Was my go to store. Convenient location, quick check outs, individual returns counter. Now the location is still convenient and that's about it. No shopping carts. Only two cashier stations that also do returns. Now slow check out that you have to walk up and down aisles of impulse buy products to get to. Rather pay a bit more at Metro than go to Giant Don't Care About Customers Except Their Money. Not my money anymore

I get that not everyone thinks you can get quality clothes and things at giant Tiger but I think it should at least be considered I find their clothes pretty decent and home decorating items are very well priced, lots of selection for sure.

It is pretty decent, does not carry diapers or other baby essentials. Great for last minute shopping or odds and ends. Friendly staff.

This review is for the Greeter Brent Mawdsley only (sorry if I spent it incorrectly). The store is really hit or miss so I would likely give it 3 stars because I still go even if I leave empty handed. Brent is fantastic at his job. Today he helped my Mother in Law when she was out shopping with my Husband’s Grandma who had some sort of slight medical spell. Saved the day! Thanks Brent 👍

Decent place to get some cheap stuff.

First time here. Staff awesome. Next time lm in Orillia l will shop again. Gravenhurst is awesome but saddly no as big.

Classic Giant Tiger looks that is maintain by a larger amount of staff than the average. They sell mask right at the door for 1$. Lots of fresh veggies for cheap prices.

Lots of selections but nothing for boys aged 11 .... sizes for kids older or younger but not size 5 sandals or flip flops or clothing...disappointing...staff very nice.

Great place for saving a few bucks,on food, clothing,and items for around the house. It's also good for some reasonably priced gifts

My fav store in orillia!..Its a go to for most items as they always have an over stocked selection of just about everything.. Great prices on fashion items and great quality!..Store is always clean and very well organized..The best staff around! Customer service is #1 here -always friendly and helpful.. Best flyer items starting every wed..if they dont have it just keep your flyer and its good for 2 weeks as a rain check. Im finding alot of the items are cheaper than shopping at Walmart-and the clothing is a much better quality than most.

They had lots of products and a great selection of clothes I found a few nice tops for 3 buck and got the food I wanted the lady at the cash was so nice as well I'll visit again

The cashier at register #1 didn't say a WORD to me. Not once. She was chatting with another employee about Halloween, the whole time. Then someone came by and said the brinks security woman was waiting at the door...she proceeded to THROW my receipt down and run off. I have been a cashier for the last 10 years...THAT IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS. I felt so disrespected I honestly don't wanna spend my money there anymore. So maybe let her know she just lost you guys a customer.

I feel sorry for the employees at the Orillia location. There are so many homeless people coming in and stealing. I witnessed someone stealing and putting an item under his clothes, and they were helpless to do anything due to past violence at the store. They have been advised to just record the date and time that the incident occurred. So sad.

I'm not sure ridding registers of employees is a positive experience, especially when having to pay cash. Self check out doesn't allow cash payment. One register excepting cash is an inconvenience when lineups are long. Hopefully, management streamlines the process better in the future.

Good place to shop, no dirty looks for having one in wheelchair but extremely hard to get around some needed alley

I was in the store last night about 8 pm. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by Zaika and she was wonderful with helping me find what I was looking for. I have been searching for months and thanks to her help/knowledge it was a success. Once I went to pay though, different experience. They had one register open and we were told rather impolitely that this was it. We needed to wait. She was ringing through another sales associate who had wondered off. Another associate was walking around bellowing out prices for what was on sale in the front area. I work in retail and I was put off by the attitude/lack of professionalism I received.Thankfully another cashier came along and helped us out quickly and efficiently.
