We had a truly outstanding experience getting our new hot tub at Sundance Spa in Vaughan. Michael the salesperson provided red carpet service all the way. He was extremely knowledgeable about all their products and even how they stacked up with competitors. At his suggestion, I took the family in to the store for a wet test, and this helped decide on what model we liked most. He orchestrated the delivery and installation of flawlessly and provided much ongoing knowledge transfer around water chemistry. We were very well taken care of and would strongly recommend Sundance Spa all the way.

I bought a peyton spa back in September. They are amazing to deal with. One of the little light covers broke off on my spa and they sent a technician up within a couple days of being notified! I am beyond happy with the service and the quality tub. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Michael Gaffney is amazing and the reason why we chose Sundance. Michael is a true professional but has a down to earth approach that makes you feel you have known him forever. Its been almost one year since our purchase and whenever I have a question Mike responds immediately to guide us through. Mike is what makes the Sundance experience amazing.

I don't normally do this but I had to write a special review to to team at Sundance, the Vaughan team in particular. We had a bit of a delivery issue but the team solved it without too much grief (in fact they were exceptional in terms of their customer service) and now the tub is up and running.

We got our Hot Tub last Thursday and love it. Cassandra has been amazing, keeping us posted on the delay ( not their fault ) and the delivery. The installers were very good, professional and knew what they're doing. The electrician was very neat and did a great job. Cassandra's after service is also great and answers any questions or concerns promptly. Very impressed!!

We got our hot tub in 2020 and we are often buying chemicals in the store , the staff always provide god customer service. In the past 2 years we called to service our hot tub twice and their communication with us was outstanding and got back to us within couple hours during working hours. Service guy was very professional and friendly, cleaned all the mess behind as well. Very pleased. Would recommend this store and their service to anyone that is looking for a hot tub. Thank You. We just received our hot tub today and couldn't be happier with the service from Brad. Before we purchased the hot tub Brad came over to our house and informed us about the types available before we decided on choosing the right one for us. We did look into them at other stores but wanted to purchase from Brad because of his amazing customer service. In fact, he came over tonight to help us set up the hot tub and to give us instructions on how to use it.
