In town for two days. Selected this location due to its proximity to the highway, shopping mall and stores and many restaurants close by. The check in was smooth. The booking was done under a package and came with a visa gift card through London Tourism (more later). The room was good and still does not come with daily turn up or new towels. Although available by request it is a hassle to do as as we have to commit to a call and perhaps time bound. The room had a king bed that needs a new mattress. The pillows were not comfortable and made the two nights longer than they should. The card given by the hotel, London tourism and the card issuer is useless and it got rejected right away at the mall and now when I see online it says the balance is zero. Trying to connect with the card issuer since the weekend (5 days ago) and still no luck. Not exactly the hotel’s fault but to select such a issuer is the hotel’s and London Tourism fault. Wonder if they test the card before selecting them.

We booked a large block of rooms for our wedding on October 14th and the whole process was frustrating and disappointing from the start. We regret using this hotel. The only person we dealt with that was helpful was Natalia. Initially Jan mixed up how many rooms we wanted, and did not add enough to our block. With lots of phone calls and speaking with different managers we finally came to a resolution. We also needed early check in for 2 out of 34 rooms, which we explained was for our grandmas of poor health. Jan explained this would not be a guarantee which we understood, but that there was a good good chance. Day of they said NOPE, no one check in until 3pm. When we have 34 rooms reserved, and provide a substation amount of business, it blows my mind that the cleaning staff could not have prioritized 2 rooms….we also booked a suite with zero group discount, as the bride and groom. In addition, no one was informed of the security deposit being charged to their credit cards (staff did NOT tell us that information upon check in) and it was very embarrassing as it looked like they were charged the incorrect amount, rather than the group rate. Out of all of our wedding vendors, this hotel was our biggest stress and frustration and it should NOT have been that way. To think that the morning of my wedding I was on the phone trying to get my grandmas in to their rooms, with no success, makes me beyond angry. My disappointment is nothing to with cleanliness, but strictly customer service - or lack there of. Will not be coming back or recommending.

CAUTION!!! A hot tip for you folks , do not park your car in lot C there is no CCTV there ( statement from the staff ) and our car plus another one got broken into last night. Nothing from management to take responsibility or even apologize for it. They did offer us a free nights stay if we vacated the premise and drove home with a broken windshield at 8pm. So basically keep your valuables in your car or better yet stay somewhere else . There was also someone blowing leafs outside of our window at 9am cause why let people sleep in a hotel right?

This place is amazing! I just had my wedding weekend, and they went above and beyond for us (bride and groom). Starting with the bar that treated all my guests absolutely amazingly, my reception was held there and the service was incredibly great. I can’t say good enough things about this place. I am truly happy I had my reception here. Such an amazing place, wonderful staff, and next time I’m in London I will definitely be staying here.

I spent one week there while my husband was working. Very quiet through the day but there's a pool you can enjoy anytime by yourself and the lounge for your beer snack

We were here Christmas day and we had the most fabulous brunch. It was lay awesome. Thank you so much to the staff and servers. We recommended it to friends before we went, they came too at a later time. Do make a reservation though as it was a little busy, but super worth it.

Great hotel. Very clean and the suite that I was in was beautifully appointed. All the amenities appeared. The room was a fairly new renovation with a comfortable bed.

I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton. The lobby's beautiful setup immediately caught my attention, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff's exceptional service added to the positive experience. While the room wasn't extraordinary, it still provided a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the fantastic and affordable restaurant on-site. I would recommend Four Points by Sheraton for a pleasant and convenient stay.

Overall fine stay. Clean and comfortable bedding. Hotel has modern looking rooms, but they're pretty beat up at this point. Curtains in my room wouldn't close so all I had over the window was this sheer curtain since there was something on the rod blocking the blackout curtains from moving. Really annoyed by this because there was a street light in the parking lot shining directly into my room and I had to change in the washroom since the sheer curtains were see through. Really unfortunate. Nice lobby. Hallways look dated. Staff were nice and in hotel restaurant and lounge were nice to have. Weight equipment in the fitness center are broken. Pool is nice, but a little gross. Hotel is very stretched out across the property instead of being built up vertically. Kind of freaking being in the furthest back building because it felt like no one was around.

