Called in an order of two twenty piece was charged for the individual ten piece which is a higher price. Bit into one lemon pepper and seen red, the chicken wasn't even cooked thoroughly. a friend at work recommend Tanner's and the commercials on television really had me psyche out, but those was the worst wings I ever had the buffalo barbecue wasn't even hot(spice-wise) the barely had any sauce on them. I was truly disappointed

Can't say enough great things about Tanner and their wait staff. Crystal helped us on the trip, and she is wonderful. Asked her about their chef salad, and she said huge and boy was she correct. Not only was the salad nice and big, but it was delicious, and I will so be getting it again. The Philly is always a great yo to if you are looking for something that is always fresh and has some of the best fries in town to compliment it. Their chicken tenders (lips) as a little spicy and are devine. Will be back for sure... can't be great food and phenomenal service.

It’s hit or miss at this location. This is a Saturday night 5:30ish. Not busy at all. Friendly but slow service. Seems like one server doin the work and she’s working hard. The other severs are just moseying around. Starting to get busy now at 6:10. Not sure how they’re going to handle it. Reuben was okay. Bread wasn’t toasted so got soggy. Tasted good though. Onion ring have been better in other visits; only got 5 rings this time. Took a minute to get my beer even though the bar was empty. I saw the tender pull it all in one with an overflowing head and brought glass out dripping. 2000’s dance techno music was an interesting touch. In all, I’ve had better at this location and hope they handle this rush okay but I’m not holding my breath. Probably go to the Center st location from now on. As I’m waiting for my check I see they’re calling some of the kitchen staff out to run food. Looks like they’re in for a rough night!

So, we stopped in to have a late evening meal because we were in the area. Walked in and noticed quite a few dirty tables and the one we sat at still had some dining residue left on it though it was clear. Our waitress had the enthusiasm of someone about to get a root canal and was slow refilling our drinks. The food we got was luke warm and just ok. Kind of a disappointment after our previous visits to the other locations and the tables were still not cleared off when we left. Overall, not a great experience and we probably won't visit there in the future.

Great food at a really good place. On Wednesdays you can get any burger and fries for 5.99. Would defentitly recommend the nachos as an appetizer.

Very sad this place has declined because the food isn’t bad. The service is just awful and that is evident by an empty bar on a Saturday night during a Huskers game. That bar crew has zero interest in their customers. Nebraska game scheduled to start but it gets switched to another station because of overtime game on original station. They get it going on a couple of tvs eventually after customers requested it. We have a conversation about maybe getting sound as well and that is impossible because their tech is broken which is fine but instead of saying hey the sound can’t be switched or something proactive you have to ask them and by asking you are obviously annoying them because their stuff is broke. Obviously the customers fault for asking a question. At this point I am trying to bail. Settling bill finishing drinks The game then moves to the original channel and the bar staff is just standing there as the Nebraska game is now on in two versions on two channels across the bar and they are at least 30 sec off. Nobody working there notices or cares. Not good at being a sports bar. Walk across the parking lot to Oscars and have a wonderful experience.

Ordered from this location on GrubHub. My wife and I decided to order some appetizers and share them and get some dessert. Had a chunk of small dark green plastic in my nachos that i almost swallowed. We also ordered dessert, cake and ice cream. They charged us for them but didn't even get. Very disappointing. I'll add the picture of the nasty plastic on there photos page.

This place is pretty good to go get a bite to eat. Service is great, always got refills, food was on time, and the server was also friendly. The chicken lips are a little too saucy it is hard to taste the actual chicken. They were still pretty good though. The fries are really good. I would recommend going here for maybe a lunch or dinner.

Brennan was awesome! Excellent service on a very busy Nebraska Maryland football game. I didn't order food, but my friends ordered the tatertot appetizer. Which they enjoyed.

Food was awesome! I got the Buffalo chicken and cheese curds. Food came out hot and cooked perfectly. Only had one server but she did an excellent job. She kept our drinks full and brought the food out when it was done. Highly recommend.

We watch the NE/Maryland game Sat. We had Brennan as our waiter & he was FANTASTIC!! Although they were busy, he continued to check on us & was so cheerful & happy!! People need to tell managers when they have a excellent server! Brennan gets an A+++++!!! Food & drinks were very good, great place, especially to watch a football game!! Kudos to you!!!

Extremely disappointing. We use to love coming here but we won't be back. Kids meal Mac & Cheese (see photo) is $7.49 and does NOT include a drink. Floor was filthy on a Saturday at 3pm. They no longer allow you to pick 2 different sauces when you buy the 20 wings. You would have to do 2 separate orders of 10 wings & pay more.

