I work for a leading Canadian company and used their service this month to transport about 30 team members from the hotel around the airport to a restaurant downtown. Communication was great, pricing was competitive and service was good. The driver arrived on time and was very pleasant to deal with. We had to extend the drive back pick up time as the team was having a great time at the restaurant and the driver, Joe was wonderful and accommodating. I would surely recommend them for their wonderful efficient service.

Great experience with TBCL this past week. We were on a trip to Niagara and had a great time. Our driver, Will was a pleasure - he acted as a great tour guide too, sharing anecdotes, facts and history along the way. He maneuvered the traffic of a busy Saturday with precision and left us feeling comfortable and safe. The bus was clean, roomy and the ride was smooth. We will definitely be using TBCL again in the future - thanks!

Amazing tour to the Niagara Falls with an amusing tourguide and some interesting stops at a winery and maple syrup tasting. With also a surprising boat trip in the falls, which has never been done this early in the season. Additionally, for a small prize a 3 course lunch is included, which is recommended with the wonderfull view of the falls. Highly recommended and well worth it.

Booked a tour to the falls. Overall, it was a great experience, and I have no complaints. We had no trouble getting picked up or dropped off. Lunch was fantastic, with a great view, and the wine tasting was phenomenal; everything was organized and on schedule. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to have a great time, lunch, and wine to the falls.

Went on the Niagara Bus Tour and it was fantastic a real bucket list experience. Dave the tour guide did a wonderful job and is very knowledgeable and informative & Don our driver did a great job both were very friendly and helpful. Booked though a tour operator in the UK.

I brought my mom to Toronto for her very first international trip, and booking our Niagara Falls excursion with TBCL was the best part of the trip! Shaf, our tour guide, and Jason, our bus driver, both were amazing. They were patient and accommodating with extending timeframes, particularly at the Journey Behind the Falls attraction because it was so busy with the holiday season. They even shared a few surprise places and facts with us that made the experience that much more memorable! Thank you both for such an amazing day, despite the dreary weather.

Great time on this tour We took the Niagara Falls Platinum Tour from Toronto with Cruise and Lunch. Our tour guide, Eduardo, was quite knowledgeable and informative. He also communicated the historical aspects of the tour in a humorous and entertaining way. We look forward to more tours with guides like him. Jason, the driver was also excellent. He slowed down at the right places in perfect sync with Eduardo’s informative narratives. Gave us great opportunities for photos too. The drive back was so smooth that it allowed more than have the group to nap. We were a party of nine and it was Five Stars for these gentlemen from all nine of us. We enjoyed the service.

I had the pleasure of using this bus service on Saturday August 20 2022. We had the most knowledgeable bus driver that gave us history lessons as we drove along which was great. The driver William was such a pleasure. They were friendly, fun and best of all got us home safely. The bus is brand new it was very comfortable except the air conditioning could use a little TLC. It’s like a fish bowl and we were cooking inside. The bus was extremely clean as well. I would definitely use this coach line again and I would be ever so happy to have the driver William again. The driver is excellent at his job and tried to fix the air but it was far beyond his pay grade I’m sure he could’ve if he was allowed. Anyways thanks for the trip and I look forward to future coach rides.

Our driver was very good, and our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable. I only gave four stars because I felt very rushed at each attraction. We practically had to run from one activity to the next. When we exited the Niagara boat ride, we had no time to pick up our souvenir photos or visit the gift shop because the bus was leaving. We probably could have skipped a couple of the photo ops in favor of more time at the falls since that was the main reason we took the tour.

We used TBCL for shuttling guests to our wedding venue. Everything went absolutely perfectly, and our driver Dwayne was amazing! He was at the hotel 30 minutes earlier than he needed to be ‘scoping out’ the area to ensure the best possible way to pick up the guests with the size of the bus. Everything went off without a hitch!

BUS 2418, saw this driver on Spadina excessively honking his horn because of traffic that was inevitable and going absolutely crazy! This driver is a compleat hazard to the roads and should be removed and not be representing this company! Think twice before hiring this company for anything if that’s the driver they put behind the wheel

Fantastic day trip. The driver did a great job of navigating through the city, and beyond. A seamless trip. The tour guide gave a great commentary on our route with interesting historical and more recent stories and anecdotes. They squeezed in as much as they could for us. A great day out.

We took a day trip from Toronto to Niagara with a stop for a wine tasting. Our trip included lunch overlooking the falls and a stop at Niagara on the Lake. Eduardo was our tour guide and he did an outstanding job giving interesting information along the entire trip. He was funny, warm, and welcoming. We enjoyed the entire trip. Note that the trip only provided limited time at the falls - a boat trip at the base of the falls and some sightseeing above. There is no time allowed for the caves behind the falls or any museums/exhibits. TBCL buses were comfortable and the driver was great as well. Thank you TBCL for a great day trip.

Took the bus to Niagara Falls with Platinum package. Guide and driver were 5 stars, unfortunately the food in the restaurant is average at best. Soup was tepid and bland, whilst main course reminded me of school dinners in the 80s. Therefore due to the food just a four star rating but would highly recommended the tour otherwise.

Perfect day! The hornblower cruise was already operating so we were able to admire the waterfalls from very close. Would recommend this tour to everyone.

Great tour guide and itinerary for our Niagara Falls journey. I strongly recommend it! Slight negative point, the AC is very strong in the bus and I therefore recommend bringing a jacket.

Awesome tour to Niagara Falls with just the right combination of activities, we really enjoyed the benefit of our knowledgeable guide. Would be great if the pick up process from Downtown could be streamlined as we spent an extra hour on the bus compared to other passengers and the lunch was a bit ordinary. All in all a great option for seeing the falls!

Great day visiting Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake and wine tasting. David, our guide was very knowledgeable and informative. Lunch was very good, overlooking the falls. Enjoyed the maple syrup tasting and wine tasting. The day went too quickly. Brian the driver, was excellent and coped very well with the slow moving drive back to Toronto. Would highly recommend.

Perfect communication, accurate, quick and personal Shannon worked with me for several months and supported a study trip from the Netherlands to Toronto Very god checks, timing and support. Also good drivers client friendly. We will definitely come back next year.

Shafi and Frank were excellent guides. We were on time and were given what we were promised. We did the Niagara tour with the wine tasting and lunch at the Falls, and we did the hornblower boat ride. It was worth it and we would do it again. TBLC is an excellent tour provider and they were well organized and on time and friendly and they picked us up on time at the Chelsea Hotel in Toronto.
