Nav Centre doesnt have an on site store but ask the Propeller staff if you need to buy smokes, front desk for vending machine issues and the rooms dont have a micro wave but there is one in some of the common rooms. The kitchen on site has good food and their staff are over the top friendly and accomadating. Covid closed the pool, spa n most of the on site amenaties :(. There is a bus mon-sat; thankfully, because you cant really walk to many stores. It's got the most amazing architecture Ive ever seen with a decent view.

Now a possible pandemic , you bring it to Cornwall ! The only concern from your company is that of the big bucks you will make !

Although the facility is old, it’s very clean and the staff is amazingly nice! I enjoyed the restaurant and the pub. I definitely recommend this place if you are in Cornwall.

Spacious rooms, quiet, helpful staff, and an overall amazing compound.

This place is huge! It is like a maze but once you walk around a bit, it becomes less confusing. The food is great and the staff are excellent!! They are very helpful, polite and assist in any way that they can. The gym is nice. It has a cardio room on the lower level with the weight room just above. The rooms are small but they have everything you need; bar fridge, iron, hair blow dryer and nice large cupboard space for your clothing. There is no microwave in the room but there is one located in a central area for all to use. The Covid protocols are strict adhered to as guest safety seems like their priority. This is a braid up place to stay!! I highly recommend it!

You're almost sure to get sick if you stay here for the next while. Edit: I've also noticed they leave an automated reply. They’re not even in control of what they say. Definitely never using the NAH Centre.

Used to be a great place to hold meetimgs and stay for a couple days, something I've done many times for work. However, since they've decided to accommodate the quarantine of people that have the potential to be infected with a serious disease, I have to question how serious they are about the safety of their guests. I will avoid going there for the foreseeable future. The decision by NAV management to accept this was clearly irresponsible.

I have been here several times, sadly it has gone through several levels of privatization...the DEV is the final step. I understand there is a big capital investment coming... For now things are getting worn

Neat hotel. The queen room was quite small, it’s my understanding that a lot of the rooms used to be dorms so they aren’t very big. It was plenty for a night or two but for a week stay I wish they would’ve had a bigger room available. There was a fridge, dresser, TV and desk and chair so it had the necessities and more. I would definitely recommend for the price and convenience. We ate at the cafe and the pub and both were good and reasonably priced. The restaurant was a little pricey. In nice weather the outside facilities would’ve been a really nice amenity. They also had a large pool and hot tub.

Disgusting overall condition of the motel. Weird groups of people hanging around the common areas with their feet up and cell phones on speaker, acting like savages. Food is an utter shock, not edible. The entire motel feels extremely unsafe due to its deviants crawling around.

I’m disappointed in their website and how they never communicate to their customers what the status of their services are in relation to COVID-19. There is no general Covid-19 statement, they never state what is open and what is closed. The website never gives status updates.

I wS there for a six-week training course for a new job and found the facility wonderful. The rooms are a bit small, but they're clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is abundant and amazing! The only thing I had a problem with was the gym facility because a number of pieces of cardio equipment were still roped off for COVID.

The room had not been cleaned! Given another room but it was occupied! Definitely not good! Went home

I asked for an electronic copy of my invoice. They stated they could only provide one if I game them a flash drive. Very poorly trained hotel staff. The food at the restaurant is mostly terrible but the wait staff is pretty good.

This is a great facility for all types of conferences, we just held a course there for a week the room and food in their kitchen was amazing and they have a great pub called the Jet Set right inside the facility which does karaoke on Thursdays. I've stayed there four times now and always had a very enjoyable visit. The maid service was very good just like being in a hotel and the staff was very helpful they also have a small store on site where you can get pretty much anything you would need including being able to order hot food during the day when the kitchen is closed. Still nice, new owners and food is really expensive. 33 dollars for the buffet

A great place to learn. I took the weather observer course there and it was great. The building is very unique and beautiful.

Loved it. Nice airy grounds with foot paths. Lots of parking. Exceptionally bright and clean throughout. Friendly service. Nice room (in my case with a great view of the St. Lawrence). Fresh, clean room with big new flat screen TV. Super comfortable bed. Nice big pool. Nice courtyards. An eye popping fitness center. Outstanding meeting facilities. Mostly: an incredible and fascinating building. If your looking for a standard box hotel move along. Finding rooms was easy: just follow the well marked colours. Eateries were pretty good but I thought somewhat expensive for what it was. Rooms do have a fridge. One comment: Not impressed with drive at main entrance, which is a fire lane...., constantly plugged with empty/parked cars over the four days I was there. It's a fire lane folks...

