    The worst Company on the face of this earth has the audacity to put an AI robot in the drive-through that can’t get anything right, just another step in their history of Devaluing the human effort in the work. This step above dog food food service company should be eliminated the only reason people eat here is because the land of opportunity has now become the land of no freedom of choice the middle class and impoverished are forced to use services like this.

    The new robot who takes your order sucks! They get it wrong everytime and when I try to correct it the machine doesn't know how to fix it and I have to wait for an employee.

    I asked for a #2 and he rung it up as a sandwich and drink with no hashbrown, which was also more expensive, I asked the manager and she rolled her eyes and said, here...ill just give it to you for free, like she was doing me a favor

    Everytime I use drive thru only, that's because I'm always on the go! My order is always correct and fresh. The last time I ordered a large fry and it had to be straight from the fryer! That fry stayed hot till I got home. Unbelievable. I chose this as my new hot spot.

    This is easily my go-to McDonalds for this area of town. Always pretty quick to get through and has made no errors with my orders and I've been coming here for the last couple years now. Staff have always been nice too!

    Don’t get me wrong, McDonalds always messes up orders and it’s fine. But this is twice where I ordered a burger, fries, and drink and there’s no burger in the bag! How do you forget the burger??

    Can't give it a zero because the the staff that I had contact with were great. The support staff just can't seem to get the order right. Avoid if you want your order correct.

    The people who were at the paying window and the food out window at 2:39 6/20/23 we need more people like them in the world, absolutely phenomenal 👏 after finding out my youngest daughter who's 2, needs eye surgery in 3 weeks we decided to stop here for a bite to eat and them two people gave me a whole bunch of laughs about the butter 🤣 loved the food and loved the people here!

    Why do i get asked to pull around for a large sprite??? Also what is the point of using mobile order and having a drive thru option if im going to be asked to pull around every single time even if theres no customers behind me. Not a convince at all.

    Visited a couple times while in town this week. The staff I've dealt with are all great. The food has been great. The drive thru computer is ... meh ... the confusing part is the display screen isnt on so you never knoe of the computer got your order right. Seems like the staff have to become involved more than the owner wants them too. I like the system. Needs to be dialed in. This is a good McDonalds.

    Traffic was crazy, & I needed a bathroom anyway, so I stopped here. Because I have a personal rule to buy something (as a 'Thank you'), I got 2 apple pies. The young guy that helped me was incredibly polite & helpful (2-pack vs. 2 separate pies saved $).

    Past through just to get a coffee on a cold night & was give a cold coffee through drive-thru. I went back and an older lady corrected the inconvenience. The 2 other younger employees hide behind a wooden wall.

    I always order through the mobile app but when I go through the drive through to pick my order up I’m always asked to park in a parking spot to wait for my food. I do not like this because a lot of times I’m grabbing food during my lunch break and do not have time to wait until someone bring it to the car that’s why I preorder. I did it the first couple of times and then I start refusing and as soon as I say no I’ll wait right here, they hand me my food. Like what was the point of asking me to park if my order is ready. Smh, it’s really starting to annoy me. And then some of them get an attitude because I don’t want to go park.

    My experience here was horrible. Took a couple minutes for anyone even to acknowledge me for my order which initially didn't bother me. However when I pulled up to the first window to get my receipt the cashier WAS WATCHING VIDEOS ON HER PHONE!! She made me wait for at least two minutes before she even came to the window. And then she never even said thank you or anything. I have never been more ticked off. This location is right by my work and I liked to stop there and grab some food and a drink on my way home after a long day. However after this experience I will drive somewhere I can get better service!

    Terrible!! customer service today from a employee named Scott working the drive thru talked to the manager John he seemed to have an attitude and be upset that I had 2 payment methods and was upset about it, I would advise the manager john that i spoke with to maybe keep the employees with bad customer service in the back cooking not taking orders.

    The food was ok, but the service was horrible. Literally 12 minutes on fries, because apparently they wanted to keep all the curbside and parked orders until they could bring all them out at once, instead of when the orders were ready. And then the guy didn't even stop walking. Just shoved my bag in my window without any clue of if I even had a hold of the bag. Customer service training is definitely not a priority at any McDonald's location.

    Went through the drive through and the man asked if I was using mobile app and never came back to take my order. Literally multiple cars went through the drive through next to us and they never came back. I will never go to this McDonalds again.

    Yesterday wasn't a good service point for this location. At first, the guy over the mic couldn't hear me because he had his coworkers laughing and talking loudly around him. I had to repeat several times, and then he couldn't show the order on the screen and told me to just come to the window. Went to the window, and then he repeated my order super fast that I had to ask him to slow down. Then the girl at the pick-up window was like, "What you got?" In a tone that was not pleasant. She then proceeded to shove my order practically through my car window. My food was mangled in the greasy bag. The happy meals were still open, and my coke had no ice. I was taken back since I'm usually pleased with the service here. The cheeseburgers were stuck to the wrapping and still had the items I asked to not have on it (mustard and pickles) in them. I'm all the way disappointed and will not be coming back to this location. The one on 72nd and Blondo has the best fries and the best service.

    Went to get a shake, sundae, and McFlurry at ~8:15pm. They all tasted like chemicals!! Took one bite, of each as they were for different people, and threw them all away! They could have at least said there wasn’t any ice cream, like they usually do.

    The bun to my burger was hard and stale and you could tell it had been under the warmer or reheated several times or whatever they do it's a good thing their fries are good and that the only reason I go through the drive through at McyDs is for their McFlurries mmmm mmmm so good.

    I went through the drive-thru last night and the person that helped us was very nice and very helpful however the food is absolutely horrific every time I get a hamburger or cheeseburger there the bun is like cardboard I asked for no onions I got nothing on my cheeseburger but cheese and the only thing I really go there for are coffee drinks and ice cream and those are both really good

    Whatever robot they were using for ordering drive-through was incapable of understanding that I wanted a cup of water. It also kept trying to add meals I didn’t even say. I had to fix my order at the window. Frustrating and inconvenient.

    I came on a night when there were very few people in the kitchen and they had to operate inside only because their drive thru was broken. I still got my food really quickly and it was fresh and delicious. This McDonalds never does me wrong. Thanks to the 114th and Dodge McDonalds staff!

    This is for the person who was complaining about a half slice of cheese on her fish sandwich. That's always been how much cheese they put on the fish sandwiches. When I worked for McD's in the 1990s, that's how the fish sandwiches came. You have to ask for extra cheese (and probably get charged for it).

    Waited 15 mins on a large ice coffee. The line was not moving and completely backed up. Got my ice coffee and it was a small. Went inside to see employees tripping over each other with no one to lead them. Manager was standing around laughing with another employee. If I could give no stars I would. Even a 1 star is to good for them.

    Wanted to pay for an officer that was behind me. The manager was rude and would not allow that to happen. Highly disappointed as this location has been one I have gone to quite a bit. The worker that was in the window was very sweet and apologized for his managers response. If this is going to be the way management is going to deal with customers wanting to pay for men and women as police I may have to stop spending my money there and at all locations

    The staff was friendly but what most impressed was that the food was freshly made and piping hot. This McDonald’s needs to run a training course for every other McDonald’s in the country on how to cook their food. Usually the hash browns and burritos are old and luke warm at best but not at this one! I almost had to wait to eat the burritos because they were so fresh and hot. Kudos to you guys 😉

    You don’t know how to put a lid on the drinks. Went to pick them up and the whole drink spilled all over the car and my pants. 😡 and the food was cold and gross. Won’t eat at that McDonalds again.
