It was very nice and clean but it is little bit far away from the city centre. Technically, the houses were made from cheep quality products. This is just my opinion

It is an investment project constructed by Anwar Alebtisama company started four years ago and now almost fifty percent is completed. It contains about one thousand and three hundred and fifty different types and size houses , villa and apartments. In addition it contains the best infrastructures in Basrah I believe. Recently they opened the five players stadium and it was nice.

Nice resident, comfy, safe and quite from the city’s noises ... but it is far from the city center, which can cause a time problem for people working in the city center in the morning due to traffics It has a good security system and many entertainment facilities within it for the residents and guests

Nice and quiet residential complex. However the prices are extremely high !

One of the first and excellent city complexes in Basrah

Now it is so expensive to rent or buy there Services normal but in compasion with other basra district it is so acceptable

Very nice and clean community however the build quality is not the best in iraq although it's quite unique in basra
