Went in for a grooming for our 2 small dogs! Requested a trim and they both were completely shaved!! They felt through both and mentioned they had a few mattings, not enough to be totally shaved, especially ears and tail!! The staff was rude, not friendly or helpful, and obviously not experienced groomers! So much went wrong here, too many to list. I do NOT recommend at all!!!! Here are before and after pics! How can they think their results would be acceptable!?

I ordered a dulce de leche cheesecake and the went home and took it out of the bag, and I had a salted caramel cheesecake. didn’t go back up there or complain because it was so packed in the building. I had to just take it as a loss.🙄 MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR CAKE BEFORE YOU LEAVE

My doggies both went to the petsmart salon this week. Both came home looking great and feeling good. I am particularly pleased by the work done by Jacqueline J on my Aussie, Jazz. I think the massive amounts hair grown by an Aussie are a challenge to shape without overdoing the cutting. This young lady really did a nice job.

This was a life saver for our cat Romeo. He had been bitten two different times about a week apart. He wasnt as fast the second time where he was snatched up and shook. This caused severe damage to his rear, hip, and tail area. Resulting in weight loss over his first birthday. The dog is still at large. This is a cat that has gone from a very active status being an advid hunter to one that gets to the litter box once a day. Taking him into PetSmart with their knowledgeable staff who did care. Showing me what to do for my cat. Starting with a program of betterment with first developing a plan. Using practically no money to start I have a long road to cover to provide everything Romeo truly needs. yet they we positive and flexible to discover what I was able to buy in their services to start on this road to recovery. What a blessing for our cat. He's been treated for his infection. he's got another appointment in a couple weeks... thank you PetSmart!

The manager helped me and my son get what we needed fast and easy as they were closing. Stressful spot to put someone who wants to go home but I appreciate the friendless and effort to take care us so swiftly and smoothly.

I love my groomer Toby, but the salon itself was too much for my only child/dog. We will go back to our home store.

We came for a female hamster. Although this store only had males, Adam was so helpful! He shared a lot of information and was great with my kids. Definitely recommend the Evans Plaza location. The gal that helped us at the Oakview location (female hamster location) was also great! She got us set up and was very knowledgeable. My daughters are in love!

Our girl Mya has attended doggie daycare, one day a week at Petsmart / PetsHotel on W. Maple since she was 6 mos old. She is now 11yrs old. We as parents appreciate the Managers and Staff Members for all that you do to keep our furbabies safe while they play; rest; need a hug; etc. Your the Best ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We took our My border collie/Great Pyrenees in for the furminator treatment and we’re pleasantly surprised at the difference it’s made. The first couple days, I was upset because the shedding was worse. After that, it was so minimal I kicked myself for not doing it a month earlier. It’s definitely worth the cost to do a couple times a year when going through their shedding season. Plus everyone was very friendly and did a great job!

Very friendly staff, the checkout person delt with a difficult customer in front of me better than I expected. They have great prices compared to other local stores I've seen so far, and good selection. I will definitely be going back.

This PetSmart is usually pretty good. It's the closest pet care chain to where I live right now, and I know there could certainly be worse options. I'm more or less comfortable going to this location, even though the parking lot (which I assume they don't have a ton of control over) is not exactly the safest for either cars or for people who have mobility issues. The toughest part about shopping at this particular PetSmart location typically comes down to the availability of products, specifically products that are on sale, and products not being placed in clearly labeled order. For example, while I really do appreciate that they have a whole aisle of cat care items like toys, leashes, bathing and supplemental needs, etc, I've had more than one experience where I picked up a toy or grooming item, only to find that the expected price was incorrect due to the product being placed in the wrong spot. I've worked retail for a large chunk of my life and I realized that displaced items often happen due to other customers, but I feel pretty confident in saying that it's the store responsibility if the wrong spot is the only spot for a particular item... It indicates either poor layout planning and application or employees having less care when restocking, leading to them filling the shelf in the wrong spot due to a random customer sticking the item in a place it doesn't belong. I would like to see this store have a little more care in this regard. I also have some issues with the fact that I've watched employees of the store flirt with each other, hide in aisles to text message, etc while other patrons effectively harass the cats up for adoption or make disrespectful messes. On the sales floor itself, I've yet to have one of the employees ask if I am finding things okay, if I need help, etc... This is disappointing because I have a fairly visible physical limitation and have had them watch me struggle with litter as well as walking back and forth searching. Thankfully I don't typically need input for my choices, the cashier is usually friendly as well.. I would just like to see a bit more care overall. Not sure what the expectations are for the employees, but I would think helpfulness to be rather important.

