Was harassed by an employee while dropping donations off this morning. His name is Dave, barking at people like a dog. No people skills. When I asked to speak to a manager, she came out and couldn’t be bothered. As she stood there, he continued to verbally harass me. She just stood there and watched. So I took my donations back out and donated to another company that appreciated it. I will be putting in a formal complaint against both tomorrow morning.

This location smelled just like every other value village but with a special little something added in. You know the smell of previously worn dungarees and hard covered books read once. Well there was a noticeable air of hope mixed in with the melange of odors that comes from abandoned outfits never realized. The jewelry counter at this location had some real gems(metaphorically speaking) and I plan to return.

I have only been to this value village twice, but each time, the staff is friendly and helpful. And greets me when I arrived. Excellent customer service!!

I've been going back to value village again because the prices have "slightly" become more reasonable. I surely do miss their 50% off sales that they used to do. They want to move more stock out they should go back to them once a month. Very frustrating not to have changing rooms back. People are just trying things now in the aisles, even I try on shirts over the ones I already am wearing. I still feel their pricing on used items is way too high, but I just use a very fine magnifying glass on everything I look at now.

It has higher prices than other thrift stores. Now, let's talk about the things we get from there Awesome! But I guess that depends what gets donated right so more like people instead of the business itself. But it is clean and helping the communities.

I got republic period Chinese immortal statues for 2.99 in with a marble egg and candles with holders . The statues alone were worth closer to 500 antique resale . Best shopping trip I ever took .

I like this place. Picked up some furniture here. Worth the price. Decent quality.
