Went to this location at 6:50pm today and they said due to shortage of staff we cant place orders inside we have to place them online and wait in our vehicle until they were done. There was 6 other cars waiting at this time. There should be no reason we can’t place our order inside and wait I just got off of a 12 hours shift and had to wait over 30 minutes for it with 2 workers standing there doing nothing while the other 2 workers were laughing and taking their time! Better management and better training needs to be done, theres no reason 4 people can’t perform this job. UPDATE: I got my food burrito was fine, they gave me a small queso cheese dip (like what you would put ranch in) my sons tacos were suppose to be plain (shown on the ticket in pic one) and they had cheese and sour cream on them. Mine were supposed to have multiple things on it and it only had cheese and sour cream on it also. What a shame these people can not only take orders in person, but they can’t make the food correctly when the ticket is right there in front of them!

Don’t waste your time with this Qboda. You deserve better! At minimum go to another location or place order from different chain all together. If giving 0 stars was an option I would. Over 90 min for a curbside order, food was wrong when finally received it and there was chunks of meat, both chicken and steak, in the queso as well as shreds of lettuce. somehow managed to ruin every part of the meal that was ordered

ordered the new surf and turf bowl that was advertised for $12.75. The lady working did a bait and switch and did a custom bowl without telling me the difference and my bill was over $16. I said I was unhappy and she said well you got 2 extra shrimp than I was supposed to. My whole family could eat at Taco Bell for $20. What a complete rip off:

I wouldn’t normally go out of my way to review a chain / quick service restaurant but I had such a great experience last week with Andy and Goti (I think it’s spelled). They were in such good moods, enjoying their jobs and getting people to have fun / smile about their order. Nice change of pace that you don’t normally receive at fast food places. I also love that they have impossible meat now! Thank you for accommodating vegetarians.

It's not as good as Chipotle, but it's a healthier option when it comes to fast food. It's a bigger amount of decent food. The service at this particular location is very nice and helpful which is great. If you want to grab something quick that isn't a greasy cheeseburger or a soggy taco, but don't want to spend the extra couple of dollars for Chipotle absolutely try this place out!

Somehow I paid $50 to feed four people. (Two adults and two kids) I received sub par service from a place that was certainly understaffed. They were out of an incredible amount of items. There was no carbonation in the pop, and no tea. Shrimp wasn’t available, there wasn’t any apple sauce in the kids meal. The store was super dirty, I probably won’t ever come to this location again. I always have the argument about Chipotle vs Qdoba. If this store is Qdoba’s best work, then it’s not close. I’d really appreciate someone reaching out because there is much to be improved here.

144th & Center . Visit 10/26/23 approx 7pm. Not sure if there was a manager on duty. Crabby employees, crunchy rice, and dirty location. Will not be returning.

Ordered delivery through DoorDash. Qdoba does not allow special instructions through app. Called Qdoba before placing order and spoke to a very nice employee. I asked the employee if I could get the queso on the side. I wanted to try it on my rice bowl, but didn’t want to cover the bowl in queso to find out I don’t like it. Employee said she understands and explained that they charge for a side of queso, but would give me a smaller amount to mimic what would be on bowl. She said she will keep an eye out for my order and put it on the side. I placed the order not even a minute later after our phone call. Received order and there is no queso on the bowl or on the side. Disappointed. Also discovered a hard chunk of gristle larger than the size of a black bean. Almost broke my tooth. Wanted to like it but I’ll stick to my tried and true, Chipotle.

You can never go wrong. Staff was well trained and things were rocking and rolling.

I've had bad experiences with Qdoba but this location was amazing. Whoever is running this location need to help out other location. I will definitely be back to this Qdoba.

This is my favorite Mexican, fast food restaurant in town. The food is flavorful and the service is most often prompt. I love the wide selection of choices, from the types of protein, vegetables and sauces. The food is rich in flavor and reasonable priced.

Very weird. We were only able to sit at a booth because they had to mop the floor while we at. If it was close to closing I would get it but it was almost 3 hours to close. Food was good and the employees were ok.

Crusted quesadilla is undercooked. The cheese isn’t even melted, let alone crusted.

I have a broken foot and the ramp is like 10 feet from the parking spaces and to the door is another 10 feet im on crutches I dont get around easy so not that handicaped accesible second off the seats were hard and unconfortable good food but never going again

Good burritos or rice bowls..they should bring back the ancho bbq sauce though. Chicken is ways good there.

Food was gross. The guy ripped my tortilla three times before just double wrapping it. Food was gross, I could say it ten more times and it still would be under stating it. $15 for a disgusting burrito and a drink. I will never go to any Qdoba ever again in my life.

Qdoba no longer has trays and for a mother of a toddler, this is awful. Their straw-less lids leaked no matter how careful I was or how tight the lid was.

This location has the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever seen. 10/10 would not recommend, it was ridiculous.

We ate there for lunch, and not sure why, but they cranked the music. We couldn't even have a conversation. Asked them a couple times to turn it down. Just don't understand why they had to have it so loud.

