    I purchased a ring online to have shipped to the store. It was to arrive on June 27th. A MONTH goes by and I called the store at Westroads Mall and some young lady had said my ring was there. Guess what, it wasn’t at all. So I called the customer service number and someone FINALLY was able to tell me that my ring WAS NEVER SHIPPED OUT! So they started a request to process my refund, guess what, never happened. So I called just today and there’s still no record of a refund being processed. Almost 2 months of B.S. with this horrible company all the way around. As soon as my refund hits, I will absolutely never do business again with these guys.

    Websites states they close @ 8pm on Friday's so I go and its a little after 7 and they were closing!!! Management had nothing to say about it and said to come tomorrow. I had gotten a ring and was resized but when i tried it on after my fiancé picked it up it didn't even fit. Awful service and on top of that, I ordered a disney collection ring and I didn’t even get the original box its suppose to come in. Never doing business at the westroad mall zales ever again. The guy is rude.

    Stopped in to clean my wife's ring and earrings today. You know 3 days before Christmas. They were moderately busy and still took the time to clean my jewelry even though they could have turned me away to focus on sales. Really professional and helpful staff. Thank you to Jennifer for the help!

    Terrible customer service. Drove over an hour to pick up my repaired wedding ring and they were closing at 2 on a Saturday so they wouldn't help me.

    George was extremely helpful and so nice. He was very professional and was able to help us out. We really like him and hope he stays at zales. He’s the assistant manager and we have never left happier. The best employee we’ve ever met at zales, he was happy to help us. Thanks again George!!!

    I ordered my ring the first week of February. They sent it in to be a size 8 1/2. When the ring came back, they resent it back (twice) without me trying it on. It’s been over 7 weeks, and still no ring. Their customer service sucks and I will not return

    My ring has been in repairs and exchanges more then I have actually got to wear it. Staff is decent at location but I won't be buy jewelry or suggesting zales to anyone. I just want a refund and to be done but they keep claiming its 30 day return and that's good and all if I actually had the ring for a consecutive 30 days... can never get ahold of someone to talk too. Always being passed around.

    We went in today to get both of our sizes confirmed, return one ring and purchase another. Rowan helped us out and was incredibly kind, respectful, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Right before ordering Rowan helped us triple check the size of the ring as my partner was second guessing the size they went with, came to assist immediately and wasnt put out in the slightest. I am very happy with our experience, thank you Zales and specifically Rowan for your assistance!

    Rowan was amazing. Came in to get jewelry cleaned and Rowan understood I was browsing and I had items interested from online. We did small talk, they asked what my style was and suggested a few with no pressure and let me browse. Rowan was approachable, patient and kind especially with our kids. We shared a few laughs and did ring size checks after trying on a few. When I go back I will wait until Rowan is working again! Thank you. I appreciate you. Your the reason we will come back and purchase from this location.

    The sales man that helped me & my friend look at watches was awesome & did a great job explaining all the differences to help find the right one. The complaint I do have is with the supposed assistant store manager. While we were getting rung out & watches adjusted she was interrupting him and basically begging him to let another associate off so they could go hang out together, she was basically bribing him with days off, lunches & other things. It truly was awkward for us as we were standing right there & was making the kid helping us uncomfortable & irritated. He finally had to say let me do my job & once I'm done we can discuss this not in front of the customers.

    I had a custome ring made from zales amd because this is the local store, I have delt with them alot. It has very much been a roller coaster as it seems some people know/ care about what they're doing and others definitely don't. George helped us out most recently and seemed to be running the shop. He was very friendly and helpful, hopefully it's all uphill from here.

