I came and asked for clover seeds, and three different staff all gave me attitude, told me “never heard of it”, “go check it out yourself at the entrance” and “if its not there then we don’t have it”. I came here because it is available online. But the attitude from three different staff made me feel I am asking a stupid question and I am wasting their time, or maybe I’m not white and they all are? Thank you for your service and I will not be back again.

I had an excellent experience with Ross at RONA Cawthra & Dundas. He was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. His efforts and knowledge, especially in explaining the differences between GU10 base, MR16, and PAR16 light bulbs, were truly appreciated. A top-notch customer service!

Smaller location, but for the small square footage not a bad location. The staff were more than happy to help. Purchased a nicenpatio set on discount there for a great deal. Just over $400 for a 5 piece matching set.

There are many items there if you want to renovate or change things about the house, such as paint the walls or anything else, door knobs, doors, and tools, to name a few. It is not always well-organized. The service is pleasant and accommodating. Pick-up at the curb is quick and easy.

The service is great. I went to this Rona to find a screw for a desk chair I purchased on Amazon that was missing one screw. I located one of the employees who found a similar screw and did not charge me for the screw. I simply went into the store and came out with the product I needed - no hassle. Now, to me, that is fantastic service! Thank you to the Rona team at this location - most pleasant experience 😊.

This is our local hardware store and the main reason why we shop here is the customer service. The employees are extremely helpful and don’t hind when they see a customer walking up to them asking for help. The cashiers are alway friendly and greet you with a smile , the guys at the yard help out the older folk load up and the Store Mangers always make it right if something is wrong. Absolutely trash store opens 9am out of 10 employees not a single person is trained to mix paint. Management says the paint guy comes in at 11am, just bananas Definitely better scheduling from the top The people making the real decisions need to invest in their employees with some quality training! Good store, helpful staff. Huge parking lot. There was only one checkout counter staffed on a weekend, resulting in huge line up and waste of time for customers.

I visited this Rona a few days ago looking for a snow blower. I was assisted by Bruce who was pleasant and helpful and went out of his way in helping me measure and select one that I would be able to handle as a senior person. Thank you Bruce.

No wonder several RONA stores has closed. The worst big box stores to shop. Never have the items they say they have. You don't even see the lumber products you are buying. I ended up going to the other stores to get what I need everytime I shop at RONA. They should send the store managers and employees to Home Depot for training.

I bought a EGO lawnmower from that location, went to the pickup area, loaded it and drove home only to find out it was used. Drove right back and informed the store employee, he checked it out , agreed, replaced it and apologized for the inconvenience. I was very happy with the service they gave, very nice employees 😀. This Rona is our favourite neighbourhood store. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, from Lumber to Hardware. We just purchased a clothes dryer from Pragna in Appliances. Great service, managed to find a dryer that suited our needs that was in-stock and ready for delivery as it was an emergency purchase, plus it was on-sale; bonus!

I undertook some basic electrical project for my kitchen. Ross from Electrical Department was very helpful in guiding what was required and gave me a complete understanding of what would be different possibilities. I was very overwhelmed with my DIY project but thanks to Ross and all the staff at this location, they have always made my weekends less busy, dealt with understanding and patience, and gave the right tools required without overselling.

I bought the granulated chlorine(final sale) in this store. I couldn't use it when opened the box and found out the box content was in so bad quality condition. The nylon bad was badly degraded into pieces.

Has a good variety of items. You may find things here that may not be elsewhere.

Nobody really knows anything at this store you might as well bring a guide dog for the blind because they are absolutely no help at all. The dog will be of more use.

This retailer at that particular location is very much a consumer oriented retailer. Every time I visit the place, staff is always there to help customers. All retailers should make customer satisfaction their top priority and to train all their front line employees to go out of their way to help customers make their shopping experience an enjoyable one.

Tried to find someone to help me, nobody around. Went 3 times to pay for something I had to write on a little bag and had to go back 3 times to find the proper number. Finally gave up and went home. They need more people on the floor to help customers. Not very happy today

Called Dundas Rona and the customer service at the appliance department was rude when I asked questions for availability and if what is shown on the website was accurate, because of passed experiences. She then hung up the phone on me. The lack of customer service has gone litterly down the drain and I did work in customer service before. Pathetic!
