    If you prepare food at Panera, do you think people aren't going to look how the ingredients look in their sandwich? Please don't add black avocado to a sandwich thinking that it's out of sight out of mind. Would you have added black avocado to a salad? Will have trust issues with anything avocado.

    Pickup tonight was awful. No one at the counter, as if being ignored. Not overly polite when they did show. Ordered Green Goddess and a pick 2. Pick 2 was ordered “chick sal sand and BOWL of CHICK & WILD RICE”. Received CUP of CHICK NOODLE with two noodles and 2 pieces chicken LITERALLY. Sandwich wasn’t even a small scoop of chicken salad, bread was VERY TOUGH. Tried to call in FIVE TIMES. NO ANSWER. Never going back. Not the first time Panera made mistakes. Especially this location. Now out the $ of the order. Pathetic treatment of customers.

    I went to this location for lunch. I wanted a bowl of soup and open it and it’s not completely filled to the top and it’s all broth. Panera you have to do better. Geez. The quality of the food doesn’t match the cost. A bowl of soup is almost $10 and this doesn’t make sense when you don’t give an entire bowl of soup.

    This specific location is the absolute worst Panera that I have ever been to. My mom & I went in for an early dinner when there was 1 table in the restaurant & they looked like they had a full staff. My mom ordered one of their bowls & I ordered a sandwich. It took almost 20 minutes to get our food & when we did get it the bowl was cold because it had been sitting out for like 10 minutes because they made the hot bowl first instead of the cold sandwich l. Not to mention the fact that it was being run by a bunch of teenagers & nobody seemed to be in charge. They were just standing around chatting & texting instead of helping us when we asked to remake the bowl. The serving sizes were also a lot smaller than they used to be & the staff had bad attitudes. My mom & I asked for our money back & we went elsewhere. I am done with Panera especially this location.

    The food here is almost always soo good except they never get the Mediterranean bowls right. If they are missing any ingredients which is alwayss. They end up putting whatever in the bowl or nothing, and you most likely end up with rice, tomatoes, greek yogurt, and feta cheese

    We did the You Pick 2 and had the Broccoli Cheese Soup and the SW Chicken Melt. Both were phenomenal. The sauce on the sandwich is so good. The baguettes are good as always. We used a birthday coupon and got a free pastry! Very happy with our lunch here.

    The cinnamon crunch bagel is easily one of my favorites, cream cheese is extra but definitely worth the price. The sip club they have is also a very good deal, so I recommend giving that a try. Also being able to order ahead comes handy.

    Fresh, quality, fairly healthy food. The Fuji apple salad with chicken is one of the best salads anywhere. The half portion is an adequate size and the chicken is tasty. The dressing is very good and complements the salad. One plus of Panera is the easy modification if ordering through the kiosk. I substitute the Gorgonzola for fresh mozzarella at a slight up-charge and add spinach, olives, and cucumbers for free. The chicken and wild rice soup is also fantastic. It has a fresh, homemade taste. It is one of my favorite soups anywhere and I am generally not a cream based soup fan. The service can be poor to slow at times as the kiosks are not always operational and the promised food times are usually 5-10 minutes behind. The place is fairly clean and the staff putting out the orders is generally friendly and polite. This is one of the best and few healthy food options in Omaha.

    I picked up a catering order from Jeremy and he was fantastic. Had everything ready, had me grab a coffee, and brought it out to my car. Nicest guy and a pleasure to chat with. 100% recommend!

    This is the WORST Panera I have ever been to. We waited in line for over 45 minutes for our order. As we were sitting at the window, the person in the drive thru came up and asked if we had a different order, even though we had not received our food or moved at all. No explanation, apology, or anything. The customer service was horrible, and the order was also wrong. Very disappointed, as this is not the first time this has happened.

    There were a few snafus today... first of all the website says it closes at 8 and it's really 9. We placed our order from home and it looked as though it hadn't been placed so I hit "place order" again. Still didn't get confirmation that the order had been placed and I panicked that it may have been double placed and immediately called. The recording said if it was between 6 and 7 theymight take a while to answer (it was well after 7). No answer. I called back two more times, no answer. We had pulled up by this time and went in and they had not received our order. I showed Ethan that I had indeed ordered on my phone and that I had tried to call 3 times. They gave us our $40 order for nothing. That was so nice of them. We love Panera!!

    We stop by a few times a week for a coffee and an occasional bagel. The quality is always good. The staff is very friendly and they do a good job keeping the place neat and clean. We are usually in and out pretty quick.

    Love this place! Not as many people know they are there because they don't have a big sign up but they are right up off 120th and Dodge past Menards next to the chicken place. Getting the soups all ready got the great sandwiches great breads great coffees and teas and of course great bakery items. 🤭😁 I got a free dessert and tea but I wasn't there to eat that day was there to talk to the manager who was nice and very competent. He's done a lot of work to get that place up to what it should be for Panera standards

    I was there yesterday, Oct 12, 2022. I ordered a small Mac n’ cheese, which I have always loved! When I opened it up about 10 minutes later it was more like an orange water with not many noodles. It was NOT what I was used to and didn’t have time to go back. I can’t believe anyone would serve something like that. I would rather have been told they didn’t have any and ordered something else. I won’t be going to this location again!

