Look i been coming here for years and order on mobil order all the times i dont get mad if they mess up my order time to time but man this the last straw fr what is this😭😭😭

One staff member was very unprofessional and rude me and my family was sitting in play area eat are dinner and he cane in "yo you need to get out its closed" no closed sign anywhere was unlocked very rude skinny light skinned kid with a afro

Everyone that was working seemed like they hated their lives. Also when someone calls you pretty I feel like you’re supposed to accept the compliment, you’re not supposed to give them the dirtiest look and then close window and continue to stare in their car. I would take the time to hire some new employees!!

Had coffee with a Cop this morning. Met some of Omaha's finest Police men and women. Enjoyed the conversations and free coffee. Great start to the morning.

I had a good experience there at McDonald's this morning customer service was great one in particular employee caught my eye she was the only one who paid attention to the customers at the registers and acknowledge those guests, drive-thru was busy, in conclusion good job on her part to keep those guests at the register they will be serviced

Very disorganized and countless crew members walking around not even acknowledging customers. One crew member was sweeping the floor and that was great because it was piled up everywhere. They were out of two condiments that I asked for. Not impressed but unfortunately seems to be the standard operating procedure for most McDonald's.

Worse service said ever! Only came here as my child wanted to play in the play place area. However order was entire wrong! My child likes ketchup. Her sandwich stated no ketchup when said only ketchup! Order accuracy definitely there today o worked for McDonald's over 5 years ago as a crew trainer. Order accuracy is key!! Then when told them that the order was wrong. Tried to charge me more then what already paid. Pathetic and will not patron a McDonald's ever again. I would have better luck at a burger king then McDonald's any day!!

This place is a joke , we stood in line for 5 mins with not a single person willing to take our order , so we had to do it ourselves and then took another 5 mins to give them the order and put it in and made it to go even though we where dinning in to play on the play ground it gets better they didn't have everything on the order and never told us . We were in the play room, and they never brought the food to us. They just called the number and left it sitting on the counter to get cold . When I went up to find out what was taking so long, the manager seemed to careless they did t have the ordered items , the food was cold . We got our money back and went somewhere else. Never again will I take my kids to a McDonald's. WE ARE DONE WITH THIS NASTY COMPANY ALL TOGETHER.

I purchased a big Mac meal and got a filet of fish for $1, I am glad that fish was just a dollar. When did the fish sandwich shrink to a slider? I can not believe this is $5 and some change 🤷🏽‍♀️. What a rip off, I will not pay regular price for a slider. Very disappointed 😞

I came to the drive threw literally waited for 30 mins took my order didnt even repeat back my order and then to get pulled over and wait even longer for my food I order 2 #4a add mayo and got dr.pepper and coke literally awful I didn't have time to bring the order back and they literally refuse to replace my food idk how you can run a business like this I called and spoke with the manager Elver corprate needs to step in and step up there literally running this place into the ground I have been coming here since I was 10 years old and never in my life had an experience like this never again

Fries were old even after ordering no salt and waited over 20 min for food. Ordered for here but got it in a Togo bag, when I asked for a tray he put the Togo bag on a tray. I ordered a 7-8 dollar coffee but they said their machine was down an gave me a 4 dollar coffee to "make up for it." I don't recommend coming here especially if you're trying to hurry and eat and leave cause you'll be there a while just for old food and bad service.

Had a mobile order for two meals. Paid extra for a vanilla shake and paid an extra $2.50 for it. Get to the window, sorry the shake machine is being cleaned. Cleaning the shake machine at noon on a week day. Either really bad planning or they were lying. Just offered me a different drink with no mention of compensation for the price difference. Terrible service.

You know, I just don't understand why I always have to sit at the second window in the D-thru, when all I order is a sweet tea! They always make me wait as if I wasted their time. Sorry I love your sweet tea and every chance I can I pull in and get one. Maybe, someday, someone else will perfect sweet tea

This McDonalds is a hit or miss for me lately. Perhaps it's because of covid or maybe new employees but it always seems like I get a wrong order more often than not especially during non busy hours. Be warn but be strict on them if they mess with your order

The new automated systems wouldn't take my order properly and then neither did the person at the pay window. When I got my order the fries were cold and hard so I'd recommend ordering fries with no salt so they have to make them fresh. They were also very hostile when I tried to resolve the issue shoving the bag in my fave and saying oh well to late now.