What a complete joke of a place! 15 mins on hold for a call in takeout order. Figured it's Sunday, must be busy but when I arrived there was about 10 people inside. The entire bar was covered in trash and looked like no one cared to take orders. Sat at the bar to place an order. After 10 mins of no one coming to take an order, get a beverage, etc. I decided to walk out. What a joke this place has become. This was our last chance with Tanners, service is SO bad it isn't worth a vist. Too many good choices to support this business.

Food and service was no where near as good as the tanners on center street. We noticed there was a different menue, and our waitress seemed more woried about the other tables in the restraunt than ours. We wanted to order an appatizer but the watress didnt seem to care about us. Your loss tanners. We will not go back to this location. By the way they were not bussy and now we know why. I will give our watress some credit she did bring us refills on our soda. Took 45 plu min for our food to arive. A burger and baha tacos both with tater tots. My husbands burger had way to much flame broil tast but i did love the tacos.

Arrived at the restaurant around 1250 to order some food on Sunday, waited for a server for 30 minutes then finally went up to the bar to order our drinks. There were two servers for the entire place and many tables waiting for their food or not cleared off. We left after we finished our beer, the servers never acknowledged we were there the entiretime. We were there just over an hour....definitely under staffed. Too bad, their food usually is great.

Always enjoy coming here when I'm back in town. Food is good (definitely get the tots!), portions are generous, and the service is genuine and friendly.

Absolutely ridiculous! We travel around the country often. We make it a point to try locally owned establishments. We drove 38 minutes to try this place and their "famous hot lips" we walk in and stand there for several minutes before a young lady tells us to have a seat anywhere. Most of the empty tables are dirty and have not been bussed. We find a cleanish one and sit down and waited. Several times, we made eye contact with the wait staff. And several times we got dirty looks from them. After no one has even acknowledged us for a full 32 minutes (not even a we'll be with you shortly), we finally walked out. They were not busy, they were not under staffed. They were dirty, they were rude, they were unprofessional.

Went in with the family. Got the wings and fries. Simply put, they were the best wings I've had in a long time. The service was great, atmosphere was awesome. 15 out of 10, I'd definitely recommend going.

Ordered the Patty Melt. Was supposed to be on rye bread, instead came on toasted white bread with little to no onions and the meat was dry. My friends had hamburgers which were also dry, over cooked. The server was very polite and checked on us.

Ordered grub hub. Average food and take chocolate cake off dessert menu. Thawed out cake that was dry.

Good TV situation. During the Nebraska game they put it on the main tvs. For pro all different games are on. Reuben was definitely good enough.

Worst service I have experienced in quite a while. Place was mostly empty, even on an NFL Sunday afternoon, and yet you still couldn’t get any service. At least half the tables had not been cleared from prior customers and nobody seemed care about doing that. One server said they were slow and sent a bunch of people home earlier in the day. Those who were still there didn’t care to be there. I used to love this place but with an environment like that, I will never be coming back.

This is a chain but they have great signature menu items like char-Blair wings and 'chicken lips'. They also have tots and who doesn't love tots? I do appreciate that they also support local breweries(Pint 9 in Omaha for example).

We enjoyed our food, but service was super slow. Once we ordered, it took well over 30 mins to get food and the wait staff were in the back and came out only to take order or deliver food. We were surprised by this as there were only 7 tables of people in the restaurant.

Good food & portions for the price, good service & plenty of alcoholic beverage options. A lot of TV channels displayed but not overly loud inside.

Slow, little to no concern that you are waiting for your food as you watch kitchen staff meeting around in the back instead if getting an order ready. 20 minutes to make a to go chicken fingers, pathetic, time is money and they aren't worth your time. Would not suggest.

Went to this establishment at 230pm. Took forever for waitress to take our order. No one was in the dining area. Waited a very long time for our appetizer which only came a minute or 2 before our meal came out. Plus to see if this place was open to eat in on Labor day, was told could not have more than 6 people at a table. Which the table behind us ended up have 12 people at it and Tanners employees said nothing. Some didn't even come in with masks on. Very disappointed with our experience here especially since it was at off-time during the day

I don't have high standards for bar & grill restaurants. It's hard to screw up pub food. I went to this location to watch the UFC fights and because I figured it wouldn't be very crowded compared to The Good Life, so I could social distance. Terrible experience. Luckily, I was right and there were only maybe 15 people tops. With so few people there, it still took almost 15 minutes for my server to bring me a water. I ordered the Chicken Lips and was brought wings instead. Whatever, I figured I'd still eat them. They were terrible. The server was the most unfriendly, robotic person that has ever waited on me. None of the staff was wearing masks, and another waitress sneezed while serving another table - and didn't even try to cover it lol

Their wings are some of the best in Omaha and on Mondays they have a wing special!
