I asked for a receipt then was denied one by a shift lead, as a paying customer when you spend 20$ & request a receipt you should be given one not blatantly ignored. 6/28 2:55pm

Waited longer for the receipt than the three drinks since the shift lead running the shop was ignoring me because I questioned the price of my drinks :/ over 4 cars piled up behind me while I was patiently waiting for what I thought they knew I needed (the receipt), I had to wave down the other poor girl working who was clearly uncomfortable. Maybe if it weren’t for the interrupting and the window shutting on us, she could’ve heard us ask the first time.

As others have said, getting your receipt is like pulling teeth -- not just with this location, but all Scooters locations. If Scooters wants to be the big dog in town and put their huts on every corner, they need to be willing to OFFER (not just supply when begged) a receipt, napkins and any necessary utensils/condiments with EVERY order. Also where is the trash can at this location? You should have more than a dumpster given there's an outdoor table at which to eat. P.P.S. why is this location not on the Scooters app?

Mackenzie will give you attitude, was supposed to have 50% off and she told us the computer wasn’t working properly, I asked her if she could do it manually and even told her how to do it under management because with how she was talking to me it felt like she didn’t know what she was doing or just lying to me. I use to be a manager at a scooters so I know you can manually do it, She was talking over me while I was asking for my receipt and kept saying how she couldn’t (I assume she wasn’t listening to me because she thought I was clueless or something? Highschool mean girl vibe) she closed the window and I thought she heard me but 10 minutes later and nobody came to give me my receipt, we got someone’s attention inside and was told she’s telling a different story. Not sure what she thought I would do? I was sitting at the window with a line piling up behind me, I felt like she was going to ignore me until I left but I didn’t plan on it. I would appreciate if someone could reach out to me for a refund, I was expecting to spend $10 instead I spent $20, and felt disrespected by Mackenzie. Thankfully her coworker seemed sorry and I could tell she was embarrassed by her actions, she immediately got our receipt and apologized. I will not be returning to this location or any boundless locations, seems like the highschool mean girls got in charge and decided it’s okay to be rude towards costumers.

I placed a mobile order this morning. When I got to the store to pick it up I saw a young man run into the store and then turn the lights on. He said that the opener did not show up. He was very nice and he got my drink out very quickly. He was the only one there, and I work in food also so I understand the struggles of people not showing up and leaving you hanging. I didn’t catch his name but that young man was doing awesome!

I wish scooters had a better way to differentiate between a carmel latte and a carmelicious. I always order a carmel latte and many times I get a carmelicious, it's good but I don't want the extra sugar.

I just went to this location today. The gentleman who took our order was very kind and educated us about the Scooters app and the loyalty program. He also made the absolute best vertigo smoothie I have had so far. Thanks so much!

Very convenient location, the staff here is always super friendly and helpful, and everything on the menu tastes great and is made to order fresh, even the muffins and scones are nice and warm.

Today I ordered two different flavored hot coffees and they were by far the worst I have ever gotten from a Scooters. This is the second time I have ordered from this location. The first time was bad but not this bad. Both coffees were very watered down. I can only conclude that this franchise owner is cutting back on adding ingredients to make more of a profit. I won't go to this location ever again and would not recommend going to it especially since there are two other locations within a couple blocks of it that are much better.

Went to this place August 27th to get two coffees first they overcharged us then made the coffees wrong and almost dropped them out the windows. This lady who worked this morning should be fired

I always stop and have a coffee every morning on my way to work. Today I stopped and got a coffee and I seen they had a waffle sandwitch. It was by far the worst I have ever had. The only waffle sandwitch ever was made by Bob Haney with Heavenly Waffles. You should reach out to them for this

I went to scooters this morning 6:30 in the morning and they were not open this is a 4 time this month but they have not been open when they're supposed to be open

I havent had great luck with getting a good coffee at this location. I voiced that to a worker and requested to have my coffee made right. I pull up to pay and he paid for my coffee apologized for my experience. Made my coffee correct. I went there again and thankfully got him and he has always been very nice and can make the best drinks. Darnell thank you so much because of you I will still go to this location.
