know its not worth the premium expense. I had a package to return to Amazon, so I thought I would drop off the return and then do some shopping. The Amazon customer service said we could drop it off at a Whole Foods store. I waited several minutes at the customer service desk. A worker's handheld device was on and resting in the center of the counter, so I thought perhaps they had stepped away for a minute. On the opposite side of the check out area two workers were joking around, but I wasn't in a rush and decided to wait. Eventually one of the workers turned around took a couple steps towards me, but once he saw I was holding a box, he just yelled across the room, "Amazon's not open until 9." He promptly turned around and returned to the other worker at the one open check out lane. There was no eye contact made. No question if I needed help, and no opportunity for me to respond. I had no idea the Amazon counter hours were different from the store hours. I didn't expect him to magically make the Amazon returns employee appear, but some basic politeness would have made the store more welcoming. I decided I would prefer to get my groceries somewhere else. Since I had half an hour or so to kill, but did not feel comfortable waiting in this store, I ran to Lowe's. There I received an immediate greeting upon stepping into the store, a worker offered help finding an item within a minute, and the person at check out thanked me for coming in as I left. I returned to Whole Foods after 9 and made the return with the Amazon worker who completed the necessary steps with the few required but mumbled statements. Hopefully we can avoid needing any Amazon returns for a while, and I will be sure to enjoy friendlier shopping elsewhere.

Loved this Whole Foods. Not the same water refill I’ve used before but very thankful to have on site. Filled up my 2, gallon jugs and was on my way. Very helpful team, everyone smiled and offered assistance. Would come again. A++++++

Whole Foods is Whole Foods. This location is quite nice and I love that you can get a beer to drink while you shop. I also appreciate the heck out of the Amazon returns drop offs they have now and my wife avails herself of the service all the time. We just hate the prices but it’s what you would expect.

They have THE BEST dark mocha. Only complaints are it’s a little cold inside and it’s often super busy.

Whole foods is amazing for fruits and vegetables. If you are very wealthy it's also great for meats and dairy. If you ate on a budget it can be tougher to shop there.

I’m gonna start off by saying I really love Whole Foods. I get excited every i time I go into the store. And I really appreciate that the ingredients are listed on everything so I know what I’m buying. But the lack of options at this location is disappointing. I am a celiac and can not have gluten. I really wish there were more gluten free options available but they do not seem to carry them here. Specifically gluten and dairy free as it’s really common with people that have celiac to have dairy issues as well. I looked in the bakery and I could find anything, except the poppyseed muffins. That’s the only thing they have. The buffet and the pre-made meals are very lacking as well. I travel for work and it get healthy food I usually go to Whole Foods to maintain a safe diet. I know Whole Foods does offer these options as I’ve been around the country, just wish they offered them here.

If you are interested in organic it is your place to go. Plus they have deals if you are a prime member. They have a great variety of good healthy foods. It is a really nice store.

My husband and I travel for work. We’ve been to Whole Foods all over the country. This is our favorite! Best olive bar EVER.

The store was immaculate. I was there looking for the sparkling mineral water “Topo Chico”. I asked a gentleman who I believe worked in the meat department where I could find the product. Without hesitation, he asked me to follow him. He showed me where the Topo Chico was, as well as where the overflow cases were in case the shelves were empty. He explained the different flavors and sizes the sparkling water has to offer. Really helpful and polite. The coffee bar was phenomenal!! The young lady who assisted me and made my coffee was a true professional. Very courteous and with a great attitude. Early in the morning that’s a huge plus for me. You guys are awesome!! Kudos Whole Foods!!

Nice place to shop for healthy food. About as large as any Hy-vee store and similar side departments as well. Place looked clean inside. They offer pick up and delivery, which is nice if your short on time. The prices are a little more expensive on certain items, but for others they are comparable to Natural Grocers and Trader Joe's. I came away nicely impressed by the store.

I love Whole foods especially because of the Amazon Return Counter, and discounts we get on certain food items. I think the man that works in Produce could’ve been a little more friendly and helpful..! I was Amazed that a person of age didn’t have better Customer Service Experience and Support.., shame on you.! Other than that it’s a very nice store for whatever you want or need.

Our daughter talked me into coming here. I'd kind of soured on WFM in general but hadn't been in a long time. Turns out I was wrong. This is a fabulous grocery store. They have an amazing selection. Store staff is very helpful, too. The introduction of their 365 brand since my last visit has made them surprisingly competitive on the price front, too. Well played, Whole Foods Market. I'm a fan.

Have had a lot of issues with expired food on the shelf including these two packages of moldy cheese. Luckily I noticed before purchasing this time.

Lots of high end products but you will pay a high price for them. Well designed, clean and well stocked. Some products I needed for a special diet were readily available. Self check outs are not wheelchair friendly.

Inside of Whole Foods. Nice while you're shopping, but wouldn't go out of my way to get it. Reminds me of a slightly better Starbucks - the coffee was better, but they wanted to put cinnamon and sugar in my cortado. Lots of espresso drinks, and drip coffee available from Allegro and Whole Foods brand.

Buyer Beware. Lousy customer service. I bought a piece of pizza and didn't notice until across town it was burnt on the bottom. I contacted chat and didn't even get an apology thru chat. Just a bot about culinary service being the upmost. I emailed customer service and not even a coupon or anything for my trouble. No customer retention or care whatsoever. Why I am surprised. Customer service is a declining ability and intention these days. Expected more than that from Whole Foods. They can sell you a burnt piece of pizza and say too bad so sad.

Great selection of fresh produce, seafood and deli items. Many stores I'd shop just the ouside isles. Friendly service and knowledgeable staff. Giving back to the community means a lot. Their baked good and prepared meals are convenient, as well.

I haven’t been to whole foods since the plandemic until yesterday and I am so glad I wasn’t harassed about wearing a mask! I enjoyed shopping and getting some amazing bulletproof coffee. If they ever go back to harassing customer to wear mask I will not return. If your mask works then wear and keep your mouth shut.

It was great to be back at Whole Foods. It had been a while for Co-vid reasons . I found my favorite salad greens and rice and pea crackers and enjoyed all the fresh produce! I am hopeful that on my next visit I will find the Hazelnut milk that I used to buy there. It was scrumptious ! Thank you, Whole Foods!!

This is one of the nicest Whole Foods locations I've ever been to. Good store layout, great service for Amazon returns, friendly staff. Prices come in a bit high, naturally, or I would give 5 stars.
