UPDATE on 10/31/23 - Ordered a new cover and was speaking with Rob (who is amazing!) and he clarified that I can order any part and do the work myself so my previous issue with the pump was an unfortunate miscommunication (being told I could not do the work myself and their tech had to, which was around $250-300 for service/install). I wanted to adjust the star rating to acknowledge this as I do love the tub and all the people in store I've spoken too!! Their service tech was great so kudos there but I'm not a fan of the monopoly they create. I still have the odd issue with my SN-2 error as listed below but that seems somewhat normal and just needs a new sensor which is around $150 I believe and I can install myself so likely just normal wear on the tub (being about 5 years old now) Every time I change my water I encounter an SN-2 error. It's a pain to resolve (resetting/empty and refill etc) but it's not a faulty part as once I'm able to clear it, it doesn't come back until I have to change the water in 3 more months but seems like a normal thing to have to replace.

We couldn’t be happier with our Chelsea Spa. We are in it every chance we get are so thankful to the great group of guys over at the St Catharines store. We were redoing our deck and wanted to purchase a hot tub. We shopped around and found that Sundance had what we were looking for. The all inclusive pricing was very competitive and made the purchase less stressful. The install including the hydro hook-up went quickly and smoothly. Had a minor problem with LED lights and the service department took care of it right away. We have been enjoying it since August but can't wait for the first snowfall. We are a long time customer of Sundance Spa and Sauna store in St. Catharines and have bought 2 hot tubs from them (we moved homes and bought from them at both places). We are very satisfied with the service both at the store and the delivery and installation. Rob takes great care of us and treats us as valued customers. At the last house when we had a product issue just after the warranty period they still came out quickly and replaced a part with no charge. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a hot tub. We had purchased from a different place (different company) at a previous house and were not nearly as satisfied with the product or service. We will buy our next one from them when the time comes.

We purchased a hot tub and it was installed in December. My other half had hot tubs in the past but they have changed through the years, so Steve was able to help direct us to the right spa for our needs and wants. It came in pretty close to the timeframe estimated, which is amazing these days with all of the delays in products, and was installed within a week. The installers were very helpful and answered questions as well as offering suggestions while installing it. It came in a package that included stairs and a top bar, but we did not need the stairs or the bar as we choose to have another type of bar that we had to purchase online. There was no issue with his, they took them back and gave us a credit that we were able to use to purchase all of the chemicals and scents. We had one issue and after going in and figuring it out, they still insisted on sending someone out to take a peak. What great service!!! We love our spa and use it every night (even our elf on the shelf had to try it out). We would not hesitate to recommend Sundance Spas. Thank you for a great experience!

At the end of October 2022 we purchased a hot tub on Bunting rd from Rob. We have never had one and therefore zero knowledge. We had many questions and received overflowing information both in written form and verbal suggestions. We got the Chelsea hot tub and what a fantastic choice it was. I have waited a few months to write this review to ensure everything was satisfactory There was one issue with the tub when it was brought in. The knob controlling the waterfall was stuck and wouldn’t move. On contacting the maintenance number provided prompt attention was given and issue resolved. If you are looking for a hot tub Sundance was a perfect local choice for us. And we would highly recommend it to anybody else as well. Enjoy your bubbly!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a friendly smile. The team at Sundace was excellent, patient and very knowledgeable. They were able to help us find a hot tub that fit our lifestyle and needs. We had been to various hot tub places around St. Catharines, but none compared to the amazing customer service, team knowledge and overall experience we received. Prices are competitive, but the great service and quality of the product was definitely a selling point. We have had nothing but great service since we bought our tub in 2021. We recently had an issue with a heat sensor, I cannot believe how responsive and communicative, and prompt they were. They and had us fixed up within the week. Only delayed slightly because of our schedule. I purchased a hot tub in November 2021 for my wife for her birthday in early December. At a time when inventories were low, the sales representative was able to locate the tub I wanted in their system and had it delivered and installed on December 3rd, the day of her birthday. We have enjoyed the tub for almost 2 years. The only problem we have had was a faulty thermostat (about 6 months ago), which Sundance replaced within a week under warranty. We have been very pleased with our experience with Sundance Spa & Sauna!

We recently bought the Chelsee hot tub. We had a great experience dealing with Rob. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic but not pushy - which we very much appreciated. He was very helpful in picking out the tub we wanted and explaining everything. After delivery he was also helpful via email or going into the store with any questions we had. This is our first hot tub so it is nice to know we can call anytime with questions. 100% recommend this store and company. We love our hot tub and buying it was a great experience.

This place is amazing. The service we recieved from Brian and Ro is next to none. This is our first hot tub and they have been so patient in explaing everything and even offered me to bring in some water tomorrow and go through the testing process, again.