Ordered the chicken protein bowl. Supposed to come with double the fajitas and I barely got a pinch. Asked for more, had to wait for more to cook, no big deal but the rest of the meal was left uncovered for the few mins it took to cook the fajitas. Meal was pretty cold and wasn't much chicken put in the meal to begin with. Have always had good experiences here too. Just an off day I hope

Qdoba has great food and service is usually fast and efficient I like the fact you can get free queso when at similar restaurants they charge extra

Liked it better than Chipotle, except for the chips. Some of the chips were LOADED with salt and some were soggy, not crisp. Table area could have been cleaned up better.

All the meat for the burrito was on one end of the burrito. It ruined my day. Love the flavors... they just need to shuffle the meat in. Let the jalapeños and onions get to know their neighbors.

You guys did the best thing and brought in an amazing area manager! So very helpful and a great team player! Will always recommend Qdoba in his area!

Fast, speedy service. Everytime I've been in, the staff has been on it- friendly and efficient the entire time.

Been here many times. Really enjoy the food and the price isn’t too bad for the amount you get. The service is quick enough as it can get busy during lunch/dinner rush. I always see staff cleaning and picking up which is great.

My fav spot for delicious mexican food. Definitely worth going back to. Bring your appetite because portions are filling.

I've eaten here several times over the past few years. The food is always good, the service is fast, the employees are friendly. The building is usually clean, sometimes after a rush the tables need a cleaning, but we expect that. The restroom is well cared for. My only complaint is the rewards program is cumbersome, most places just ask for your phone#. But here you have to go online and enter your recite#. How do you even collect from it? It use to be easier, I was a regular customer then. Now I only visit occasionally.

Rude management. On more than one occasion they have served me steak that was burnt to blackened crisp, queso tasted like melted plastic. Just all around nasty place won't go back even after given multiple chances.

This place was horrible the lady taking orders was completely rude. Throwing my food together like she hated her life. Asked her where the hot sauce was and rambled something off to quick for me to understand and I asked her what she said and rudly says WE HAVE HOT OR SUPER HOT! super small portions more than normal. Made a big deal if you asked for extra sour cream or cheese. All around horrible costumer service this was on 08-07-20 at 1:30p.m hope something gets done cause that's no experience I'd want for my business. Also the food wasn't fresh and not what it normally is but I don't ever go to this location and I won't be returning.

Good social distancing experience. I feel like the worst part of this pandemic is the no refills on drinks and the cups are never big enough. I love me sum soda with my food.lol great food and good experience

I ordered a chicken bowl and it was sad looking, I still had 3/4 of the bowl empty, you should be ashamed to charge 9.00 for this. Chipotle gives you way more value for your buck. The servers looked like they where just going through the motions. This was a waste of good money for such a small quantity.

Me and my buddy Jeff braved the arctic cold, so we could warm our bellies with a big Qdoba bowls. Tasty fresh, beany, meaty, creamy, crunchy, and steamy!!! It warmed my cheeks! I need to visit more often.

Gotti is so nice and the ambience (even during Covid) is wonderful. Wife and I went out to lunch and there is the same delicious food and service is extraordinary.

Worst customer service ever, I won’t be back! Rude teens working that don’t know how to answer the phone. I called when I got there for curbside, he answered by saying “hello?” I’m like hello is this Qdoba? So strange... Got there at 6:35, I was ten minutes early. Took them a minute to find my order but once they did they said they’d start working on it. Called at 6:50 and they were JUST making it. Employee said that they were really busy but that was a lie. I was watching from my car, they were not busy AT ALL but instead checking out women as they left the restaurant (with their walk-in orders mind you) like they’ve never seen a woman before in their life LOL WHAT A JOKE I would have gone in but I don’t feel comfortable bringing my child in during this pandemic for reasons I don’t need to disclose.

Ordered a seemingly simple bowl through grubhub (brown rice, no beans, double steak, queso, cheese, lettuce) and ended up getting white rice, black beans, steak/ground beef, fajitas, lettuce, and some queso. I’m not sure how an order can get messed up so badly, but it is what it is. Also got charged for steak but instead got ground beef.

The Burrito was good, but man they skimped me on the ingredients. I kid you not, 1 tablespoon of meat, a little cheese, I thought they were joking. Qdoba didn't used to be like this. Maybe it's just this location. Disappointing.

The food is so good and fresh, I had a taco salad, the shell was perfectly crispy and I love that you get guacamole included in your price.

I ordered a bowl. I ordered extra food and he did click his tongue to me. He said I can't do this to cashier. The cashier tried to close wihout glove. He touch my food without glove. I had worst experience ever at Qdoba. I can't belive. I go Qdoba often and had bad attitudes sometimes from employee however, this is worst. I couldn't eat food even I bought because he touch my food without washing hand after helped other customer payment. I'm sad I had to pay for it 16 dollar... I didn't expect great behavior at fast pace work enviroment however it is wrong to do click his tongue to customer. I will never go back again.