    I originally bought the engagement ring at this location and it was the wrong size and we got wedding bands to get soldered so we did it all at once. They took the ring and had it for a long time for us to get the ring back after they inspected it for us to find with our bare eyes the bands weren't aligned straight and there were missing diamonds. So we got Married with mis-aligned bands and missing diamonds, after the wedding we sent it in again and got it back with the bands fixed but another diamond was missing. They did fix it but not noticing that when you specialize in jewelry is just terrible when we drive 100 miles to the store. The staff were friendly but on 1/21/22 we drove 100 miles and made it 15 minutes before close, we wanted to return a right hand ring and look at a few others real quick to get a different one but were pushed out the door after the return. We've spent over 10 grand at zales so the staff should want to take care of you. We will be going to Sioux Falls Zales from now on.

    If I could you would get a 0. Twice now drove 2 and a half hours to get ring checked and get there and closed. Web site says open. This is such a joke. No wonder all the stores are closing. Waste of money to buy warranty when you can't even find a store open. Buyer beware use to go to sioux city, Fort dodge, council bluff all closed and now west roads is sketchy. No thank you. Won't buy anything

    Went in to get my warranty ring check and Cal noticed a loose diamond! He was very sweet and said that it usually takes 3 weeks to get it back which I was totally fine with! It only took 2 weeks to get it back from being repaired. Went in today to pick it up and the employees George and Jennifer were fantastic also!! Very friendly and personable!! Way to go Zales for having 3 amazing employees!!

    Sean Roth was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable ! My shopping experience with him was outstanding! While we were there, a foul mouth customer, who was being loud, rude and belligerent, was handled quietly and professionally by Sean Roth, the store manager. Kudos to Sean!

    Great service including finding loose stones, a sapphire on my wedding band. Sean was very friendly and helpful explaining sales and options for add-ons like extra coverage while purchasing a second band, getting our account updated after moving, and getting everything sent in to be delivered to us out of state.

    Cal was extremely awesome and helpful when I brought in my jewelry for inspection and cleaning. He took his time and inspected every stone. Customer service was Above and Beyond. Super Satisfied with THIS Zales in particular.

    Horrible customer service. My husband bought me bracelet for Mother’s Day. I wore the bracelet a month later and the clasp broke. He tried to return it several weeks later and was 6 days outside of the deadline to return it even with a receipt. It was said it would cost more than the bracelet to actually fix the clasp and that he could exchange it for a new one. The bracelet was not in stock and Thee Manager stated he would order one in from another store for him and notify him.Well they never notify you iof anything because when I had my wedding ring replated it was there for a week before we just decided to go in and see if it was back. And today when trying to go and see if the bracelet was in and sitting a waiting for a whole hour - no bracelet was ever ordered in. This store is absolutely terrible. I will definitely be canceling my Zales card and never ordering or buying anything from this place again. I’m sorry but not sorry. Wait time is horrible. It’s like buying a car at a jewelry store, you literally wait damn near 2 hours before the transaction is complete. They Suck👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

    Lexie was a gem!! She offered to walk me to my car with my jewelry-first time ever any Zales employee has offered!! I took advantage of it and felt so much safer! In fact both employees working today at the store at westroads in Omaha Nebraska were very friendly and informative!!’

    The associate that helped me, George, would NOT take off my shoes to take my toe ring size. Said I had to put a DOWN PAYMENT on being able to LOOK AT a diamond. Will have to look elsewhere.

    Terrible experience at the Westroads Mall location. Brought my ring in to be repaired, and never was notified it was ready. Called store to check status, was lied to and hung up on. Went to store, and the same women employee was extremely rude to me. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I will never go back to this location.

    It was a pleasure going to Zales anx being help by George. He was so Patient with me and shared a lot of helpful information. On how to take real good care of my rings. He also, was able to provide me with a copy of my information for my rings for protection. I will definitely recommend some of my friends to come to this Zales location. I had excellent service. 👌

    Horrible service. My best friend got her engagement ring from here and it has broken and had to be repaired twice and replaced twice. She just got it back Thursday for her stone falling out if the center (again) and Saturday she looked down at her ring because she felt something pinching her and band was cut! Like it just snapped apart. She's been bounced around from online customer service and the management not returning calls and not taking this seriously. Here wedding is in a week and she will have to walk down the isle with a broken ring.