Lisa was SO helpful with not only with the adoption of our kitty, Elliot, but even helped me shop for our kitty needs afterwards! Not only helpful, but so much fun and lovely to see how much love those little darlings get before they are adopted.

I booked an appointment with groomer Maya for my huge Goldendoodle Bonbon the day before Thanksgiving so he would be holiday-ready. Maya was fantastic! She was so genuinely warm to Bonbon and took time to learn how I wanted Bonbon groomed. I even requested a bow instead of a bandana...and when I picked him up that afternoon - wow was he cute, fluffy, and even had a bow on each ear!!! Maya knew exactly what I wanted and did a beautiful grooming job. Thank you, Maya! See you in a few months for his next groom!

Stopped by this PetSmart to pick up some almond leaves for my Betta fish. Liked this store. Fish look healthy and well-taken care of (this is very important, and we got one). Great prices and selection of Bettas and other freshwater fish. Decent selection of aquatic plants. They have real driftwood at good prices as well. The guy from aquatic section helped us a lot. We definitely would be back.

Rude and obvious has no clue how to groom dogs. There idea of grooming is to shave down a dog, very incompetent dog shavers and don't know how to do a Schnauzer cut. Don't subject your poor dog to these idiots P

Decent selection, please do your own research ahead of time as they do stock some toys and items that are inadvisable for the pets they're advertised for

I always come out with more than I went in for, I have some spoiled pets, but the deals I find are hard to beat. This store is well stocked and clean. It does get busy but the staff are quick to help.

Grooming does a great job always! Stores clean! I’m not sure about the rest of the animals really because I don’t look. I’m not really in the market for reptiles, birds, or anything else like that. They always seem to have kitties up for adoption so go adopt yourself a fur baby!

Have been taking both of our dogs here for years. Teresa is the absolute best groomer we have had for them both.

Great staff and a very good Pets Hotel stay for our cat. However I was not notified that the price had increased between the time I made the reservation and pick up. I do not like $$ suprises and will re-think our boarding options in the future.

I do not recommend taking your pets here for the hotel if they are potty trained to go outside. They do not take them out unless they "have to", which means if they don't go to the bathroom in 48 hours then they will take them out. This stay will cost me more than the 267.00 for 48 hours because there is blood in my female dog's urine not even an hour after getting her home indicating either a bladder infection or UTI. They also had really hard stools as soon as they got home indicating that they did not go for the 48 hours they were there. I measured out exactly the amount to feed them and 75% of the food came back home so they didn't eat. When I called to make a reservation, I was really clear about them going out at least once because they will not go inside, I was told on the phone that it wasn't a problem, and he would put it on the reservation in all capital letters. When I arrived the intake person, a leader in the hotel who was a little rude and definitely didn't make me feel comfortable leaving my dogs there, said that they would not take them outside due to safety concerns of the parking lot, however they have a few doors that open to rock and grass. She said the person taking the reservation is at a call center. I had no idea I was talking to a call center and was misled. I had to leave them as I had an emergency four hours away with family. Not only did I deal with the emergency I had to worry about my fur babies at the same time. When I picked them up, I asked if they had gone to the bathroom, did they get to go outside, did they eat and the young man couldn't tell me anything because he hadn't worked for two days so he just didn't know. It felt really cold and not comforting. I won't take them here again and I think it is important for others to know: 1. You are talking to a call center not the actual Maple location unless you select option 8. 2. Don't leave your dog's here for an extended period of time if they are potty trained outside because the only option is to go inside which could cause potty complications. Highly disappointed with the whole situation.

Had a web order that requires some finesse because it had been a while but the manager tonight did an EXCELLENT job fixing problem! She was engaged and cared about the outcome - rare these days....

Very nice people! Check online for deals as they won't show at the store but they will honor them if you show them the advertisement. Got a $50 Zoo Med ceramic heater for $24.

