I went in pretty frustrated with my phone, but a guy named mike more then excited to help me, he’s literally the kindest most welcoming person there! He will do anything to make sure u you leave happy! If you ever go there ask for mike you will not regret it I promise!

Had a great experience at this location, the staff were very friendly and helpful, went In for an upgrade and was done In no time, lost a star because of the normal oversell of overpriced cases/covers you can buy online at a fraction of the price.

I've been with Telus for about a decade now and it seems to have gotten better and better over the last few years. Going through the process of setting up or buying any new device can be stressful for some people, myself included. I recently went Into Telus at the Cornwall square and was helped out by two employees, Jeremy and Brittany. Both were great but Jeremy was the main person we dealt with. He was extremely knowledgeable and lots of help. I got a few new tech toys because he worked some magic and got them for me for practically nothing extra on top of my new phone payments. I can't thank him enough!

Went in with a phone issue today 45 minutes to closing. They got it fixed. And everything worked 10x better than it did when I walked in. There team rocks and they all work together to get something done. Will return 100%

I was there today as I was having issues with me phone (it lost Mobile Network and said I had no SIM card). I never got the dude's name who helped me but my phone was back in working order within 5 minutes ! There was no charge for fixing my phone even though I offered. You can't beat that kind of service! Been with Telus for over 15 years and would never go anywhere else !

WORST cell phone Provider EVER..... I'm never over my data.... never call outside of Canada never text outside of Canada never go over my limit and my cell phone bill is constantly going up and down from $68 all the way up to $150 and yet nothing changes on my daily routine with my cell phone Telus is a rip-off do not get them as a provider people .... I'm looking for a new cell phone provider as I speak I do not recommend Telus us to anyone

Great service and the men that are there are very good at what they do to satisfy a customer.

It would be nice if they closed at the time they have listed and not 2 hours early because of a sudden staff meeting!

Went to upgrade phone. Waited for over an hour to be seen. Salesperson lied about the tab plus monthly charge then rushed me through the service agreement. Was told the connection fee would be waived for signing up for SmartHome. The connection fee was never waived and the SmartHome doorbell never showed up. Telus then billed me TWICE for the SmartHome I never received. When I called Koodo to resolve the billing issue, I was told too bad and I should go back to the store and deal with them. To hell with that. One of, if not the worst, retail experiences I've ever had. I'll never go back. You know you're terrible when you make Bell look like the better option.

Zero stars. I was not impressed with the customer service here. Upon the initial greeting from the young lady working there, she talked over me multiple times when I was explaining what I needed. I tried to explain how I have been with Telus for 20 years and....she cut me off and talked over me. It left such a poor taste in my mouth, I did not want to spend another moment there. By contrast, I first went to the The Cell Phone Centre who advised me that they could not directly help me with my Telus issue as they are independently owned and sent me to the Telus store. The gentleman at The Cell Phone Centre was patient, empathetic and pleasant and had superb customer service. He did not talk over me, heard me out and it was a great experience. I will be going back there again, I cannot say the same about the Telus store in the mall. I will not be signing up with Telus again. 20 years of loyalty evaporated in 5 minutes.

I highly recommend not going to this Telus! Store is packed with customers and only one guy helping while 3 other workers are having lunch on their phones . Over an hour waiting .. ridiculous!
