    Very bad service. The manager yelled at me to like I did something wrong by wanting my food prepared correctly.

    I've been here twice I think. The first time we ordered a plain chicken sandwich. When opening the packaging it was a bun only. No chicken. So I guess it was a plain chicken sandwich. We tried it again tonight. Never again. I ordered the two cheeseburger combo. With no pickle or onion. One of them came correct the other came with onion. So my husband took the cheeseburger back to the counter and said can we please have one with no pickle no onion. They handed him a new cheeseburger and he came back to the table. We opened it up there was onion and pickle. he took it up again. And demanded they make a fresh cheeseburger with no pickle no onion. You'd think that five teenagers standing around at the counter could maybe make sure the order came out correctly. Also, they forgot the apple slices we had ordered. The buns are over done.. they're hard and dark brown. This has to be the worst McDonald's in the Omaha metro area.

    Food was very floppy made. Did not even get drink container before lady walked away after delivering the food to the table. Ketchup was FERMENTED and other container empty. Worst experience I have ever had with McDonald's. Guess they do not care anymore. I'm avoiding this location in the future and rethinking on ever eating McDonald's again.

    Dear night crew manager! As you can see you messed up my order twice! Then had the audacity to get an attitude with me like i wasted your time when i had to drive back up there, wait in that long line, GAVE YOU THE RECEIPT WITH THE RIGHT ORDER, then waited for you to bring me this and argue with my wife on the phone cause you messed up again! So heres your proof that this aint order #49 june 29th sir!

    AVOID!!! Halfway through the food & found a big dead bug!!! Called, person hung up the phone. Pulled up and they offered new fries- & the workers want to be disrespectful. Like my bf didn’t just throw up after eating bug infested fries! Not to mention I had gotten food posioning from this place 6 months ago & this is what i get for trying again DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION DIRTY AF! I will be reporting to the health department too.

    I drove thru hoping for breakfast, but it was 10:30am & they'd already changed over to lunch. so I ordered 2 QPwC meals. got up to pay window & found they were taking cash only in drive thru. told to park & come inside, where my card worked fine. one of them could have walked 10 feet to front to run my card. they were only speaking Spanish & very rude. I won't be going there again.

    Prices seem to keep going up, but otherwise, I don't have really anything to complain about. Food was hot, and service was friendly and fast. A little more expensive than I would like to pay, but what isn't these days! Since my original review, I've been back, and still great service, and hard working employees!

    Awful. They didn't put my kids meal or jalapeño burger meal in the bag. And the manager she didn't care. And I'm the one in the wrong for asking for my right items. And uber doesn't refund so im out 20 dollars. I'll never use McDonald's again. If this is how it's ran

    Had to wait for food fries cold missing 2nd order of fries Mcnuggets cold guess the wait time was so food could be cold how they stay in business I don't know.

    If I can give less stars; I will definitely would. unfortunately I'm not going to waste my time explaining here what bad experience happened to me. The only thing I will do is unmasked this person which I don't think she's capable of running this place with or without pressure. She does not know how grateful is to have a job and knowing that with our money, she gets paid. She's a very good example of I don't care worker and hopefully everyone sees her and be careful with her attitude. There are more people in there with lower positions capable of doing her job, persons with manors & respectful. Hopefully management & corporate do something because this location attracts lots of customers from different states because of the zoo, and we don't want our tourists to see this type of disgusting attitude comming from her again.

    We detoured off the walking trail for a quick snack. Ordering via the McDonald's application ensured the food was queued up and ready when we got there. Everything worked as it should have worked, so all good there. The food seemed hastily thrown together, but not a huge surprise there. The restrooms unfortunately were a small disaster with gum, hair and toilet paper in the sink as well as solid human waste caked onto the sides of the toilet.

    Me and a coworker order through the app on our own phones, drive thru couldn't find my order even though manager told me to go through the drive thru. Went inside the manager (who already had a attitude and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about) argued saying I didn't pay when I showed her i did she then said she was saying something completely different. Then kept arguing saying both phones have to be there and had a huge attitude even though I've ordered like this multiple times from the same location. Said she would do it this one time but never again. Food was already prepared so they had both orders even though she said they didnt. Horrible customer service skills, staff has no clue why they are doing, food was alright at best. I'll just stick to taco bell right next door and avoid this location.

    Staff is friendly but the manager at this location is rude and needs to work on his customer service skills. I think the only McDonald’s in the area with decent service is the location off of hwy 75 and Cornhusker.