    Quality assurance fell of the wagon for this one. How did they think this was ok to serve? Mmmm rotten avocados, what everyone wants to pay for. I will not ever go back to Panera. They used to be really on top of everything but their food has gone downhill. If I can't trust someone to not blatantly serve me rotten food, how do I even trust they wash their hands before making food. Someone should also tell the gal bringing food out to the car (we were told to pull forward to a designated spot) that one should remove their gloves. What sense does it make to touch every door handle with gloves on then make the next order. They're called FOOD HANDLING gloves, not gloves to open the door with. If I wanted all the germs from the door handle, I'd just lick it. I don't expect it on my food transfered from the gloves. Yet another reason why I won't ever return to a Panera. Just disgusting. Maybe I'm expecting too much...

    The food is always amazing. The staff, however, is incredibly slow and has no personality. For a morning breakfast before work, you could be waiting 15+ minutes for something as simple as a bagel. Today I got there at 7:10 ordered and waiting in the drive thru with only one car ahead of me. I did not receive my food til 7:25, again just for a bagel with cream cheese. The cashier didn’t seem to care. Didn’t speak to me at all. No “Good Morning! How are you” just put her hand out for my payment. Staff here needs some serious work.

    Excellent bagels, pastries, soups, salads and sandwiches. I really like their online ordering through their easy to use app which allows you to order ahead and just stop by to pick up and avoid any lines. Recommend signing up for their rewards to score free food and drinks.

    Got asked if I was a rewards member and said yes but they never took my number when I insisted, asked for my salad with extra sauces then get acknowledged as if they added them in the bag to come home and see one sauce.

    I joined the unlimited sip club . So get as many drinks for $10.99 a month July & August got charged lemonade drinks 3- 4 days a week & coffee on the weekend. Over $110 if if I woukd have paid for each drink. Plus love the soups,salads & best MacN Cheese. Today had a Tuna sandwich pick up a lemonade & sandwich 🥪 to take for supper to UPS for my 10.hour shift. Less tha $10

    Portions are down while prices are up. Drive thru forgot to include chicken on salads and had to return for that. Take out containers much smaller than portion in the restaurant! What a disappointment!

    I come through daily and usually everything is fantastic but today was a rough experience. The lady at the window rang in cookies instead of bagels and then couldn't find my sip club account after repeating it back to me exactly twice.     What happened to the Panera we once enjoyed? We ordered the Pick 2. A steak and cheese sandwich and a turkey and cheese with the Corn Chowder soup. The sandwiches were very tiny and not very good, the soup (which I used to love) was tasteless and watered down. The bill was $27.00!!! What a disappointment. We will not return.

    I love the roasted chicken fontega, and the oatmeal raisin and berries cookie I got for 1/2 price was 1 of the best oatmeal cookies I've ever tasted. Kudos to these restaurants for having such healthy, creative, and delicious menu options.

    They need to have a shut off on the online ordering. They took too many orders and then we’re running 30-40 mins behind on all the online orders. I ended up having to call the Panera customer service line to cancel the order because I was not going to get my food before the end of my lunch break, mind you I have an hour lunch break and placed the order ahead of time on the app. Not one staff member communicated the delay or any updates.

    Pretty bad overall. Ordered chicken soup and they gave me chicken broth, maybe 2 noodles. My wife and daughters sandwich came with no chicken. They were out of EVERYTHING. Had to go back and ask for our tomato soup. Very disappointed.

    We enjoyed our food (thai chicken salad, steak sandwich, & broc cheddar soup), tasted great and was nice quality! However we were disappointed by the service we received. We sat in the drive through, with no cars in front of us, for atleast 10 mins. The staff appeared to be confused and mixing up orders from customers behind us.

    I have called this store four or five times, attempting to get the missing $20+ Or 3 of the 5 missing items on my delivery order that was placed direct through Panera’s website. No one has answered and the calls disconnect. You need to answer your phone to resolve customer issues.

    It was great to sit outside and enjoy an early lunch and read a little. The only thing that was missing was smart customers. On the door it states you must wear a mask when inside. So many people just walked in and ignored it. This is so sad. People just don't care. They will when they or someone they love is on a ventilator.😔

    I was so excited when this new location opened up! It's super nice and has a great layout, and I love that it has a drive thru also. I almost always get the fuji apple chicken salad and it never disappoints. Perfect lunch spot

    Extremely slow drive through. They're regularly out of key ingredients. The coffee subscription is a joke. About 30% of the time, the employees tell me that I don't have a subscription and I'm unable to get anything. In June, I was allowed to order tea using the subscription, but Panera changed the rules with no notice, and starting in July I've not been allowed to order tea.

    Updated review: I really want to keep going to Panera but I just can't anymore. The last 5 times we've gone there they've gotten the order wrong. We are a family of 5 and inevitably 3 of the 5 are always wrong. We drop more than $60 each visit but never get what we order and I'm just not going to disassemble 5 entrees at the window and hold everyone up while I negotiate with the staff over what we ordered. Really disappointing. Original review: Very clean, fast and delicious healthy food. Always polite and great COVID protocols.

    How do I rate zero stars???? Panera is one of the most expensive places to eat and the most consistent at horribly prepared food and service times!!!!! This was supposed to be a grilled cheese! Terrible that this would be served!!!!!!!!!! This was a last attempt at letting them keep our business. On top of everything else, I have not once had anyone pick up the phone there, regardless the time of day. These are The outside and the inside pics!