Very good I just wish that they stayed open later , Usually there’s at least one McDonald’s in the area that’s open 24 hours but lately since Cove 19 hit everywhere McDonald’s are closing and shutting down there 24 hour policy, I absolutely hate it same thing with Walmart and lots of other gas stations and grocery stores. They close all way too early when I feel like it’s about time you guys can open back up to regular scheduling. The McDonald’s quality here is about as good as any other McDonald’s when you’re really hungry, everything else I’ve had besides the regular items like it has been fine too, would definitely recommend this place for anyone in the area if they needed a quick fix for food.

Cheap food at this location - excellent. This place is absolutely one of my favorites. There was fast and courteous service. The bill was fair for the quality of food. Makes me feel like I am back in Tucson.

Great service. Inside it's always clean and the employees are always nice and polite. The drive thru is always busy but the line goes very fast. Thanks to everyone for their hard work!!!

It was great how does the fact that the person taking my order the female said I couldn't have two offers on the cheeseburger double and Fries it's three hours perhaps they ought to read their own app especially if they're dealing with the customer other than that food was good thank you McDonald's

Horrible customer service! They don’t even great or anything! Got a happy meal for my son and we chose chicken nuggets ( but we didn’t get that) only got toys and fries…. When I went inside to ask for the manager the girl cashier (was calling for he’s kid) I guess she had taken his son to work… Same no customer service… Never coming to this McDonald’s ever again!!! Don’t recommend.

By far the filthiest McDonalds I have been too. 42nd is bad but this place is worse. The trash was over flowing and falling out the bins the fountain station was disgusting. The floors were a mess. None of the tables were clean and they had no ketchup cups and ppl made a mess every where with it. And the young man that helped us was very rude and had a bad attitude.

Very disappointed. Went all the way in because someone on the phone told me they would have a coupon available in store. apparently not. It’s a billion dollar company you can’t honor coupons or what you say to customers on the phone? Makes me sad to see McDonald’s take advantage of people like that. She probably told me that just so I would go there and order anyways. Not cool!

Your robot can go to hell. Anyways, I was at the pay window and got the help I needed from your employee named Ryan. He repeated my order 3 separate times because there were still some slight changes to be made, listened, and he got me cashed out really quickly while still showing great customer service. I definitely will be back!

Seems so unhappy inside, and the new automated ordering system threw me off; but I will say that the new system gets me the correct sauces and amount of them. Unlike the human aspect of things. 2 ketchup packets for a 10 piece!? Cmon!!

I got off work late tonight and went to mcdonalds for an easy supper and asked for 2 mcdoubles, no onions. Well I get clear back to my house and the mcdoubles had onions on them. I bring back and took my frustration out on the guy at the food window saying how I had to come all the way back here from my house. He explained to me that he wasn't bagging the food tonight and the person that was was inexperienced and still training and apologized. He took my mcdoubles and receipt and then gave me my 2 mcdoubles, no onion. It wasn't till I got back that I noticed he put a medium fry in there for my troubles. Excellent customer service from mcdonalds fs!!

Foods okay for a McDonald's. Service is above average for the location's inherent stereotypes. The biggest drawback is the neighborhood and parking lot design. Ok place to eat if you're hungry

i usually only come here for breakfast or lunch, but i've never had food that isn't hot and fresh here. drive thru can take a bit sometimes but isn't worth avoiding this location over. service is usually fast and friendly.

This McDonald's is awful. It takes at least 15 minutes, if not longer, to get your food. Every time I have eaten here, they have messed up my order or completely forgotten to make it. They purposely ignore the register, forcing people to use the kiosks even though not everyone wants to or can. Their beverage machine in the restaurant is broken as well. I don't know why I came here. Every time I come, they get something wrong or something is missing. This place is a disorganized mess.