Right off the highway. This has been a go to place for large business meetings in their conference rooms. The kitchen and staff are happy to help and work well to make it a good experience. Many times we have stopped into the bar for a casual debrief after a conference

Stayed here for 12 nights and really impressed. Rooms cleaned every other day, good gym and pool and location, with mall and wallmart opposite. Great food also in restaurant. And the breakfast buffet is also good. Will be back

Wedding venue was great. Sound control was excellent, they could have done better with correcting water damage on the ceiling. The carpet in the hallways is great for sound detaining but hinders people in wheel chairs. Found a lady having a very hard time using her wheel chair through the hallways. Once I we got to the room we found the room not worth the cost closer to a $80-120 price would have been more adequate. Our room had some seriously beat up furniture, shower doors that don't work correctly, bathroom was not very clean and ear wigs in the shower also. Not worth the $260 to be here and would not recommend this hotel to others.

For breakfast, the eggs benny can not be beat. My partner is more of the "all you can eat" type and loves the open breakfast buffet. They have a cook that whips up an omlette right on the spot and have several fruits and breakfast options.

Very conveniently located for travellers - Close to Hwy 401, restaurants, and an LCBO that is open late on Saturdays. Mall and grocery stores also nearby for easy shopping. Contemporary decor, comfortable bed and linens. Gave one less star because the heating unit in the room was a bit loud.

Our room had garbage left under our beds, green mold in the shower. 17$ breakfast in the morning!!!! For 300$+ that I paid for this room for one night!!! My expectations were not met, would never stay here again!!

Attended an office party at Four Points by Sheraton London. Good event, quick and professional staff. The event itself was well-organized, and the staff catering to us were quick and professional. However, parking was a headache. Lack of clear signage on where additional parking was available. Front lot was full, no signs for additional parking, no valet, and no guidance. Food was excellent, but the parking confusion left a lasting impression. Fix the parking situation for a smoother guest experience.

Traveling with family so we stayed in the Suites. Enjoyed the extra space provided by having the separate bedroom. Customer service is okay. For longer stays, there is one washer and one dryer available on site. Decent wash for $4.

I stay here regularly for work. The rooms are good, they have regular rooms and suites. Indoor pool, exercise/weight room, restaurants, meeting rooms for large and small groups and a great location within walking distance to many restaurants and a shopping mall.

We stopped to look at a couple of other hotels for the night, which we were not inspired to stay at. The Sheraton offered beautiful accommodation for a reasonable cost. Customer service was top notch. The room was modern, spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. One minor issue was they need to find a different toilet tissue supplier; it was very scratchy! We would stay there again when in the area.

Was there to use the conference rooms. The rooms are in excellent shape. Nice and clean. Well laid out. We also are at the restaurant and the buffet is amazing. The customer service was excellent.

I can’t say enough about the service we received from the front desk staff (Ahmad is awesome!) and the staff in the lounge/bar! Rooms were clean and spacious and exceeded my expectations. The pool was also clean with lots of space and seating. But what really made our experience fantastic was the service.

It was pretty good There were hockey teams staying there so it was a little rowdy, through no fault of the hotel. The service was pretty good, though they only do housekeeping every second day and we were only given enough supplies for one day. Some of it we could find in the café at the lobby (coffee, tea, cream, sugar, cups, etc.) and the rest we had to call down for. What upset me most was that upper balcony area in the lobby was closed off. It looked like a very nice place to sit down and enjoy a hot beverage, but it was closed for a "private function" for our entire 2-night stay, despite the fact that no private function was seen up there at all. The hotel is pretty nice though. A few spots that might need some updating, but most of it was modern and clean. All-in-all, a decent stay.

I have stayed at this location 6-7 times in the past year. Overall experience was good. Unfortunately on the most recent booking, the hotel will not allow me to move my booking. I had to postpone my trip 2-3 weeks due to some unforeseen circumstances. I was not looking for a refund, simply a change or a credit to be used later. Poor service considering I have stay there multiple times and had other employees stay there as well. I will be staying elsewhere in the future.