Beware of the Doggy Day camp manager Brooke and the store manager Marty! If you care about the overall safety and well-being of your fur baby. The manager Brooke doesn't perform her managerial duties to have any knowledge on breed characteristics. The store manager Marty's exact words on paw-gress reports are as follows: " the Paw-gress report isn't for any negative remarks on your animal's behavior that day, the staff in the rooms do not get paid to inform you of any negative events that transpire throughout the day. Only the manager is to inform you if your dog was in timeout all day or if a negative event has happened for the safety of your animal. If the manager isn't the one checking you out, then you just don't get to know that information until Brooke can speak to you." The store manager Marty didn't know what a pass on meeting was and there isn't any in place between shift changes of staff throughout the day. So, if you care to know how your fur baby's actual day went and if they are actually being treated fairly. I would seek another day camp! All this location will do is lie to your face and smile while they take your $20 plus dollars a day.

Love this place! I get all my essentials for my fur babies! They also provide a wide variety of products for many different species of animal... though I don't recommend the free biscuits... I thought they tasted a little funny.

There is a lack of cashiers frequently. Staff is visible but not cognizant of customers waiting in line or the is not a system in place for staff to know when to help the only cashier. People purchase items, others are returns or speciality requests which takes time. Products are available mostly my one stop ✋️ puppy store.

Love going here to PetSmart always got from your faces people to communicate with people to help most of the time I don't even have to ask for any help they come right up to me that's if I need it push the button for help and they come right away I love taking my beard dragon in there and I love taking my dog and with me they both go at the same time sometimes he needs to go carefully sometimes but they always love seeing my animals come through the door when I come through the door I have not tried out there clinic or their dog's father their hotel yet but will be trying those out so hope I get the same great service with them as I do what the store employees I love going here keep up the great work

The staff at the pet hotel took wonderful care of my 2 dogs! This is the best daycare for dogs! They even took photos of the puppies during their day! I definitely recommend.

I have been taking my dogs to petsmart since my girl was a pup. It's been a long time. Generally the service has been good with few exceptions. This time though, they let my dog fall off the table at the end his nail trimming. He is a wiggly boy and he hates getting his nails trimmed so I know it wasn't intentional. But there was nothing done to determine if he was okay. No apology. No actual attempt to ensure he didn't jump off the table. They had to carry him back so you would think they would know they needed to at least lift him down. They didn't lower the table or anything. Here's the truth... He jumped in an unsafe manner and landed on his side and hit his head. He popped back up and ran to me. And he is actually okay. If they had just tried to check to make sure he was okay or apologized for it happening, I would be less upset. As it is, I am looking for someone else to do this instead. Both my dogs hate these people. I will bring a mobile groomer to our house instead.

I don't expect a lot from a large pet store when it comes to taking care of bettas, but I pulled 2 dead glo bettas off the shelves and showed the manager how some of them were being poisoned due to their very dirty water. She said they were just cleaned today, and it was just a cloudy film on the cup, but there were many particles in the water so that wasn't true. I was trying to be polite but it was obvious she didn't care and did want to talk to me.

I had a horrible experience at the salon and the follow up after I complained was even worse. I took my dog Charlie in for a groom. Not only did they take two more hours than they quoted me, I picked him up and it was the worst groom he has ever had. His ears and face were so bushy and long to to the point I had to take him home and trim him up. They also did not trim his nails whatsoever which is one of the most important reasons we brought him in. They told me it seemed like his mouth was hurting but that seems like a poor excuse for his horrific groom. I wrote an email asking what happened and the manager wrote me back TWO weeks later and offered to fix it. Really? I already fixed it myself and when I communicated that I never heard another peep. Embarrassing groom and even worse customer service. We will NOT be back.

Very very helpful and friendly staff. I couldn't remember what food we bought for our baby. They looked up my last receipt and then help me find it in the aisle. Thank you again!

Staff are amazing...helpful and kind and always welcome me and my puppy when we are shopping there. Training classes with Diane, the instructor have been fantastic. She is an excellent trainer and will teach you how to work with your puppy/dog and make them polite and obedient all while having fun. I highly recommend her and her classes if you want a well trained dog!

Took my dogs there to get groomed and from the start the lady who “helped” out had such a bad attitude towards me. she told me i needed vaccination papers for one of my dogs, that’s okay i told her i would run back home and grab them, she told me that that would take too long for her. it’s like a 15-20 minute drive. i’ve never had a bad experience there until today, such a rude and passive aggressive attitude from her. overall didn’t get to have one of my dogs hair cut and the other one they left practically bald since she was “too matted”. she had maybe 1 or 2 knots in her hair. i don’t know who spit in her coffee that morning but it’s not the customers fault.