Workers don't know what they're doing... Had an issue using a code through the app in the drive thru and had to argue with the lady about it and had a manager fix it. Then the girl at the pick up window wanted to have an attitude with me when I asked to have my iced coffee remade because it was ALL creamer. She got an attitude and said "pull up then" and I told her she didn't have to have an attitude with me and she persisted in arguing with me. I was so fed up by that point that I threw the coffee away because it looked the exact same way the last one looked. If you work in customer service jobs, BE FRIENDLY. It's a part of your job!

My grandson loves McDonald's. I honestly think he could eat here everyday. All 3 meals. The last McDonald's I went to was in Omaha. We were there for one of his baseball tournaments. He didn't want the free breakfast at the hotel. So....

Waited forever....was told the food was being made. When we got to the next window one lady told us that the order didn't come through for the second time for a group of people. She wouldn't take the doordash order from me and make it. I was upset cuz I waited & waited & waited just to get turned down. Disappointed...to bad I couldn't rate their service below 0. Only happened at one of the McDonald's I picked up orders from.

Lines always long at drive thru & food has been tasting really awful. Don't know what happened McDonald's but you used to have the best fries but either old grease or something but y'all need to get it together.....

Over time I have learned to be more understanding of busy restaurants especially during the pandemic. Tonight is my exception. Ordered my family's meal. Got sent to the bullpen to wait for said meal. After patiently waiting for 20 minutes.... No food. Decided I'd call the restaurant to see if they forgot about me. Perpetual busy signal. Drove back to the ordering speaker. I was told that a manager would be at window #1 to fix my problem. She finally showed up to tell me that I needed to go back to the bullpen they'd be there waiting for me. Not so much. 3 more minutes and then they delivered my family's meal. We parked the vehicle and attempted to eat supper. Food was very cold and inedible. Searched for nearest trash can. I usually don't whine like this but maybe policy could hold a car or 2 in the line so that they can catch up. It's really easy to take the order..... But if you can't fulfill it well... Trash can it goes. Might be a rare instance but it is my experience tonight. Wasted a lot of time and $20 of hard earned money.

It's a McDonald's. There really isn't much more to say rolled up ordered quickly as always rolled up to the counter paid as always. What's up for about 20 seconds got my food drove away as always. order was accurate same level of warm that you would expect from any fast food. my only complaint was the line was long but the line was moving fast so didn't really matter.

Love being able to get food at 3 am when were out plowing snow at this time of the morning!

Bad order taker has a difficult time understanding ENGLISH. Last 2 Sundays our order was incorrect.

Would love to no the name of the manager who chooses to hang up on customer call because they argued the fact that I didn’t order a shake for 20 min n had no record of a shake being order till they found the Receipt they choose not to give me and threw away!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not a huge fan of McDonald's because they have blatantly low-quality food. I think their fries are way overpriced in relation to the rest of their menu. That said, it does what you expect it to do.

Disappointed in their meals because they're not is thick as they used to be they are smaller they used to B figure then your palm and currently are smaller than my palm

I don't eat here because I only eat healthy food but I did come though drive-thru to get breakfast for my son. It was a nightmare. It took a half an hour. They need an employee outside directing the lanes because the people who go through the outside lane won't let the people from the inside lane into the line to get to the window and pay.

Their shake machine was actually operational.

Unorganized, always have to pull over to the side to wait for my order.

Really bad experience here on a Sunday afternoon. Took us 25 to get our food through the drive through. Wanted 2 double PLAIN hamburgers with 2 additional patties per hamburger with fries and two vanilla shakes and a sprite. The person taking our order had a really hard time taking the order and putting it into the system. After we repeatedly told him what we wanted he finally got it in the system. Pulling up to the window the gal told us the that they were out of sprite. So we said we wanted a refund for that part of the meal. She comes back 30 seconds later with a sprite. Weird right? We get the food and inspect it to find out that the patties they gave us were covered in onions so we ask for different ones. The second container they gave us also had onions all over it. Finally the third had no onions. Do not recommend.

Came in last night 1/24/24 as I’m pregnant to get strawberry cream pies called before hand to make sure they had some got told they did get to McDonald’s they didn’t had to wait the 12min yeah they was fresh come in again tonight same thing and it seems as if they don’t be cooking enough and there response is that they don’t want them getting cold as if they aren’t kept in a warmer and I’m sure a lot of people get the cream pies this location always is messing up orders no matter what it is small, medium, large