This Place is interesting as a former military training facility transformed into a hotel. Very interesting design, very eccentric hallway design, but it was built that way on purpose to confuse possible invaders and have lots of gun hides. rooms are kinda small but none the less comfortable, entire staff is unionized, which to me is a big bonus knowing they make a leading wage and have benefits. Swimming pool is nice, the bar and restaurant are nice and priced affordable. Overall very happy with my time here.

The DEV Hotel is a beautiful location with an incredible view situated right on the Saint Lawrence River. At the Propeller restaurant, the Food was delicious and perhaps one of few buffet style restaurants in Cornwall. Breakfast included coffee, cereal, bacon, eggs, sausages, bagels and many more, and lunch and dinner was always a pleasant surprise with a tasty theme and mixed variety. The Jet Set Pub and Pool were sadly unavailable during my stay, however the facility is working hard to reestablish these amenities to visitors on-site and potentially the public. During night hours, there is always a front desk agent who will happily assist you on any late night concerns. The security team does a fantastic job in ensuring safety at the hotel, and always happy to help. Got the chance to meet Frank, Jacques, and Rene, from the security team, and they were happy to engage in pleasant conversations. Throughout my entire stay, the Lobby always stayed exceptionally well maintained and the Staff and Management team are fantastic at what they do. The hotel check-in process merely took five minutes, and the hotel check-out process was as simple as 1-2-3. My stay at the hotel lasted 4 days, and the cleanliness of the room and comfort of the bed made me feel right at home! Thank you DEV Staff for such a pleasant and memorable experience! - A true Gem in Cornwall, Ontario.

I stayed here for a one week training course. Accommodations and food were included. The staff was friendly and helpful and the facility is nice but quite dated and a bit of a maze. Interesting architecture to say the least. Rooms were clean but small, bed was comfortable and house keeping was minimal. Worst of all was the food. It was absolutely atrocious. Same tasteless, over cooked meals for lunch and dinner every day. Unseasoned, over cooked meat, boiled chicken, soggy vegetables and sour tasting soup, brown lettuce. I’ve never experienced a facility with such awful food. This must be what prison food is like. My company offers several training courses here so it is very unfortunate the food is so terrible.

My sons wedding was there. Great room for dining and dancing. The bar and bar staff really needs to improve their training and location.Requires a better beer menu and mixed drink menu.

We used to go to NAV hotel before Covid19, every first week of september, for a tree days with friends. We used to love this place (when it was NAV). This year we were all of us very disapointed. All facilities were not allowed (pool, gym, etc.), the price very expensive (we were more than 80 people). But, espacialy the food (comparing to 2 years ago), it was choking. Some of us went to eat outside, no enough food and it was horrible. Very sad to see such a beautiful place going so bad. Next year, we will find another place for sure.

Bed was amazingly comfortable however the pool and pub where both closed and the restaurant sucked. The food was terrible. Location sucks and busses don't run often enough.

Rooms are tiny and its like stepping back in time. The rooms are super dated, flash back to the late 80s. The food was amazing and everything was clean and quiet. The layout is a nightmare but the staff is super helpful and very friendly.

Nav centre is a great place to workout , eat ,or rent a motel for the night . They have a great pub and onsite spa . Be sure to stop by nav center for great events and great environment . They have great staff and very clean establishment . It’s definitely a diamond in the ruff.

Actually pretty nice. Hallways are a little winding, but after a short while you'll pick up the flow of the place. Can't terribly recommend the standard cafeteria, not great material for the kitchen to work with. Didn't have the opportunity to try the other food. Amenities are solid.

An all-inclusive convention center

Excellent facilities, everything was super comfortable and well made, great food at the restaurant and there's a lot of different you can do in your free time. The only downside is that you could get lost trying to find your room, is not that easy to navigate the hallways.

We stayed there 2 years ago on a long weekend in September labor day long weekend we were traveling around ontario and we were in kingston not thinking all hotel rooms were booked for the university starting and needed a room we called everywhere and.nothing was available so one place said call u guys so when I did I drove fast to Cornwall and got a room thanks so much