    3.79 for a smaller than ever sausage mcgriddle, no egg or cheese. Must have forgot this is mcds not a real restaurant? Try harder or make food worth your cost.

    This place should be put out of business. I made my order for 4 people, 2 kids meals, one meal off the menu and a couple Ala Cart for the fourth person and 2 mcflurries. Nothing hard, surprising, ridiculous or challenging for whatever high school drop outs that apparently run that location. They were on point to take my money from me but as soon as it was time for this location to provide goods and services, no one there cared one bit. Gave me half my food then pulled me forward. Waited for 20 minutes when they came out with the mcflurries. They forgot the rest of my order. I told them this was unacceptable get it right and I wanted the manager to bring it back out. Over 10 min waiting again and the manager is too cowardice to face a customer with half the food old and cold, melted ice cream and now no recipe because your staff wouldn't bring it back out. I was home before I even realized they forgot my kids chocolate milks! I will be actively against this location.

    McDonald's customer service people are very nice and friendly place was pretty clean they have a lot of parking. It's nice they have indoor seating Taco Bell was closed next door to McDonald's on 42nd Street because they didn't have enough staffing so I'm so happy McDonald's was open.

    I put 5 stars on this review. Because apparently nobody has to count when it comes to McDonald's. I ordered four mcdonald's tell me why one of my burgers is missing a patty. Maybe McDonald's needs raise their standards and the people they hire after sitting at the window for well over a minute. Watching that Girl who is supposed to take my credit card Sit there and flirt with your co-worker and not even acknowledge. I was there. I finally get my food and i'm missing food so yeah.

    Same old nasty food. Sandwiches are getting smaller. Fries like sticks. Meat should be called a hamburger spread. Coffee is the only thing good, if you don't get burned. Nothing good to say.

    How is it acceptable to charge $0.60 for a tomato slightly bigger than a quarter? Ntm how is it that McDonald's will literally read back your order exactly how you ordered it and yet they still mess your order up? It's not rocket science to make a dang burger. And yall want $15-or more to work there when yall can't even do your job properly. Yall need to get a grip.

    Those who serve customers need to at least show some happy or they need to Thank customers for showing up. But the last few weeks I never seen no smile on no one's face. And that's not good for business. They just hand out the orders and turned away. I love McDonald's but I feel like some change is needed.

    Why everytime I go to McDonald's, i have to pull up and wait for my food. I mean whats the point of having 2 ordering boards if you can't have the food ready fast enough. Its not just this location.

    You know the frys were hot and good. I got a big mack well done. You know people don't care anymore about their jobs. The sandwich was thrown together. Too much lettuce. Very sloppily made. Too much special sauce.

    If I could give this place no stars I would or even negative. We had to pull up while they made two Big Macs with extra onion a large fry a regular size McFlurry with extra caramel topping in it. Waited and waited and waited finally the girl brings out the two sandwiches and fries goes back into the building we wait some more some more some more comes back out once now to see the receipt we are like seriously we have waited all this time I said you could bring us a large Coke no ice out for the inconvenience in us for waiting so long takes our receipt goes back into McDonald's we wait some more some more some more finally she brings the McFlurry out I said seriously all this waiting we've done and you couldn't even bring us a large Coke I said you made our food get cold sitting here waiting on something so silly because you didn't believe me when I told you we were waiting for a McFlurry this location really needs to step up their staff

    First I was told I could not get a bacon cheese burger. I tried to order a cheese burger add bacon but they failed at that. Then at the window they First tried to give us the wrong order. Then handed me my sweet tea and the slushy for my grandson and asked me to pull forward and park. I tasted my tea it was so sour it tasted like it had been sitting for 3 days. They gave me another tea it was also sour. We ended up getting a soda instead. However they never brought the rest of our order out. I had to take my receipt in & they didn't know what I was talking about. They remade the order but when we got to the park with my grandson there were no fries in his happy meal. I would give you the receipt number but when I went back in they kept the receipt. I don't usually go to that McDonald's but I do go to McDonald's at least once a day for sweet tea. This was the worst experience I've had.

    I ordered 6 Mc double cheeses burgers and 3 fries and a carmel frappe. They placed the order in I small bag and all the burgers but one were smashed 2 were cold and buns were dried out. Half the fries were cold and soggey. The lady told me to have a Lazy day, what does that mean? The frappe was good and so we're the hot chicken nuggets.
