We
booked
a
large
block
of
rooms
for
our
wedding
on
October
14th
and
the
whole
process
was
frustrating
and
disappointing
from
the
start.
We
regret
using
this
hotel.
The
only
person
we
dealt
with
that
was
helpful
was
Natalia.
Initially
Jan
mixed
up
how
many
rooms
we
wanted,
and
did
not
add
enough
to
our
block.
With
lots
of
phone
calls
and
speaking
with
different
managers
we
finally
came
to
a
resolution.
We
also
needed
early
check
in
for
2
out
of
34
rooms,
which
we
explained
was
for
our
grandmas
of
poor
health.
Jan
explained
this
would
not
be
a
guarantee
which
we
understood,
but
that
there
was
a
good
good
chance.
Day
of
they
said
NOPE,
no
one
check
in
until
3pm.
When
we
have
34
rooms
reserved,
and
provide
a
substation
amount
of
business,
it
blows
my
mind
that
the
cleaning
staff
could
not
have
prioritized
2
rooms….we
also
booked
a
suite
with
zero
group
discount,
as
the
bride
and
groom.
In
addition,
no
one
was
informed
of
the
security
deposit
being
charged
to
their
credit
cards
(staff
did
NOT
tell
us
that
information
upon
check
in)
and
it
was
very
embarrassing
as
it
looked
like
they
were
charged
the
incorrect
amount,
rather
than
the
group
rate.
Out
of
all
of
our
wedding
vendors,
this
hotel
was
our
biggest
stress
and
frustration
and
it
should
NOT
have
been
that
way.
To
think
that
the
morning
of
my
wedding
I
was
on
the
phone
trying
to
get
my
grandmas
in
to
their
rooms,
with
no
success,
makes
me
beyond
angry.
My
disappointment
is
nothing
to
with
cleanliness,
but
strictly
customer
service
-
or
lack
there
of.
Will
not
be
coming
back
or
recommending.
