Positives:
Hotel
&
catering
staff
were
nice.
Overall
good
experience.
Negatives:
Decoration
vendor
doesn't
have
basic
behavior
aspects
in
dealing
with
customers.
Vendor
seem
to
be
standard
from
the
hotel.
Decoration
work
was
good
however
incomplete
&
overcharged.
Suggestion:
1.
Hotel
should
be
careful
in
selecting
the
vendors
so
that
they
don't
loose
customers
in
future.
If
the
vendors
are
not
supporting/
or
if
a
customer
is
not
comfortable
with
irritating
vendor,
hotel
should
have
back-ups
in
place.
2.
Hotel
should
keep
options
rather
than
give
monopoly
to
the
undeserving.
3.
Hotel
allow
customers
to
choose
their
vendors
if
they're
unable
to
cater.
