Had my BMW 440i get a full frontal PPF and paint correction. Muhammad was great and very polite, he was patient when it came to explaining the overall process and recommendations as well. By far, they are one of the best in the business for personable customer experience. Not to mention, the turnaround time was amazing, having dropped off the car in the morning and picking it up the very next morning. Im giving the 4 star rating because there were a few missed spots from the paint correction that are now underneath the PPF.

We had just bought a new GLS 450 which is white both on the exterior and interior. We also just bought a cottage so we bought the SUV to get to the cottage. We were concerned that rocks from the gravel roads to the cottage and possibly any branches close to the roads might scratch or chip the paint off the SUV. Another concern we had was staining the pristine white leather in the long term. After doing some research, we decided to do both the PPF and ceramic coating for the exterior of the car to protect the paint. PPF on full frontal and ceramic coating for the rest of the exterior. As for the leather and any white leather finishing in the car we got the ceramic coating to protect it. We got the SUV on a Thursday, called Muhammad on Friday and got it booked in for Monday morning. He said it would all be done in 2 days and he was definitely all ready for us in 2 days. He was friendly, informative, easy to deal and communicate with and was happy to answer any questions we had. Since it’s the first time we’ve done any of this type of thing to our cars, it’s good to have someone like Muhammad to advise us and have everything going smoothly. The SUV looks good and at least now we don’t have to worry about scratching the paint and staining the seats(keeping it pristine white). So thanks Muhammad! We absolutely recommend going to Muhammad and PAD.

Just finished picking up my New BMW i4 M50 from Prestige after Ceramic Pro Gold package and XPEL Ceramic tints. They also gave me lifetime warranty. It looks better than when I picked it up brand new from BMW dealership. The paint looks amazing and feels very sleek. Their service exceeds their reputation. I highly recommend them to anyone who would like to protect their car against the harsh road conditions and winter. These guys here deserve 5 star review because of the attention to detail i had received on my Brand New G63 AMG. I picked up my car and drove straight to them for full body interior and exterior protection. I got the Package 4 Full front end Xpel Paint protection Film with Ceramic Pro interior and Exterior Gold Package. They did my window tinting as a complimentary service. All of the work was backed by Lifetime Warranty. The end result on my car is nothing less than perfect. I have gotten so many compliments at how clean and shiny my car looks. The water just beads right off in the rain. It never stays dirty. Just some advice to who ever is ready this, they went beyond my expectations and treated me very nicely.

Had my new car wrapped in paint protection film ceramic coated and tinted windows. very pleased with the service and professionalism. The work was great and was performed very fast, also great communication through out the entire process. When I discovered some minor bubbles under the wrap (normal and fixable), I brought it back and it was fixed in no time. All products also came with warranties against defects. I also had another car detailed and am also completely satisfied with the service. Overall I can tell this shop really cares about their work and their customers, and are also skilled at what they do. Highly recommended would visit again in the future for sure.

Muhammad was great. Polite, easy to talk to, easy to reach. Car looks spotless, both inside and out. My car's paint has been a mess ever since I got it, but now it's so much better without the swirls and bird dropping etchings. Prices are good too. The good customer service was definitely the cherry on top to make me come back again in the future.

Brought my brand new Tesla model 3 to the guys at Prestige Auto Detailing in Richmond Hill because of all the Tesla owners in Ontario speaking highly about them on Tesla forums. Went in for window tinting based on a review from a friend, ended up getting the Ceramic Coating as well and they threw in interior cleaning on top. I think the pictures speak for themselves, everything looks spotless and brand new. Staff was kind and answered any question I had. I’ve got the signature gold package on my 2017 A4 and I wouldn’t even believe that is going to be like that!!! It looks brand new and as you see the body became too shiny. They have really good costumer service and best recommendations on your car based on honesty. Highly recommended!!!

Really happy with the results and how fast this was done. My car was pretty filthy since I haven't cleaned it in awhile, used it to move over the winter, and had lots of pet hair on the seats and on the cabin floor. When I picked up my car, I was really impressed by how much the blue pops and forgot how nice the car is when it's really clean. Originally booked a Silver package but was convinced I should go for the Gold and I'm glad I did. The engine bay looks like it's brand new, all the pet hair inside my car is gone and thoroughly vacuumed, and my car mats look brand new as well. Muhammad took me around to go over everything that was done inside and out, and he even went back to wipe off some of the water marks before he handed over my keys, which I appreciated because it shows how much he takes pride in his work and the standard that he has. They went above and beyond restoring my car and brings back so much joy driving it again. Definitely recommend these guys!
