Really good food, helpful, friendly and amazing staff!! We got the Asiago pizza and it was so tasty!!

We stopped in for dinner on a date night. Good food, excellent location. They were not busy. Though there was a bit of a rush while we were there around 7 pm on a Friday. Definitely worth going back to try some of their other sandwiches.

Service was amazing! They are super friendly and are honest about which options to try.(food wise) I think the grilled cheese should probably be taken off the menu. Only because it’s not a grilled cheese but similar to a grilled cheese. Maybe it’s how Nebraska makes grilled cheese🤷🏽‍♀️. Can’t go wrong with pizza and their chips tho!

Very good food. I love the “big tuna”. The best thing though, is that the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We have a puppy, and we took him along with us inside of his carrier bag. The staff at Picklemans didn’t have a problem and allowed us to eat. That was awesome, and I was glad they were so accommodating. Additionally, the location is great, there is usually parking on one side of the street. It will be a fantastic location once the street car gets up and running. Great restaurant! I thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

Food is always fresh and flavorfull. They are sometimes short staffed when we go which is not unique to this business.

Excellent options, good price, nice staff. This stuff tastes really good and is at a great price point and way better than quiznos or subway. Definitely recommend giving these guys a try; my personal favorite is the chipotle chicken with hot oil and olives. They have a bunch of vegetarian friendly options too.

We got 2 sandwiches which were no more than 6 inch each. One bag of chips and 2 fountain drinks and was almost $30 so a bit pricy for what you get.

I really enjoy this location. The staff is friendly, great location. However, the past few weeks I’ve gone it’s incredibly hot in the building. It makes me feel terrible for the staff working in these conditions and I wish that it would be fixed ASAP.

Been ordering from here for a few months, absolutely some of the best sandwiches for the price. Given us free cookies a couple of times now as well, doubt I'll ever go back to Jimmy Johns.

I used to enjoy this picklemans. But the can’t seem to get an order right to save there life. Once is understandable but 3 times in a month shows the clearly don’t care. I would recommend just going to jimmy johns instead.

Excellent! I ordered via the mobile app and was able to customize my sandwich so much more conveniently than in the store. A grilled cheese sandwich with Turkey and avocado added was the perfect thing. It is delicious! So happy I chose this.

Stopped in for lunch with some of my family. They were fairly busy, but we got our food pretty fast and it was hot and tasted good. The tables were slightly dirty, and of the 4 employees standing around could have wiped them off. Would return to this location in the future if I was in the mood for their food.

I love Picklemans. Its only a few steps away from my office and is my go to spot for lunch. From the asiago chicken sandwich, to the pepperoni pizzas and even their garden chop salads, everything is perfect. I always leave satisfied.

The food and service at this location is great but we’ve had now two bad experiences with pick-up orders. Went in to pick up an online order that was supposed to be ready within 10 minutes but it wasn’t ready for thirty minutes. All the while, staff kept fulfilling walk in orders. Please don’t say an order will be ready in a certain timeframe if you cannot stick to it. Earlier this year, I was asked to wait in line to pick up an online order during a busy time. Please don’t make pick-up orders wait in line if it is ready. The food had clearly been sitting on the warming table the entire time. This is the only location I’ve ever really had problems with pick-up.

I get great service from Terianne. She goes above and beyond to make sure I keep coming back. The food is amazing and the service is great. I love getting greeted everytime I walk in.

This is the best Picklemens in all of Omaha. I work in the Area so I come in a lot. All the employees are always friendly and the manager is very helpful.

My cousin order today through a delivery service from her home andsand iaI decided to also. She orderd chicken asiago sandwich for me INSTEAD of a turkey and bacon sandwich. I realized this afteri bit the sandwich and wondered why there was no tomato lettuce cheese or SAUCE for that matter and saw its just chicken and cheese baked together and dry. YES ITS MY FAULT for not double checking with my cousin doing the order. So I call the Farnam street location to explain and ask for the right sandwich and I'll give back the wrong sandwich. The manager a guy said, "no we can't replace it bc if u ordered through a delivery service it's not our fault." I literally know it's not ur fault but u should accommodate me esp being it's my first time ordering it eating there (but that doesn't matter). I literally am a shift manager at a restaurant and we would replace period.

They have great customer service. I have never been in there where I wasn't greeted warmly and with a smile and continued to have that same type of interaction with each of the employees.

I'm a little bit mad I didn't try Pickleman's sooner because it's that good. I had the #2 and it is the greatest ham sandwich I have ever had! I don't think I could make a better one at home, I will no longer be eating Jimmy John's, Subway, Little Kings, and etc. Pickleman's beats all of them combined hands down. The staff is really polite and friendly as well.