We enjoyed 3 night stayed in this hotel. The room is clean, nice, spacious with comfortable bed, pillow and blanket. The price is affordable too. If only the pool was heated, that would be very good.

Gorgeous 1 bedroom suite was clean, well connected with 2 flatscreen, pull out couch and frosted French doors separating bedroom from living room & kitchen area. Felt like a queen in a castle! Breakfast buffet was well-priced and had lots of options including French toast and pancakes, fresh fruit and pastries. Great servers. Can’t wait to return!

Pros: Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, room was clean, not a lot of noise from other rooms. Cons: Wifi was terrible (worked for maybe 5 minutes then would cut out for 15), almost no water pressure In shower, corridors very cold in the winter, few little broken items in the room (nothing important really but like the doorstop, a hook on the wall). Had the wheelchair accessible room where the bathroom with roll in shower was good but room was very small, very hard to maneuver a motorized wheelchair in the room and very high beds. To note: hotel is huge so if you have any mobility problems, ask for a room nearest reception.

I looked at a few different hotels not knowing what to choose while in town for busness. I saw a couple that were cheaper but looked like a dives. The cost here was somewhere in the middle. The rooms are nice. The hotels common areas are really nice as well. The bar and restaurant area is really comfortable with good food. The staff is really friendly and attentive. I would stay here again for sure ! somewhere in between high and low. The rooms are nice.

Awesome and lovely hotel. The staff is friendly, our needs were met timeously and Ahmad Mohammed was just so amazing. He is professional, efficient and make check in very pleasant. I highly recommend this place. There's ample parking. The business centre was not working when we were there. The hotel has ample reception areas, they serve full breakfast (hot and continental), it also boasts a bar and restaurant

The quality of the Hotel was one of the worst. We stayed in summer and the corridor doesn’t have any AC I would say it is Entry level motel should cost not more than $25/night, the room is outdated and smelly like mould. All the curtain are stained. All the doors are dusty looks never used for the last 10 years. It was a big mistake to stay in this hotel.

The manager of this hotel is very unprofessional and money hungry, I had an event for sick kids and when I checked in they told me they have only one room available and it's far from the lobby and I said that's fine. I went for about 3 hours of nap and woke up to get ready for my fundraising event, I turned the hot water on in the shower for about a good 5 to 10 minutes and the water was still ice cold and I went to the lobby to complain and they said they will have some to check it out and I needed them to check it out at that moment so I can get ready for my event and the manager said it will take sometime and I told him then I need my money back and I'll go check in to another hotel. At that moment he decided to say absolutely not and I decided to check our anyways and I checked in to the hotel next to them and that hotel was alot cheaper and way better service.

Front the moment we checked in they have treated us as outsiders. We did not feel welcome nor did we feel comfortable. My kids asked for toilet paper after 11pm and they were told to wait till morning. They moved us out of sight out of mind, to a floor with no other guests but ourselves. However there is one server in the restaurant where we are breakfast every morning that treated us no differently than the other guests, she always greeted us with a smile, remembered our drinks and checked several times to see if we needed anything and always said as we were leaving "have a good day". And it's only because of her and the young gentleman from Vic's restaurant that I'm giving them 3 stars.

Due to my daughter's wedding party at Civinc Garden Complex we had blocked certain umber of rooms at this hotel for our invites. Happened to see my daughter's room which I felt it was quite clean and looking good. Location is excellent. As for Service I have not yet experienced. But I am sure it's of same signature standards of Sheraton Management. However I was shocked to know this Hotel doesn't offer FREE breakfast to their Guests. Felt totally strange to know this! Anyway we are heading to the Hotel to meet up with our wedding party guests to have breakfast and to experience their service.

Decent enough but they just don’t get the details right. One machine in the entire hotel that sells snacks. Which is out of order. Liquid body wash in the shower, but no wash cloths available. Not horrible but for the price we paid I expected a bit more. Also the one night they were hosting a wedding and there was no parking to be found for paying guests as a result. Won’t be staying here again.
