Small and nice. The staff is really kind. Most of the time I go late and there would be no one in the theater. The chairs are amazingly comfortable. They recline, and they are too soft. I love their popcorn. Clean bathrooms always, never went and something was missing. Just the location especially late at night gives me chills because of the downtown location. Their is park validation, which is superb; and their is two exit from the cinema which is cool.

I absolutely love this theater! I've been coming here for years, ever since I was a child and now I take my child to the upgraded reclining seat theater. We bring a throw blanket or two and just lounge out while watching the movie. The theaters have good sound systems and nice-sized screens. Don't worry about sitting too close to the screen here if you want to enjoy the front row, there's plenty of room between you and the screen.

Great experience going to the theatre to watch Suicide Squad! The workers were super nice and the lady at the concession stand was super helpful. There was little to no one at the theatre so I watched the movie comfortably in the socially distanced seats. I like how the seats are spaced out, and the reclining seats are one of the best things about watching movies here! Super comfy, and can keep your feet up and recline. Food was delicious and movie was great! Highly recommend

Just the seats made this experience 5 stars. They are super comfortable... Like watching a movie in bed. Great for couples or just a night out with friends. For those who want to sit closer, the arms between the seats can be moved. Be warned that the air conditioning is on high like at a meat locker so bring a jacket of cold air bothers you

A great cinema right in downtown Hamilton. Reclining seats so lots of room in your seat. Snacks are a bit expensive but that’s the usual for cinemas. My husband takes our son here for movie night every month and they are never disappointed.

Overall had a good experience, but there is very limited bathroom space, when we came out of the movie we couldn't even fit into the bathroom it was so full of people. (And you can't tell which side of the door to push to get in) Also the lights went out very suddenly and don't fade, which isn't the best idea. Good leg room and not cramped at all in the aisles though, even when recliners are out, which is a bonus. Would give 4 stars if the bathroom facilities were better.

If you have never been to this movie theater you have to go it's amazing. You sit in a leather reclining chair with tons of room we brought in our own snacks and bottled water and even a blanket. We seen the movie Nope it was okay I'd give it a six out of 10. Our family is going to make it a monthly ritual It's a wonderful way to spend time with your family everybody will enjoy it. If you go on Tuesday it's cheaper

Really nice theater. Love that the seats are super comfy recliners. Prices are similar to other theaters like Cineplex but the seats make it 10x better. The theater is also usually super clean

Took my son here on Father's Day Weekend to see a movie. The theater was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The concession had alot of options of food, and treats to choose from, and the prices were fair. The seating inside the theater was very comfortable the seats can pull out like a lazy boy chair, and they have places to put your drinks with plenty of arm room left. I'd definitely go back here!

Love this local spot because they have the BEST assortment of snacks - including caramel corn and frozen Cokes! The seats have leg rests that allow you to sprawl out and really immerse yourself in the cinematic experience. They also validate underground parking, and have wonderful customer service 🙌

Seats are extremely comfortable and great leg room concessions are always packed but its usually not a long wait if you want a more comfortable experience than Oakville’s VIP id suggest here

I have been here multiple times and always enjoyed myself but this Tuesday, I feel like I received the best service I have ever gotten at a movie theater. I placed a large order ( 3 bags of popcorn, some nachos, some candy and 4 drinks) and one of the staffers helped me carry to our seats as my friends hadn't arrived yet to help carry it. She was very helpful and I was fully expecting to take two trips if needed. I feel bad that I didn't get here name but I'm pretty sure she was training one of the newer crew members. Thanks, for the excellent service

Super clean, the seats are incredible, and the staff is always incredibly helpful and kind. This grab video headset I need cuz of my visual impairment is always ready within seconds and again the place is great. It's my favourite movie theatre in Hamilton.

We just went here last night and we loved it. The recliners were so comfortable. Fair warning though, if you're short and/or older bring a small pillow with you for behind your lower back so you don't right in to the back. Watching my mother try to get back out of the seat was quite funny. Her little legs kicking... 😂

Someone stole my debit card used it here and they wouldn't help show me who used it and then told me wrong show time of the money they watched so the people got away with it

I love this theatre, I rave about it to family and friends! However, they never have great selection of movies. They often don’t show award contending movies, mostly just blowed up good stuff. I wish they would show more diversity in their selections and then I could stop going to cineplex all together!

The theatre has been visibly going downhill for awhile now, last straw for me is the price gouging for trying to pre-book tickets. I think I'll just wait the month until whatever movie is on streaming from now on rather than paying a premium to find out if the bed bug rumours are true.

It has not been upgraded, so it's not very posh. But the reclining seating and underground validated parking make for a great experience. Lexmark, with its deals and club membership, is awesome. Discounts on concessions, etc. They also make it feel more like family than commercial. Shout out and kids days.

Love this place! Prices are comparable with cineplex but seating is more comfortable and not as crowded. The cheese for the nachos is horrible though I do not recommend! Staff has always been friendly and courteous. Bathrooms need to be checked and cleaned more often, it was gross. Still my theater of choice.

Clean, spacious and ultra comfortable seats make this the ideal spot to watch a flick! Not a huge theater but its big enough for a more relaxing experience.

If you have landmark card you get refills on of popcorn and large pop and seats recline and it’s a great experience

Friendly staff. They wear their masks. Unfortunately the popcorn no longer tastes good. It tastes cheap. Their seats are comfortable.

The seats are so comfortable it’s always clean and never super busy. They also put real butter on the popcorn and will give you free water. My mother is a senior who lives very close to J square and loves to go to an afternoon movie.
